Thank you guys so much for 1000 Reads/Views. I'm so grateful that 1000 people decided to come on and read our fic. Thank you so much.

The first two months of my training with All Might were, for the most part, difficult. Yet as time went on it got easier and easier, and I wanted things to get more challenging. As the last day of my second month passed, the first day of my third month had an odd agenda. With the way All Might wrote it, I thought it would mainly be an explanation on how much harder things were going to be, since it was just marked as "Details". So as usual the school day would end, and I'd head for Dagobah as I had done every day before then. Today, however, was different. All Might hadn't even brought the quote, "ULTIMATE FIRE TESTING BOARD!" We were using for heat training.

"Good afternoon, Young Midoriya! Now, if you checked the training plan you may have noticed that today has no main workout, and is only listed as 'Details', correct?"

"Yeah, I was actually going to ask you what that meant. Are you just gonna run over our training, and how much harder it's going to be, or something similar?"

"Nope! The purpose of our training was not only to strengthen your own powers, but to enhance the one I gave to you. So, today's going to be One For All training! I'm going to teach you how to activate and use my quirk! Isn't that just so cool!?"

"WAIT, REALLY!? I-It's only been like 2 months are you really sure I should try using it already!?"

"It'll be fine. I'm right here to guide you! Before we begin, I would like for you to closely examine how I use it. It may be hard to catch at first, but I'll give you a minute or two.". Right after, the hero had begun to both transform, and deform from his hero state, giving Izuku some time to try and see what he's doing.

"Have you caught on yet?" "Hmm…" "When I activate One For All, what changes?" "You get larger?" "Yes. Now what does that mean?" "It means that...The energy from One For All is coursing throughout your body, making it grow, and making you stronger."

"Precisely! Now, also notice that when I use the quirk, I let it stay going. I don't just activate it for a quick moment and then let it die out. There's also another thing. Let's see just how much you know about me! What would happen if I were to move at 100% of my speed at all times?"

"You would cause thunderstorms and mayhem whenever you ran by! So, you don't always use 100% at all times either."

"And that is exactly how you'll use One For All safely. You'll lower its power until you can move without blowing off any limbs. You are still very new to the quirk, so don't worry if the amount you can muster right now is incredibly low. In time, you will become stronger, and be able to push out more and more of One For All."

"How will I know when I'm capable of moving? Is there some kind of indicator? Will I grow like you, and if I do, will it hurt? What happens if I put One For All on top of my telekinesis without limiting it? Will my brain explode!? What do you mean my limbs will blow off!? Am I gonna die!?"

"I assure you that as long as you don't use 100% of its power, nothing serious should happen. Now, enough talking, let's see how much power you can push out lad!"

"Um… The first of many questions I have is: how do I even turn it on? How will I know when it activates?"

"One For All should be just as easy to activate as your main quirk. Look deep within yourself, and when you see it, bring it out! You may think you won't know how, but by heart, you will."

"Somewhere deep within me. Somewhere in my heart…". Izuku stood around for a while, with his eyes closed, and his right arm hovering over the center of his chest. He had gotten into a stance of sorts. Crouched down and forward, with both of his arms now being just below his held-down head. He focused for a long while, somewhere in the range of about 10 minutes, and after that long stretch of time his body finally began to glow a faint light. His skin brightened, with red lines running up and down his entire person. He brought his body back up, although it was hard to stand up completely.

"You're starting to get it! Now, lower the power until you think you're in a safe range. It may take a minute, so don't stress if it feels like it's taking a while."

"I-I'll try!-". Deku could feel the power built up slowly go down with time, and the intense feeling from holding it at 100% fell. After a while had passed, suddenly the redlining had finally disappeared. Very small, almost impossible to see sparks of green-colored lightning began to shoot off of his body. It required lots of focus, but he wasn't hurting anymore. It was now he thought he was capable of moving, so he gave it a quick test. Upon moving, he had noticed that, with his new power, he was moving quite a bit quicker than usual. Manageable, but still not easy.

"It seems you've done it! Well, how does it feel? Does it still hurt to use? Just from the looks of it, it appears you're only managing to hold somewhere between 2-3%."

"Wait, are you serious? Only 2-3%? Man, your quirk really is insane!"

"Holding One For All was today's main goal. Now that you've obtained it, the later stages of training should be easier on your mind."

"That's easier said than done, I-I can barely move! How am I expected to spar with you like this, All Might!?"

"Remember, we're only two months into your training. You've still got 8 more to improve. Perhaps by the end of it, you'll be able to use 2% freely, and without excess focus. We'll consider that your new long-term goal. Now! We'll have some brief exercises given that we now have more time. I understand you can run, but let's see if you can get used to doing more. Try to move your arms around, and when you're ready, try some basic punches."

