Quick Note: there is going to be gender bender in this chapter and the next one.
Yuma, Sota, Black Mist and Astral are riding in the Different Dimension Airship. The destination is Overgrown Forest where the Flower Diamond grows. The girls: Kotori, Cathy and Rio also joined this adventure.
"Here we are." Astral said as he pointed at a planet. It is a planet filled with tall trees and lots of plant life around. "Wow, that is amazing." Rio said.
The ship stays in the air as the ship teleport them down at the forest. The gang looked around and it is wilder then they think. There are different plants and colorful flowers in different shapes and trees that it looks like it could reach the heavens.
"Ok, where should we look?" Yuma ask. Astral looked around and saw out of all the trees there is the largest of them all. "Let's go to the largest tree. We might have a clue." Astral said. They are about to go until…
Spears came out of the tall trees and the gang dodged the spears. Shadow figures came down and it looks like humans.
"Humans live here?" Sota said with surprise.
"No, they are not human." Astral said. "They live here. They are called Greenthumb people. They may look like human but they can grow plants out of their bodies." Astral explain. One of the human grows a vine in her wrist and uses it as a wipe. The vine is about to hit Kotori but Yuma grab her in his arms and got out of the way.
"That is close." Yuma said. Kotori saw that she is in Yuma's arms and blushed.
"Get them! They are working for Roger!" One of the warriors yelled.
"What are you talking about?" Yuma ask in a loud voice.
"You demons are here to take our daughters and make our people as your slaves." One of the warriors said.
"But, we are not-" Rio try to explain until a spear is aimed at her. Rio closes her eyes to wait for the impact but there is no pain. She opens her eyes and saw Number 0 protected her from the spear.
"We should get out of here." Astral suggested to the gang. They agreed and start running away from the warriors.
"You better run, villains." The warrior yelled at them. Astral is thinking that something more is happening to this dimension.
Everyone went to a safe distance from the warriors but farther away from the tree where they suppose to be heading. They got out so far and it is close to the afternoon.
"That is too close." Sota said as he try to caught his breath. "Yeah, but there is something that is bothering me?" Rio said. Everyone turn to Rio.
"What do they mean Roger?" Rio asks. "There is something going on."
"Yeah, and they mistaken us for them." Astral said. "We won't be able to get to that large tree now."
"Oh-man, and I thought this will be an in and out journey but we have to work hard to get it again." Black Mist said with a pout.
"Ok, Black Mist, I will think of something." Astral said.
"Think faster." Black Mist suggested.
"I am going to look around." Sota said as he walks off. Sota and Black Mist can get away from each other more now that the curse is weakened but only in a certain distance.
"Sota! Come back!" Yuma said as he ran after him. "Yuma." Astral said. He tries to get him back but failed.
Astral sighed. "What am I going to do with him?"
"Kotori. Rio. Cathy. Can you get them?" Astral ask the girls to get Sota and Yuma.
"Yeah. We'll get them," Kotori said. She, Cathy and Rio went after the boys deep in the forest.
For a while, they try to find Yuma and Sota but no luck. They are run faster than the girls.
"Yuma! Sota!" the girls yelled to find them.
"When I find them I'm going to-"Kotori is about to saying until she bumped into someone. She looked and saw a tall creature and it fur is like moss. "Sorry, we should get going." Kotori said. The girls agreed and they start to leave until it took her arm and squeeze it. "Ow! Let go!" Kotori yelled in pain.
"You girls will be potential brides for Roger." The green moss monster said.
"NO! Yuma! Help!" Kotori yelled.
There are rocks that are thrown at the sky and hitting the moss monster.
"Kotori! Rio! Cathy!' Run!" Yuma yelled on top of a tree. The girls made their chance to run away.
"Get back here!" The moss monster demands. He starts to chase the girls but Yuma grab a vine and swing it and jumped and kick the monster in the head. The monster collapsed and was knocked out. The girls stop running while they saw Yuma KO the monster. Sota went down and met up with the girls.
