Hello everyone and welcome to another chapter. Before we begin with this one, I'd like to say to the few people who left a review about how Ronnie-Anne should've moved, I don't want to be mean about it...but has it ever got to those guys minds that this MAY have been planned on being written with both Ronnie-Anne and Stella in it instead? I felt like that would be pretty clear to all of you reading, but it clearly hasn't to my surprise. Anyway, hope that's been made clear enough, have fun reading and I will see you at the end.

Lola was giving a grin at her brother from the stairs. Lincoln didn't notice until Lola came down, sitting next to him on the couch. Her brother payed no attention to it as everyone always sits down on the couch...but not when the other is watching something they don't watch?

Lincoln looked at her, seeing she was smiling at him, but her smile made Lincoln feel off about what she had going on behind it. He paused what he was watching and turned to her.

"Can I help you?" He asked.

Lola looked as if she was offended. "What? Can't a sister spend time with her brother?"

Lincoln had a raised eyebrow at this. "The only time you want to spend with me is if you need me for your tea parties or for me to be your butler"

Lola nodded her agreement. "True, but can't I try spending time with you other than those options?" Lola shrugged at her brother.

Lincoln did start to feel as if she was somewhat telling the truth...until he saw her sweat a little bit. This made Lincoln think that if she if she wasn't lying to him, she wouldn't be sweating.

"Lola, tell me the truth" Lincoln said as he looked her straight in the eyes.

Lola got nervous, she started to think if Lincoln really did it, he would be as nervous as she is right now.

"Y-you know what- n-never mind" She got up from the couch and made her way upstairs.

Lincoln was obviously confused by the way should said that, but he brushed it off as if she was gonna ask for a favour, but changed her mind about it. He went back to watching the TV and forgetting about what just happened.

Meanwhile upstairs, Lola was pacing back and forth in her room, trying to think of a new approach instead of the other approach she attempted.

Lana then came into the room holding...a box of crickets and grasshoppers?

"Hey Rebecca! Mommas home" She yelled out to her pet lizard in the room.

Lana saw what her twin was doing in the room, normally when Lola sees Lana come in with food for her lizard, she gets mad, but it's almost like Lola doesn't know Lana even came in.

"Uhh, Lola?" She called out to her.

Lola didn't reply.

Lana then looked at her crickets and grasshoppers, then thought of something. She opened the lid to the plastic container and took one out of it. She walked up to Lola, holding a cricket in the palm of her hand. As Lana was close enough, she yelled out one more time for her.

"Lola!" Lana yelled as she held the cricket in front of her.

Lola looked up and saw the cricket which made her jump and nearly scream incredibly loudly.

"Lana!" She yelled at her twins' prank.

Lana was laughing at her reaction to a little cricket.

"Not funny" Lola said.

"Is" Lana replied.

Lola went and sat at her little table, still having her thinking face on.

"What's got you turned brainy?" Lana asked.

"I need to get something out of Lincoln" Lola replied to her twin's question.

"Like what?" Lana asked again.

"I think he's the one who planted the sauerkraut stuff in my cookies" Lola admitted.

"What?! Are you joking? If Lincoln did that then he's basically topped one of the best pranks in the house!" Lana said as she was proud of Lincoln doing something like that.

"You're supporting him? I had to wash my mouth out 3 times! I can still taste that stuff" Lola said as she was still discussed by that moment.

"Well, you'd have to admit, it was hilarious" Lana admitted, although Lola didn't look like she agreed with her on that since it happened to Lola and not Lana.

"What would you do if Lincoln pulled that prank on you?" Lola asked her sister.

"Well id obviously admit it was a good one! Lola, I know Luan's pranks are overboard, but this was just a simple yet genius prank that didn't cause complete harm to everyone"

Lola gave her sister a deadpanned look. "I'm pretty sure that stuff has ruined my taste buds, don't you think that's enough harm done?"

Lana didn't know how to answer that without causing a fight between them again. Lana coughed as she said "Unless you're a drama queen"

"What?"

"Nothing" Lana said as she walked over to lizard to feed.

Lola sat in her plastic chair at her table, just thinking about what she can do to find out if Lincoln did it, or at least someone else. The reason Lola was targeting Lincoln specifically, is because he was there when she took a bite of her cookie. It may have been the whole 'right place at the right time' thing, but it just made her have that feeling about it being her brother.

10 minutes later

After sitting at her table and talking to her stuffed animals for a while.

"Kids! Dinner!" Rita called for everyone.

"Finally, I'm starving!" Lana said as she exited the room with her sister.

Everyone got to the table and saw they were having spaghetti and meatballs with a homemade sauce. As always, their father's food looked and smelled tasty. After digging in and talking to each other about how their day at school went, Lincoln was debating to himself in his mind whether he should tell them about his grade on the quiz right now.

He figured once they turn to him and ask him, that's when he'll bring it up maybe? For now, Lincoln enjoyed his dinner and listened to his sisters talking about their day to their parents.

After the parents listening to their daughters talking about how their day was fun or okay, they turned their attention to their son who looked like he was ready to tell them something.

"So, Lincoln? Anything special happened today?" Rita asked her son.

Lincoln perked up as his parents took notice that he wanted to tell them something.

"Well, yeah, I had a quiz in my class, and I got an A!" He said with excitement.

The parents were happy to hear this from their son, Lincoln would get A's here and there with quizzes or tests, so they were happy for him getting an A.

"Well done Lincoln" Lynn Sr said.

"That's great son, proud of you" Rita replied.

A few of Lincolns sisters were happy for him too...but at the same time, Lincoln didn't feel proud of himself that much. Don't get him wrong, it was nice hearing his parents and even some of his sister show their applause to him, but it's not like he won an award or something. Lincoln just felt that he was getting more praise than he should be getting...it was just a quiz not a test worth 50% of his grade. He went back to eating his dinner, still smiling.

