Abigail is ready to give birth after enduring a long and difficult labor that lasted for three days. Adding to the stress and drama, our unborn daughter has Down Syndrome. My young adult Abraham and I have been serving as her labor and birthing coaches. "I can't do this but I must push" an exhausted Abigail alerts us.
