Author's Note: I should go away more often! Reviews and more people finding the story! I haven't watch the last 2 episodes of Walking Dead, I figured I'll wait until the end of the season and I can fast forward those dang commercials! I was spoiled by Netflix! Anyway, please review?

Merle, Jes and Summer's POV:

Summer walked over to Jes. "Hey have you seen Joey?" she asked.

Jes smirked. "Losing track of the boy toy already?" she teased.

Merle cleared his throat coming up from behind them. "No one is anyone's boy toy, especially Summer. So you can just shut your mouth on that Jes."

Jes laughed. "Merle you can deny it all you want, and you can protest all you want, but truth is, Summer isn't the same girl she was when we came to the prison. She's grown up and she's in love."

"I am not in love!" Summer protested. "If I am, then you are in love with Uncle Merle."

Merle smirked. "Oh, she's got you figured out Jes! You know you're in love with me and just haven't admitted it yet."

Jes glared at him. "Yeah, that's it, Merle, you figured it. I mean I love you just like I love this whole shitty world," she said sarcastically. "No I haven't seen Joey. He said something about helping Hershel and Michonne with the bodies."

Summer nodded. "He said he wanted to take the Woodbury people out on his own, he should have been back hours ago."

Merle looked at her. "He went outside the gates alone? He got some sort of damn death wish or something?"

"He just wanted to pay respect privately to the people from Woodbury," Summer insisted.

"How long has he been gone?" Jes asked.

"About four hours," Summer responded.

Merle looked at her. "Think we should go lookin' for him?"

Jes nodded. "First I'm gonna go up in the tower and look around. We should be putting people on the guard towers now that people are getting stronger," she said.

Summer nodded. "Not a bad idea, but we did lose a lot of…." she started to say as a loud explosion hit the prison.

"Rick! Come down here we need to talk," the Governor's voice carried.

Summer took a step closer. "The maniac has a tank."

Merle turned and grabbed her arm. "Summer you listen to me, and you listen to me good. You need to start loading the kids into the bus! You get all the supplies you can, get Lexi to help you. Go!" he ordered.

"But what about mom? What about Joey? We don't know where he is! What about everyone else?" Summer asked.

"I'll get your mom out of here," Merle said.

"Summer, we know him, this isn't going to end well. Hershel would say we've all got jobs to do, and this is yours. Go," Jes ordered as she gently pushed the teenager. "Go," she said as she watched her go. Jes started to climb up the ladder.

"What the hell are you doing Sanchez? Get your fine ass back down here!" Merle ordered.

"I can take him out," Jes told the man.

"You fire one shot before he does anything and there's goin' to be a lot of bloodshed. We've got to give everyone a chance," Merle hissed at her.

"Fine, I won't fire a shot, but I'm still going up. Get down there," Jes hissed.

Group POV:

"Rick! Come down here. We need to talk!" The Governor said.

"It's not up to me. There's a council now. They run this place," Rick said as he started to count the people the Governor had with him.

"Is Herschel on the council?" the Governor asked as Herschel was brought out with his hands tied. "How about Michonne? She on the council too? What about Joey? He on this council?" he asked as the other two were brought out.

Jewel glanced at Rick then back at the Governor. "I don't make those decisions anymore," Rick insisted.

"You're making the decisions today, Rick. Come on down here, let's…let's have that talk," the Governor said.

Jewel squeezed Rick's arm as he turned around. "Rick…you can't…be…of course you can be thinking about going down there. That's the man you are, the man I fell in love with," she said as she kissed him. "You better come back to me."

"It'll be OK, we'll be OK," he whispered in her ear as he kissed her. He squeezed her hand as he looked at Daryl before he walked down.

Jewel walked over to Daryl, Sasha and Tyreese. "We could go through the admin buildings and through the woods like we had originally planned," she suggested.

"We can't take them all on," Sasha said.

"We aint got the numbers no more," Daryl said.

"I checked the stash on the bus when I put my bag in, it was low. I put some more supplies in it," Jewel said as she looked at where Rick was walking too.

"I know you aint thinking' that you are goin' down there, baby sister, aint happenin'," Merle said as he came up. "Sent Summer to start getting' the kids on the bus, you need to get your ass headin' that way," he told Jewel.

Jewel turned and glared at Merle. "I know you don't have the brain cells that the rest of us have, but if you think I am going to leave with my husband down there talking to that maniac. He has Hershel, Michonne and Joey. Summer is going to be heartbroken if something happens to that boy. I'm not running."

Tyreese looked at her. "It's not runnin' away, you'd be protecting that baby," he told her.

"The man's talkin' sense," Merle said.

"Things go south, everyone head for that bus," Daryl told Sasha. "Let everyone know."

"What if everyone doesn't know when it goes bad? How long do we wait?" Maggie asked as she joined the group.

"As long as we can," Daryl said. "Jewel you need to be heading up to that bus. Get Judith, get the younger kids and go."

"I'll go at the first sign of trouble," Jewel told him.

"Um, man with a tank at our front gates, thinking' that's the first sign," Merle said. "You listen to me, and you listen very good, first sign that the Governor is going to fire a shot, you are going to go with Sasha up to that bus. I will put you over my shoulder and carry your pregnant ass. Do you understand me?" he asked.

"Yeah I understand you," Jewel said.

Summer, Mar, Ronnie, Axel and Lexi's POV:

Summer ran in and started to get the kids to pack bags and herding them to the bus. "Axel!"

"What's goin on?" the ex convict asked.

"The Governor's back. Get to the kitchen, load up boxes, get them on the bus," Summer told him.

"That's what that noise was?" Mar asked as she joined them. "Where's your mother?"

"She's down by the gate! He's got Hershel, Michonne and Joey. And a tank," Summer said.

"A tank? How the hell did he get a tank?" Mar asked.

"Whose got a tank? What was that noise?" Ronnie asked.

"We've got trouble. Can you get medical supplies packed up? Get them on the bus?" Mar asked.

"Yeah, what about the people that are still weak? Glenn? Mrs. Parker? Some of the older people? Mitch?" Ronnie asked.

"Start getting them on the bus. Axel when you get done, help them," Mar said. "Summer, let's get down to the gate. They'll need extra bodies down there, and I have a feeling you're mother is going to be stubborn about not leaving," she said.

"You've met my mother right? I can guarantee you that she's being stubborn," Summer said.

Lexi came up behind Lizzie, Mika, and other younger children. Lizzie and Mika carrying Judith's carrier. "I don't understand why we can't help fight. You and Carl are fighting," Lizzie informed her.

Lexi sighed and gave Mar and Summer a desperate help me look.

Mar bent down. "Listen you guys, we've all got jobs to do. Judith can't look out for herself, so this is your job. Ronnie will be sending Mitch down. Lexi and Carl are older. Go on," Mar told them.

Lexi looked at Mar. "How bad is it?"

"We don't know yet, let's go," Mar told the two teenagers.

Summer took a breath as she went out the door and saw Hershel, Michonne and Joey on there knees. "I'm goin' to kill him."

Lexi looked at her. "Let's hope you get the chance," she stated honestly.
