Sorry for the long wait, I really don't have a good reason why this chapter took so long but this was written by me and Iidathequick once again, I hope you enjoy and please leave a review.

Bold: "All might talking in his hero form"

Italic: "Deku's thoughts"

Normal: "normal speech"

Deku's narration: No quotes

"You heard me right. I said 'inherit my power'. I can pass down my quirk to others. One person takes the quirk, enhances it, and passes it on to their successor. This process continues for generations, with it constantly stockpiling bit by bit with every holder of this great power. The name of this quirk is One For All."

"O-One For All…?" Izuku was starting to recollect himself, now trying to grasp the reality he's being faced with

"Yes, and now it's up to you to accept One For All from me, and become the 9th user of this power.

"W-W-WAIT THIS IS ALL SO MUCH TO TAKE IN, I MEAN YOU CAN'T JUST GIVE SOMEONE A QUIRK LIKE SOME SORT OF GIFT AND IF THIS IS TRUE THIS WOULD ALTER THE ENTIRE WAY WE THINK ABOUT QUIRKS AS A WHOLE…" Izuku continued rambling on

"Listen kid you're just gonna have to accept that it is what is, so answer me, ARE YOU GOING TO ACCEPT MY AWESOME POWER!?"

"I-I-I'd be honored to All Might.." While Midoriya spoke, he felt a strong chill run down his spine

All Might grew to his hero form, reaching for his hair and pulling out a singular strand. "Eat this.". He spoke solidly, without so much as a hint of a joking tone in his voice.

"You want me to do what!?"

"Look, in order for me to transfer my quirk to you, you need to take some of my DNA and this is the least weird option!"

"Huh? Wait, you mean you're gonna give me One For All just like that? No build up or anything?" Izuku was by all means flabbergasted, as he didn't think it would happen this fast"Surprised, are you? Well, you shouldn't be. It seems to me that your quirk already holds great potential, and the way you defended that boy from the sludge villain using all you had told me more than I needed to hear. Just from that alone, you could be ready to take One For All for your own."

"A-Are you really sure about this All Might? What if I'm not ready? Besides, is it really gonna be that quick? Don't I need some kind of training?"

"There's more to One For All than just power, young man. It goes beyond just being strong physically! You need to have the will to fight and stand, the soul to put yourself before others, and the ability to proudly show yourself to the world. You, Izuku Midoriya, have shown me that you are very ready for what I'm going to give you!".

Midoirya could only stand in awe at what his hero had told him. And so, he decided to reach out to All Might's hand, and grab the strand of hair. He decided to get the hard part done as fast as possible and eat the hair without giving it a second thought. He thought It tasted strangely salty and the texture made him want to puke. All the while, the Symbol had just silently watched him eat his hair.

Once he was done, All Might had looked to his successor. "Remember, this is all supposed to remain a secret. Not even your family can know about One For All. This is urgent, so please keep this under wraps." "R-Right! I won't let you down." "Tomorrow, after school, I want you to meet me near the beach." "Y-Yes sir!"

As quick as he had arrived, All Might left in an instant, leaving only a strong wind where he once stood. Izuku held his arms up and prevented dirt and leaves from getting in his face. After looking off into the purple skies and orange sunset for a few minutes, he had finally decided to go home.

The next day at school was actually more interesting than an average day. We'd finally put in applications for high schools to decide where we wanted to take our futures. Looking back on it, I still couldn't believe how I'd worked up the courage to apply for UA.

The school day had ended, and the last hour bell rang out. On his way out of the building, he hadn't noticed that he was being quickly approached by a pretty angry Bakugo.

At the end of 1st hour, when they had put applications in, Katsuki got a very small and quick glance at Izuku's paper while he was leaving. He saw him write down "UA", and he was not happy about it. So while Midoriya was trying to head for the beach, like he had planned to, he was interrupted and pulled aside. Before he even knew what was happening he was thrown at a wall behind him. Immediately, Bakugo was in his usual screaming tone of voice.

