when Miranda and Tuck got home she'd wash him off and change his clothes feeding him and putting him to bed. She quickly jump off the couch when her heard a knock at the door "Torres I'm fine you don't need to-" she stopped talking when she finally saw who was at the door Ben stood in the door with flowers in his hand "Can I come in" he said looking at her with a sad face "y-y-yeah sure" she said looking back down at her feet she closed the door and turned to look at him "I brought you these flowers"he said handing them to her, she didn't take them so he sat them down on the table " when did you get out?" She asked "earlier today my brother helped me out" he said with a smile on his face " so what do you want?" She asked finally looking up at him his face and body language changed as he saw her black eye "Miranda baby I'm so sorry" he said taking a step to her but he stopped when she took a step back from him "Miranda" he said with a shocked face as to why she stepped back "baby what's wrong"he said lifting his hand up to place on her shoulder but quickly pulled it away when he saw her flinch his eyes grew with anger and sadness "Miranda please don't be scared of me" she quickly put her head down not letting him see her cry " Miranda please tell me you're not scared of me?" She didn't answer "Miranda!" he yelled accidentally making her jump "can you just leave please I just need some time please" she said with tears running down her face "Miranda I'm sorry please" he said softly crying causing her to look up at him she felt bad for flinching but she couldn't help it she moved from by the door allowing him to leave when he walked out of the door he said "I'm sorry Miranda" " I know" she said closing the door she cried all night until she fell asleep.
