Iza sighed dreamily as she finished the chapter she was on. It was a classical love story between a prince and a nobody from a small village that no one seems to know about. It was such a good story. She had read it multiple times before, but the ending always eluded her.
Iza put down the book and stood up. She stretched out her body and heard her back pop. She winced. She felt like her body should not be doing that. She sighed and decided to see if there was internet. When she pulled out her laptop and opened she was surprised to see she had full bars.
She decided not to question it and pulled up a youtube video. The video just happened to be an old vine compilation. She smiled and started watching. When she was halfway through the video, she heard a knock on the door. "Come in!" She called without pausing the video. She looked up when the door opened. "Hi Zuko! What's up?"
"I came to tell you- What is that?" Zuko walked up next to her and looked at the video that was playing. "Are there people in there?" Iza laughed and shook her head. "The thing I'm using is called a laptop, and I'm watching a video. A video is something that has already happened and been recorded, so you can watch it again." Zuko looked interested. "You can stay and watch some if you want." Zuko nodded and sat down next to her.
The first vine he saw was of a tiny dog in a football costume with the person in the background saying, "Man down." and laughing about the dog. Zuko eyebrows furrowed. "What type of animal is it?" Iza paused the video. "That was a dog." Zuko blinked. "A polar bear dog?" he asked. Iza shook her head. "No. A normal dog." Zuko still looked confused but Iza restarted the video. The next one that came up was a lawnmower running on its own, then taking flight. Zuko looked concerned. "What was that flying machine?" Iza snorted. "It's a lawnmower. We use them to cut the grass. The thing about that video is they are not supposed to fly."
Time passed as they kept watching the odd videos and Iza explained them to Zuko. "Wait. So you have people that go on a show and answer questions for money and a lot of people watch it?" Iza nodded and there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" Iza called. The door opened and General Iroh walked in. "Hello. You both missed lunch, so I thought I would bring you something." Zuko slapped his hand to his head. "That's what I was going to tell you! Lunch was ready."
Iza and Zuko accepted the food and thanked Iroh. As they ate, they watched different videos, including some cartoons and music theater songs. When they were done Zuko said he had to go back to the deck and train. Iza nodded her head and asked if she could come and Zuko agreed and told her to put on something lighter as it was hot on deck.
Iza shooed him out the door and put on her flower print yoga pants and a t-shirt that said 'just do it'. She headed up towards the deck where she heard the woosh of firebending. She entered the deck and stretched a little bit before deciding to do yoga.
Iza took a deep breath and sat down in the easy pose. After about thirty seconds she stood up and did the warrior poses, then some other poses. By the time she was done, her back was sore, but she felt very relaxed. "Hey, Iza?" Iza looked at the banished prince. "What's up Zuko?"
"I was wondering if you could bend." Iza shook her head. "I don't think I can." Iza told the prince. The prince shrugged and resumed his training. Iza decided to do some push ups.
One thing you wouldn't know about Iza just by looking at her, is that she was extremely strong and had high endurance. Iza was on her hundredth push up, when she decided that was enough training. She looked around the deck and saw that Zuko was still training, but now he was training with his swords. Iza shrugged. He could train all he wanted, but she was going to take a nap.