"Why the hell did you apply for UA, Deku!? I'm supposed to be the one and only student from this rundown dump of a school to get into UA, so why'd you even apply!?". Midway through his insane screaming, he grabbed the collar of Deku's shirt and continued to hold him against the wall. Izuku grabbed at Katsuki's arms, and pulled him off of himself. "I applied for UA because my dream is to become the #1 Hero. I've had that goal ever since I was a little kid. I'm gonna be someone just like All Might! So like it or not, you can't stop me!". At the very sound of Izuku yelling back at him, he flew into a rage and had pulled his right arm behind him. Sparks were beginning to form in his hand, and as he flung it forward at Midoriya, he had planned to use an explosion. In a small instant, Midoriya had to defend himself, and his thoughts were racing, and he had almost less than a second to figure out how to defend himself. "Okay, okay, just think! Let's see, Kacchan's explosions work off his sweat, right? But only if the sweat is from his palms. Usually, his hands will spark before an explosion. If I can use te]telekinesis to grab the explosion just as it happens, I might be able to defend myself!" As such, Midoriya's theory is being tested. There was only about an instant of time to react, so he had to work off of a predicted time to grab the loose strands from the bomb itself. As soon as he saw the faint light of what was going to be an explosion, he managed to catch the combustion out of the air. He then held the heat and smoke of said explosion, and aimed them to the sky, letting it shoot off into the air.

"You little bastard! How dare you!? I'll kill you!" Mere moments away from what would've been a fight, a distant voice was heard, although faintly. It was one of the teachers, who had seen the failed attack. "Katsuki! Is that you? Are you starting a fight!?"

"Dammit. Tch, LISTEN HERE DEKU! IF I EVEN SEE YOU NEAR UA I'LL KILL YOU2!" And just like that, he was gone. He left the scene stomping his feet while walking.

Finally, after planning it and being delayed multiple times, Midoriya was on his way to meet All Might down at the Dagobah Municipal Beach. However, after standing up to Bakugo, he felt more courageous. As soon as All Might had noticed Deku, he began to walk over, partially confused. "What took you so long to get here? Had me waiting for almost 20 minutes." "S-Sorry All Might, I got stopped by a student."

"Now, you might've heard about all the trash that was dumped here on Dagobah right?" "Yeah, I heard that the place was once beautiful, but now all the waste spreads across the entire beach." All Might looks out onto the trash-piled land. He points out at it with an outstretched arm with one finger aiming at the trash. "This is how our training will go. And we'll do it with the help of THIS!" All Might's body instantly grew in size, as he pulls out a packet that seemed to be quite long from his jacket. "I call it the 'Aim to pass: American Plan' training regimen! Inside it is a detailed schedule and guide to all of our training for the next ten months. In ten months you'll clean up an entire portion of this beach, all the while keeping up your fire and physique. It may look tough now, but trust me, it'll be great!"

"Woah, this thing is really thorough! It even has a meal plan. Most of it is cycled. Hm...Huh? What's this? Near the end of the ten month period. Sparring? Against who? Do you have specialized trainers, too?"

"Not at all, you'll be sparring against yours truly!" All Might stood tall, radiating his usual "Wh-WHAT!? I HAVE TO FIGHT YOU!? IF I WERE TO TRY AND DO THAT I'D DIE!"

"Don't be silly, Young Midoriya. Obviously I wouldn't use all of my strength on you, that'd be outrageous! I'll be holding back, don't worry. Now that I've given this to you, I want you to go home for the rest of the day. One For All's training officially starts tomorrow!"

"Yes sir! I'll see you tomorrow!" After such an eventful day, Deku would finally go home. And after a nice dinner, he immediately went to his room, and fell asleep, knowing that tomorrow would be the start of a hellish 10 months.

It's the dawn of a new day. Izuku's eaten his breakfast and headed to school. And even though he could still focus on schoolwork, the vast majority of his train of thought was spent on his training plan. This carried with him the entire day. Not once could he shake it off his mind. And then, before he'd even realized it, the school day was done. He now no longer has to wonder what his training will be like, because it's all gonna happen now. As he approached All Might, he felt both extremely nervous, scared even, yet confident. He knew he had to be ready, so he prepared for the next almost year of training.

All that was important right now however, was the first day.