"Yuma! Where were you?" Kotori ask. Kotori is frustrated that they left without them.
"We were looking around and we saw a place that is unusual. It looks like a kingdom. Plus we saw the same creatures that attacked you." Sota said.
"What is weird is that the people what they called...Green dump?" Yuma explain. "Greenthumb." Sota corrected him.
"Whatever." Yuma said. "The people look like they are in slavery." Yuma explained.
"What is going on there?" Cathy asks.
"I don't know but we better get out of here before more of them come here." Yuma said.
The gang agreed and start heading back where Astral and Black Mist are. Sota is walking until he trip and fell down a hill.
"Sota!" Yuma and Kotori yelled. They saw Sota rolling down the hill.
"Sota, are you alright?'Kotori yelled down at Sota.
"Yeah." Sota respond. Sota saw that he is surround but pink flowers that has petals like lips. He got up and trip again and hit the flower and it spit out a pink liquid at Sota.
"EWW! I got some on my mouth!" Sota shouted. Sota is flail around and try to spit out the bad taste in his mouth. The slime taste really gross like gym socks and rotten milk.
Yuma, Kotori, Cathy and Rio went down to hill to check on Sota and went to Sota's side. "Are you ok?" Rio asks.
"No, I got icky stuff in my mouth and I think I shallow some." Sota gagged. He is still grossed out by the taste.
"Well, let's go back to Astral and Black Mist." Yuma said. They went back on track to meet up with Black Mist and Astral.
They are halfway where Astral and Black Mist are. "We are almost there." Yuma said. Sota then feel funny and dizzy. He went to the ground as he is yelling in pain. "Sota? Sota, is something wrong?" Yuma is concern when he hears his friend shouting in pain.
"Rio, get Black Mist and Astral." Yuma said to Rio as she starts leaving to get Astral and Black Mist. Sota then holds his stomach with two arms and wraps them and falls on his knees and curl in a ball and looks like he is still in pain.
Yuma, Cathy and Kotori are worried about Sota, he won't stop shouting and pain. He starts breathing heavy but till later his breathing sounds different.
"Yuma! We heard about Sota! How is he?" Astral ask.
"He is not in pain anymore. It was over a moment ago." Yuma responded. Black Mist got close to Sota.
"Kid, are you alright?" Black Mist asks.
"Yeah, I am alright." Sota said but there is something strange on his voice. He sounds like a...
Sota got up and the others gasped including Black Mist. What they saw...Sota as a girl.
Sota's face is lady like, has a cute girl voice and others things that boys doesn't have...
"Sota? You are a girl!" Black Mist yelled in surprised. "What?" Sota is wondering what Black Mist is talking about until he feels his face and look at her (his) body.
"What is happening to me?" Sota said in a panic. She (He) is wondering what cause this.
"Does it have to do with that pink flower that spit on Sota?" Yuma said.
"A flower?" Astral whispered in wonder.
There was a rumble and then comes down a girl with a purple ponytail. She grows arrows in her arms and readies her weapon: the bow.
"Stop!" Kotori said as she spread her arms to protect her friends. Rio, Cathy and Yuma did the same. The girl readies her bow until she saw Sota. She lowers her bow.
The girl narrowed her eyes. "Are you a boy?" the girl said as she point at her (him). Sota nodded.
"I thought so. You may have the girl's looks and smell but I sense you have a boy spirit plus you are freaking out. You must have encountered our ladypink flowers." The girl explains.
Everyone does not understand what she is talking about.
"Follow me and I will explain. Now I know you are not from Roger, I can trust you." The girl said as she told them to follow her.
It is almost sundown and they finally in their destination: the largest tree in this planet.
They are now at a laboratory, where the girl's father is chatting. He has crazy white hair and goofy looking glasses have a tank top and a grass pants.
"Ladypink flowers are flower that spit slime at males that comes close to them. In fact, my friend got spit on him when he tries to propose to his fiancée, it didn't went so well. Poor fiancé wasn't happy and cry about it for hours. She was almost about to run away until he came or she came and say his feelings won't change but something unusual happen and it was-" The man said.
