It wasn't long before the Galaxy King was flying over Etheria as a full on battle was underway all over the land.

"Wow...this really has become a full on war." Jexi said.

"Weird part is, I kinda expected the enemy to take over by now but the Etherians are pulling their own against them." Rainbow said.

"Yeah but it looks like Horde Prime's forces still have a slight upper hand." Jade said.

"More than you think." Catra said, approaching with a shorter hairstyle. "Horde Prime's hive mind doesn't just extend to his clones. He can also put it to use in other people."

"He can? But… how?" Hope asked.

"A neuro chip. A device that lets the user hijack a person's nervous and cerebral functions." Miles said.

"Mind control, basically, right? Oh, that's never good." David said.

"Plus the guy is going to unleash a weapon of mass destruction. Think the mind control is pretty low on his weapons list right now." Scarlet said.

"Hmm...maybe I could call for help." Madoka said holding her orb. "Summon Cyan." she said before the color god of the Future Universe appeared.

"Ugh...seriously? Seriously?!" she groaned.

"Look, you were behind the project but we need you to stop this." Madoka said.

"You know I won't do that. I'm not someone who interacts with mortal affairs." Cyan said.

"Come on, you owe us one. You gotta erase the Heart of Etheria or something." Hope said.

"Wait...the Heart's the reason you summoned me? Why don't you just use the failsafe?" Cyan asked.

Everyone was shocked into silence.

"...There was a failsafe this whole time, and you didn't bother to tell us?!" Akane asked, ready to snap.

"No Akane! You don't wanna fight her, believe me!" Rainbow said.

"Tell us about this failsafe, Cyan." Hope said.

"It was something designed in case the weapon was used against the settlers, who you call First Ones. And it was properly hidden underneath a structure. If it's brought in close to the Heart, the weapon will shut down permanently and release the magic it's taken from the planet, back to the planet." Cyan said.

"Well where is it?" Hope asked.

"Underneath what you now call Mystacor." Cyan said.

"Mystacor? Wait, isn't that…?" David started.

"The most magical capital in Etheria? Yes it is." Lucy said.

"I was going to say where Shadow Weaver betrayed her teachings for the Horde, but… Yeah, now that I think about it, it does make sense why she would be there when she was still Light Spinner." David said.

"Still, if that's where the failsafe is, we need to get it." Adora said.

"It's the only way we can turn the tables against him." Fuyuhiko said.

"Then we need to get down there, pronto!" Eddy said.

The Galaxy King then flew to Mystacor at full speed.

"There it is. Okay. So we just get underneath, take the failsafe and shut down Horde Prime's whole plan." Catra said.

"It can't be that simple, can it?" Hope said.

"You worry too much." Catra said.

"No, I think Hope is right to be worried this time." David said.

"Definitely. Look." Iida said pointing to a few bots walking around the grounds.

"Seems Horde Prime's taken Mystacor. Though it's likely he doesn't know of the failsafe...yet." Mukuro said.

"Which still leaves us with the problem of getting in without being seen." SE pointed out.

"That shouldn't be much of an issue." Jade said raising her staff as a spell enveloped them. "There. This should keep us from being noticed by them."

"Okay…" Jexi said as they entered the building and started to move towards Mystacor's depths.

"We gotta be getting close...whoa." Hope said seeing the Failsafe. "Incredible."

"Yeah. Let's just grab it and…" Catra said before they heard footsteps. "They found us out already?"

"That shouldn't be. The spell should have made us completely invisible to them." Jade said.

"Yeah, but there's one slight problem. Mechanical beings have infrared vision." Fulgore said.

"Infrared? Damn it… That means they could read us by our heat signatures." Miu said.

"Meaning...they wanted us to lead them to the failsafe." Aelita said. "We need to grab it and run before they outnumber us."

"Too little, too late." Scarlet said as numerous robots were blocking the path out.

"Well so much for that plan. Looks like we'll have to fight our way out." Jet said.

"Wait...is that…" Glimmer said as a figure was coming through the robot army. "Dad! I'm so glad you could…" she said before seeing his eyes glowing green. "No."

"Uh oh. Looks like they already got to him." Sectonia said.

"Okay, our chances just dropped by a lot." Gray said.

"No...this can't be it for us." Adora said as the enemy closed in.

"Well, I'm not willing to just lie down and die. Buckle up your seatbelts, ladies and gents. I'm going in!" David said.

"Let the games begin, mother-!" Zephyr said.

"GO!" Hope called.

All 4 groups charged as they engaged the robot army and Micah, along with other hijacked mages.

"Adora! Get the Failsafe, we'll hold them off!" Ichiro called back to Adora.

"But…" Adora said seeing them fight. "I...I can't just leave them like this. Just...just stop!" she shouted as a sort of magic washed over her as she stood there in her She-Ra form.

"Now we're talking! Knew that would get something out of her." David said.

Hope tossed a Mystacorian aside and looked back at David. "...You sly dog, you planned this." he smirked.

"Well, all we know about the failsafe was that someone with powerful magic should be the carrier of the failsafe. She-Ra fits all of the requirements for activating the failsafe." David said. "However, there was an issue. Because I overclocked the Sword of Protection, Adora is left with not just no means to transform into She-Ra, but fight entirely. So… I asked myself… What has to be done to get her to trigger it again? I was going to go into Burst Mode once they use their dark magic to bind us, but...seeing as how everyone jumped in, that part was no longer necessary. A true strategist would use any possible situation to their advantage. Plus, I can't keep relying on Cheetah to bail me out."

"Ha!" Adora said creating a magical sword as she cut through the soldiers and knocking out the mind controlled as she carved a path for them.

"Wow...David...I owe you big for this." Hope said.

"Heh. Always happy to help." David said. "Now, let's get moving before they swarm us again."

The group advanced through mystacors halls, avoiding detection whenever they could before hurrying out of the doors and onto the ship.

"Okay, failsafe secure. Next step, taking care of the weapon. Horde Prime must be able to access it or try to access it from somewhere. And the biggest guess is there." Tails said, looking to the tower in the distance.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in Etheria…

"Okay...we're here. Now...we find this Murkoff moron and blow a hole through his skull." Brave said.

"But how do we do that?" Aurora asked.

"Hmm...if I were him...he'd probably get close to the target." Brave said using his Illusion style to make him and Aurora look like Horde clones. "So we'll do just that."

"Still, what could this Murkoff guy have against Horde Prime?" Aurora asked.

"Hard to say. There are a lot of people who want him gone." Brave said.

"Well, we'll be sure to make him pay for what he's done." Aurora said.

"Sure will." Brave said as they headed off to the main Horde location.