"Young Midoriya! Glad you decided to show up! Now then, we should get started on what the main bulk of your training will be based off of. Now, you told me your quirks were telekinesis, and fire. So we'll create ways for you to utilize both of your powers in training."

The symbol of peace walked his successor down to a large pile of trash amidst the sea of it around them. "You see all this trash? I want you to pick up most of the trash on this beach. The thing about it is, you are not allowed to use your hands. If at any point you touch any of this trash with your hands, I will throw more back out there, and you will have to do more work."

"O-Oh, I see. It's all telekinesis training then." Midoriya begins to pick up small cans one by one off the ground. "Huh, this is actually pretty easy! I could do this." "You know All Might, this isn't too bad." "Well you see, it would be easy if I let you do that, but no. The thing about training is, as it goes along, you have a bare minimum weight per carry that you must meet. For today I'll go easy and let the limit be 150 pounds, but starting tomorrow the baseline is 200. Every 2 months it'll increase by certain increments, and by the end you should be able to lift around 700 pounds."

"ARE YOU SERIOUS!?" The fledgeling hero hadn't even begun training, and he already feels massively overwhelmed.

"But that's only the mental training. As for your flames, I present to you: THE ULTIMATE FIRE TESTING BOARD!". In All Might's hand was a 2cm thick steel sheet. "Now then, the way this will work is you'll shoot flames at the sheet. The overall goal is to bring the sheet to its melting point. You'll do this by concentrating your heat to build temperature, and then letting it out onto the steel. The difficulty will stem from both keeping the flame alive and powerful, and having to focus it down to a single point without severe damage to your brain such as large headaches."

"Wow. It's almost like he had the ideal training thought out before we even met. How am I gonna be able to do this?- Wait, no! Stop thinking like that! I can do this. He chose me to inherit his power!"

"Note that just because it isn't mandatory doesn't mean you shouldn't practice at all physically speaking. Try to keep up your strength so as to ensure that even though your stronger points are telekinesis and fire, it doesn't mean you're helpless without them. A great hero is one who can fight even in the worst possible scenarios!"

All Might finished giving his last bit of advice, soon after raising his right hand, which had been balled into a fist. "Now! Let's get some work done!" "Right!"

Midoriya smiled confidently because in his mind, he knew he had nothing to fear or worry about. It doesn't matter how hard the next ten months will be, he's gonna remain strong, and push through it all.

After a while of cleaning trash, All Might set down the steel sheet, and prepared for the second half of training. "Now, I want you to throw flames at this steel. We're doing this on the first day for a future look back on your progress! So, show me what you can do for now."

"Alright, focus! If my goal is to melt it in ten months, then I should develop a strategy. The best way I could build heat using my quirk is to concentrate it. Maybe if I hold it down to a singular point, I could let it build in temperature so the overall stream of my attack is more effective!". He had put his theory to the test.

He brought both of his arms down to around his stomach and almost had his hands clasped together. In between the small space between both his palms was a small flame that he had continuously held, and strengthened. The flame had begun to grow, and after a solid two minutes it was large enough to fit in both of his palms like a ball. It was now he assumed he would be able to do something, so he threw it all at once utilizing his telekinesis to shoot out the flame. It didn't continue with a stream, rather it stayed as a ball and slammed against the steel. He tried to keep it alive for as long as possible, yet when the flame died, the steel was only a soft orange. It was still good for his first day.

As all first days usually are, it wasn't nearly as bad as he'd imagined. The days following reminded him, however, that it wouldn't stay easy for as long as he would've hoped. The next day taught him how difficult pushing his quirk actually was. But regardless of this fact, he kept going and going. Bit by bit he began to improve. By the day, the Dagobah Municipal Beach would look cleaner and cleaner. He still had quite a ways to go, but he was prepared.

IidaTheQuick-

This was by far the longest chapter we've written. Terribly sorry for the hiatus in between chapters. For a while I was either sick or just too busy to get back to writing. But now that summer's here and we've all got too much time on our hands, the story will begin to pick up in pace again. Please leave any and all suggestions or criticisms that you may have in the reviews. Thank you for reading.