"Alright. I'll give it a shot!". Midoriya then moved his arms around. This involved rolling them, stretching them out, even just flailing them to ensure he could get used to the feeling of his newfound control. It took him around 30 seconds to get used to basic arm control, so he then attempted a couple of attacks. He pulled his right arm back, balled it into a fist, and threw it out in front of him with more force than just an average jab, almost like a forward aimed hook. From the attack came a small burst of wind, that even displaced some of the sand beneath his feet. He now went for a couple of jabs. All of them producing about the same amount of wind. He continued on attacking the air until he finally felt comfortable doing it.

"Alright, I got the hang of basic attacking! This is really something else! Even at 2%, this is still a decently large increase from normal!"

"And this is only from basic attacks. Both your other abilities should also increase, so by the end of training you should be more than ready for the entrance exams! I want you to be ready.

The day after, I immediately tried to use One For All on top of my quirk to see the changes, and those changes were so fascinating to me then, and even now.

"Today, we'll be upping the ante a little, so stay strong! For the next two months of your training, covering the 3rd and 4th months, your new bare minimum weight limit of trash per carry is 400 pounds. You've gotten comfortable lifting 200, so now, I'm doubling your work."

"Alright!". It took him a few to find enough objects to equate to 400 pounds, but when he had he fully realized how hard it was to lift. He could barely keep it off the ground, let alone move it across the beach. In the midst of it, he began to think, "Maybe if I activate One For All again, I could lift this. Guess I can only try.". He shut his eyes again, and began to focus, now activating One For All a lot quicker than yesterday. However, as soon as All Might had noticed the green glow emitting from the 9th's body, he immediately leapt over, planting himself on top of the large amounts of trash, more than doubling its weight, and causing Deku to drop all of the trash, and fall, causing him to lose the glow from One For All in the process.

"Smart move, using One For All to make your job easier, but you aren't allowed to use it for either of your training. If you're abusing the power to make things easier, then you won't grow. You can't advance if everything is too easy. I don't want you to become dependent on One For All."

"Y-Yes sir. Sorry, sir.". The boy slowly got up off of the ground, dusting himself off and then going back to picking up the trash, now without One For All's help.

Over time, months had begun to fly by quicker and quicker, and I'd started to make great progress. Around the 5th month of training, I had actually succeeded in melting the steel like I had set out to. Every following day saw the same result for almost 2 weeks before All Might had introduced me to my newest goal. A stone that had made a name for itself through its sheer resistance. The steel had upgraded to a small rock of Coltan.

"This, Young Midoriya, is a stone that has a melting point of 2 thousand degrees celsius. I don't. really expect you to be able to melt it, especially by the time our 10 months is over, but this will be your newest heat tester. SO NOW THAT THE ULTIMATE FIRE TESTING BOARD IS NO MORE, I PRESENT TO YOU: THE SUPER ROCK OF HEAT TRAINING!"

"Super rock of heat training?-"

"Don't you just love it!?"

Now, I had to work with this supposed Super Rock for practice. And it stuck with me for the rest of training. The coltan he used was rough and jagged, and the rock itself was about the same size as an average beach ball.

After the introduction of the rock, training proceeded as normal, but this new element wasn't the only thing that changed, since now I had another new kind of training.

The next day reminded me about how many layers there are to dealing with problems.

"Midoriya! Are you ready for today's training?"

"I am, but what are we doing for today? I think you marked it as 'Combat Training'?"

"Exactly! For you see, throughout my time as the #1 Hero, I learned fairly quickly that just being strong is one thing, but you'll fall painfully behind if that's all you can bring to the table. So I've decided to take it upon myself to teach you HOW to fight!"

"Wait, you mean that!? I'm gonna get to learn how to fight from you!?"

"Ha! That's right! Now, go ahead and go deal with some of your basic trainings, and once those are done I'll teach you a thing or two on how to work around your enemies."

"Will do!"

Training seemed to go by quicker than usual, but maybe it's because I was thinking too much on exactly what combat training meant. Either way, I still managed to finish relatively fast, and get back to All Might.

"All right young Midoriya, are you finished with today's training already?"

"Yes, I am! So, uh, how are we gonna go about this?"

"Well it should be fairly obvious! Throughout my many years of hero work, I teamed up with an array of very skilled heroes, some of which were incredibly talented at different forms of martial arts. The problem however is I'm a horrid teacher when it comes to combat! I can teach you very little, but I'll still try!"