After talking about anything else that happened at school, Lori then brought something up to Lincoln.

"Hey Lincoln, did you notice Ronnie-Anne wasn't at school until after lunch?" Lori said.

"Well yeah, why?" He asked her.

"Bobby texted me saying that she had to go home sick because she swallowed a live bug"

"W-what?" Lincoln was taken aback by this.

"Yeah, Bobby said that Ronnie-Anne told him that at lunch, her sandwich literally had live bugs in it"

This caused all the loud kids and even the parents to be grossed out by that. Everyone except for Lana who found it cool...yeah, she isn't gonna get a boyfriend any time soon, unless they are into what she's into of course.

"Oh, well how did that even happen?" Lynn Sr asked Lori.

To that question, all Lori did was shrug. "I have no idea, it's like at one point there wasn't any bugs, then we she took her third or fourth bite and she got a mouthful of bugs" She explained.

This caused everyone to be grossed out by that thought. At least that answers Lincoln's question to why Ronnie-Anne wasn't in class after lunch. Everyone continued eating their dinner, putting that whole conversation behind as the thought of bugs while eating wasn't the most enjoyable thing to think of.

15 minutes later

Everyone has had their dinner and was now all upstairs in their rooms either chilling or just doing homework or whatever. Lincoln was in his room with his deck of cards, he doesn't know why but the feel of shuffling the cards in different ways, seemed relaxing to him. With that being said, when Lincoln looked at the cards as he shuffled them, he started to think of trying to the whole incident again, since he has a bit more control of it now.

Lincoln decided to instead of throwing the cards at the wall...that was stupid to do at first anyway. He was gonna take one out of the deck, put it under his pillow and try to make it end up back in the deck. This seemed almost impossible to do with an illusion, unless you are a famous magician or something. Lincoln pulled out a random card, it being the 2 of diamonds. He then shoved it under his pillow and started to imagine it being on the top of the deck he was holding.

Lincoln decided to act like it was a real magic trick and snapped his fingers for the fun of it. After that, he flipped the top card over...revealing it being the 2 of diamonds. Lincoln was starting to be filled with excitement, it was weird but also very cool to know he can actually perform real magic like magicians.

Then something triggered Lincoln's brain. "What if I... became a-" Before he could finish that thought, his door swung open.

Lynn was at the door holding a soccer ball.

"Hey Linc, I need a goalie" She said.

"Okay? So..."

Lynn rolled her eyes at her brother. "By any chance your willing to help your favourite sister with that need?" She said.

"I don't have a favourite sister, and if it was you, I doubt I'd be your favourite sibling" He replied.

"Whatever, you gonna help me or not?" She asked again.

"Lynn, I'm kinda busy with-"

"Are those the playing cards?" She asked.

"Y-yeah, I was just messing around with them" He explained.

"Doing what exactly? You a magician or something?" Lynn said with a slight chuckle at the end.

"Well..." Lincoln was about to answer, but he wondered if it was kinda of silly.

"Seriously? Another hobby you have?" Lynn asked.

"Maybe?" He said unsure about it.

Lynn started to think of something. She dropped her soccer and went over and sat next to Lincoln.

"Tell you what, if you can show me a trick that impresses me, I won't make you be my goalie" Lynn said to her brother.

This made Lincoln kind of surprised. "Wait, why?" He asked.

"Well because if this hobby doesn't turn out to be lame, then I might try to take interest for you" She replied.

That made Lincoln kind of surprised even more and also a bit happy that she can try and take an interest in it for him.

"A-alright, I just learned this trick" He said.

"Well come on bro! Hit me" She said turning her body to face him properly.

Lincoln gave Lynn the deck of cards.

"Shuffle the cards and pick out a random one from the deck" He instructed his sister.

Lynn did as instruct and picked out a card from the deck. She saw that she picked the king of clubs.

Lincoln saw that she picked out a card and held his hand out for the deck back, Lynn gave it back to Lincoln.

"Do me a favour and remember the card" He instructed again.

"I'm doing a lot of favours right now" She joked.

"Haha, yeah, I'm gonna close my eyes and I want you to hide the card somewhere in my room" He asked for her to do.

Lincoln closed his eyes and even covered them with his hands.

Lynn got off the bed and looked around for somewhere to place the card, she decided to put the card on the bed and... sit on it? To try and outsmart Lincoln maybe?

"Done?" He asked.

"Yeah bro" She replied.

Lincoln removed his hands from his eyes and took the 51 deck of cards. He held the deck in between him and his sister.

Lincoln took a deep breath. "What if I told you, I can make your card end up from where you put it, on the top of this deck?"

"Well then I'd probably have to find a new goalie" Lynn chuckled.

Lincoln snapped his finger and flipped the top card. It showed the card on top was...

That my friends, is the end of chapter 4. I know it's not like me to end a chapter off like this, but it seemed like a good choice. I'm also aware that the chapter was a bit short, but I'm doing my best to release chapters early so you can all have something to enjoy every week. I'd also want to say that after my whole idea for the discord server, is almost fully complete for release, it's not my first time making a server but I am doing my best to make it as perfect as I can. If you happen to know a thing or two about starting a server, I would love to have some help with it, send me PM on here offering the help and I will invite you to the server. But anyway, with that being said, I hope you all enjoyed the chapter and if you are wanting to submit chapter ideas or one-shot idea's, please message me on here on through my discord tag *-𝕊𝕟𝕠𝕨-*#9422 But with that being said, I hope you all are staying safe and doing well, please stay tuned for more chapters like this and I will see you in the next one, peace.