"Stop! Dad! You cured your friend from the slime, turn him back and they live an happily ever after." The girl said. Her father talks for a really long time.
"Mimi, I was getting to the good part." The father said. "Don't worry about it. I will get an antidote ready so you can turn back normal. It will take about a few hours." The father said.
A bat starts flying in the sky and landed in the ground.
"What is that?" Kotori said as she has a surprise look on her face.
"Oh, this an other poor fellow that got turn into an animal. I found her when she was near the poison ivyanimal that turns you into any animal.
The bat went to Rio's shoulder and snuggles near her.
"Aww. Looks like she likes you." The father added.
Mimi then hear shouting and screaming, she looked out the door and saw the moss monsters taking young girls out of their homes and few that are stopping the monsters to take their daughters. They always take those people if they offend Roger and his orders.
"Father! Roger's monsters are here!" the girl said.
"Really, Mimi. Oh no! Kids you have to find before they find you." The father said.
Yuma, Astral, Black Mist and Sota hides in the closet as the girls went under the covered sheet table. Mimi starts to look for a place to hide until the door broke down.
"Hey, there's another one!" one of the moss monsters said. A few of the monsters came in and grab Mimi.
"Don't take my child, please." The man pleads.
Another moss monster entered but looks bigger than others, 'Do you have other girls." The leader said. "Ummm…" the father tries not to say anything.
A bat's wing on Rio's shoulder went near Cathy's nose. The wing tickled her nose and causes her to…
"AAAAA-CHOOOO!" Cathy squeeze.
The moss monsters hear it and pull the covers out of the table and reveals Cathy, Rio and Kotori. The monsters grab them.
"Oh-no. They have the girls." Astral whispered to Yuma, Black Mist and Sota in the closet.
"Take them to Roger." The leader said. The girls scream as they leave the room.
The distress father went to the ground and the boys (Sota is a girl.) went out of the closet.
"We have to stop them." Astral said. They start to follow the monsters that took the girls.
There is a row of girls about Yuma and Sota's age. The monsters are surrounding them so they don't escape. Yuma saw Kotori and the other two among them and the ladies are frightened.
"We should climb up that tree." Sota said. Sota start to climb but he isn't good but he manages to get up.
"Master Roger, it is time." The leader said.
A boy that looks like he can be in high school. He has brown hair that is comb out, has a built on his body, but he has a brat vibe around him. He also wears a crown and a cape.
"So these are the potential brides." Roger said.
"Yes, master Roger." The leader said. Roger went to the girls and looked at them one by one.
"Too ugly. Too fat. Too short. And too tall." Roger judging the girls, so far they are negative. He then went to Rio, Kotori and Cathy and took a good look at them.
"This one is cute." Roger said. Kotori is red from embarrassment. "The cat one has good fashion sense." Cathy flinch like a cat. "This blue one is beautiful: 'Rio hold her hair with uncomfortable.
"Who should I pick?" The girls are sweating now that they are going to marry this person and they don't want to marry him. (Plus Cathy and Kotori want to marry Yuma.)
"Oh-no!" Yuma said. "This is not good." Astral said.
"We have to stop him." Sota said. She (He) trip and fall off the tree and landed where the girls are.
"Owww! That hurt!" Sota rub her (his) back. Roger gasped as he saw her (him). He walks to her (him) and grabs her (him) chin and looked at her (him) in the eyes. He thinks she (her) is most beautiful girl in the world. Her eyes are like crystals and have beautiful skin.
"I found my bride." Roger said with joy.
"WHAT!?" Yuma, Black Mist, Rio, Cathy, Sota and Astral said at the same time.
"I will take you. Let's start the wedding tonight." Roger said as the moss monster picked up Sota and carry her (him) in its shoulder.
"No! Let go! I don't want to get married!" Sota yelled as she (he) got carried away.
"This is not good." Yuma said. Black Mist didn't say anything but flew after Sota.
"What are we going to do?" Yuma said in confusion.