"Geez.."

After learning the small amount of combat I could from All Might, my training went as regular. I had reached the end of new training exercises, and before I had even noticed it was nearing the end of my training. Only a couple of days remained. 3 more days before the entrance exams at UA would take place.

Izuku was running towards the beach when he ran into something and fell over, he saw a 5'10½" tall boy around his age out on a Saturday morning run. He was wearing glasses, a blue and white tracksuit, and had engines on his calves. After Midoriya had fallen over, the boy had come back to make sure he was alright, offering to help him up.

"I'm so very sorry for causing you to fall! Are you okay?"

"Y-Yeah I'm fine. Man, you're crazy fast. I barely even noticed you were there."

"I was out for a morning run for exercise purposes and was passing by. Actually, I was on my way to the beach right now. I'm sorry for being so unaware and careless! Please forgive me for this."

"Really, it's okay! Here, how about I introduce myself? I'm Izuku Midoriya. I'm from Aldera Junior High. How about you?"

"Aldera? That school's actually fairly close to my own. I'm surprised we hadn't run into each other sooner! I'm Tenya Iida, and I'm from Soumei Junior High. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Iida held out his right hand, which, in response, Midoriya held out his own arm and grabbed onto his. Iida helped the acquaintance back onto his feet and shook his hand.

"Oh, so you said you were headed to the beach, right? What were you going to go there for?"

"Rumors have been spreading that people have supposedly seen All Might consistently go to the beach everyday for what seems like the past 10 months! He would wait from in the morning and wouldn't leave until late afternoon, so I wanted to see what he was doing there."

"Wait, this is bad! If both of us go to the beach right now, then he'll find out about my training! All Might wanted me to meet him early, I can't let this Iida guy get there and start questioning All Might either! Okay, think Izuku!"

"Oh yeah, the beach? I-I saw what he was doing! H-He was just uh….cleaning the beach! Isn't he just the best?- He even cares about the state of our community!"

"Well, I suppose it's very likely, given he is the #1 Pro Hero. Guess that means I'll just go my normal route. I suppose I'll be going now."

"Hey, and if it isn't too much of a problem, you think we might run into each other again?

"Do you have a cell phone? I could give you my cell number and we could talk to each other in our free time."

"Yeah, I do! Here, let me get my phone-"

Briefly, we traded numbers and I found myself with a new friend. And while I would like to take time and be happy about that, I had business to attend to. Besides, I only have 3 days until UA's entrance exams. Today has to be something big.

" Young Midoriya! You are here! So, are you ready for today's special training? "

"Y-Yes sir! But, I have a question."

"Fire away!"

"Why did you set all the trash aside? I know today's gonna be special, but what did you need the open space for?"

"Well, you see, we're done with trash as far as your training goes. Since you only have a few more days until the Entrance Exams at UA, I need to make myself utmost sure that you're ready! So as your final training, I'm gonna prepare you for combat in a slightly more serious way!"

"W-W-What's that mean, All Might?-"

The Pro Hero grabbed a stick from beside him, and began to draw a large circle in the sand. At the edges of the ring, he set down some of the bags of trash that they'd been packing up over the months.

"What better way to prepare you than with this! A sparring match! Doesn't that sound great!?"

"YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS! IF I TRY TO FIGHT YOU I'M GONNA DIE! YOU ARE JOKING, RIGHT!?"

"Well, yes and no. I am going to spar with you, but of course there will be some limitations. Such as how I'm going to be holding back. I would never fight you at full throttle, I'm not insane! And there is another rule. That's what the ring is for! If you can knock me out of this ring then we'll consider you the winner! I've made it quite large as it gives us both room to move around. But don't be too relieved yet! Just because I said I was holding back does not mean I'm going to make it easy for you. Now that we've gotten all that out of the way, do you think you're ready?"

"I mean, of course I could never think I was ready to take on All Might under any circumstances. But saying no would be to ignore all he's done for me. So I have to!"

"Absolutely!"

Only now do I realize just how insane that request was. Even worse, how insane I was. I really accepted a fight from All Might himself. But no matter how impossible it seemed, I was ready. So, I collected all my thoughts, took deep breaths, and made sure I was both physically and mentally prepared, as I then walked down onto the beach, and stepped into the ring.

IidaTheQuick-

Well, that makes this chapter. Why did it take so long to come out? Well, we've decided that although we love the MHA series, it isn't the ONLY thing we wanna write about. Which is why we've decided that alongside this fic, we'll be writing a Naruto fanfic as well.

I'd like to thank anyone who continues to read this story, and I'll see you in the next chapter.
