"The town will fall"
"Stop!"
"Fall"
"People change!"
"The town will fall!"
"REGINA STOP!"
Emma woke up breathing hard, Henry next to her and Regina on the other side of Henry, both of them still sleeping, Emma checked the clock.
"4am?"
She had only been asleep for 2 and a half hours, she calmed herself down and closed her eyes once more, every time she did she saw bits and pieces of her dream, her horrible dream! Henry began to stir, he set his head on Emma's shoulder and opened his eyes slowly.
"Mom?"
Emma touched his head.
"Go back to sleep Henry"
Henry woke up all the way.
"You look worried"
Emma shook her head.
"I'm ok honey, go back to sleep"
Henry shook his head.
"What's wrong?"
Emma sighed.
"I had the same dream again, the bad dream"
Henry nodded.
"Oh, I'm sorry, is there anything I can do to help?"
Emma smiled as she shook her head.
"No, just get some rest"
Henry nodded as he leaned his head back on Emma's shoulder.
"Goodnight mom"
She leaned her head back on the couch.
"Goodnight Henry"
They drifted back in to their dream land. Emma awoke in the morning to the smell of breakfast, she began to awake when she felt a kiss on her head.
"Em, food is ready"
Emma opened her eyes and saw the women she loved most.
"Where's Henry?"
Regina smiled.
"He's already eating"
She moved her head to look behind the couch, Henry waved.
"Hey mom, I'm here"
Emma smiled, she sat up.
"What's for breakfast?"
Regina smiled.
"Pancakes and Eggs"
Emma stood up.
"Yum"
She walked over and sat down at the table, she put two pancakes and an egg on her plate.
"Hey Henry can you pass me the syrup?"
Henry handed the syrup to Emma and Regina sat back down.
"How did you two sleep? I can't believe we fell asleep on the couch"
Regina chuckled.
"I slept ok, I did have the same dream again though"
Regina looked at Emma who had just spoke.
"Are you ok? Why didn't you wake me up?"
Emma rolled her eyes.
"Regina, I'm not going to wake you up every time something is wrong, I'm ok, Henry actually woke up"
Henry smiled.
"Yeah, I just felt like she needed comfort"
Emma smiled at him.
"Thank you for that"
Henry nodded.
"You're welcome"
Regina sighed.
"So you're ok?"
Emma nodded.
"Yeah, I'm ok"
They finished up their food with small conversation back and forth, Regina cleaned up after breakfast.
"Regina, I can help, Henry can too"
Henry looked at Emma.
"Mom!"
Emma put her hands in her hips.
"Henry! When you were living with me you did the dishes every day, help your mom out"
Henry grunted in frustration.
"But-"
Regina shook her head.
"Don't argue with your mom Henry"
"Mo-"
Emma joined in.
"Or your mom, go load the plates, I'll do the cups, it's not that many"
Henry sighed as he walked over to the sink.
"Wow, I'm impressed"
Emma shrugged with a smile.
"He knows better then anyone moms are scarier than dark ones"
Regina nodded.
"That's true"
Emma walked over beside Henry.
"May I join?"
Henry nodded as Emma picked up a cup and began to rinse it.
"So, got any plans for summer break?"
Henry shook his head.
"No not really, I'll probably just be here, or hanging with Violet"
Emma smiled.
"Do you like her?"
Henry rolled his eyes.
"Mom"
Emma shrugged.
"What? It was just a question"
Henry placed the last dirty plate in the dishwasher.
"If you really wanna know, yes, I do"
Emma smiled as Henry walked away, Regina walked up to Emma with her arms crossed she chuckled.
"Wow, got him to do the dishes and reveal his crush? I'm very impressed"
Emma gave Regina a side smile.
"Why thank you"
Regina sighed.
"So I set up a town meeting today, to explain what's going on"
Emma nodded as she closed the dishwasher.
"That's cool, when is it?"
Regina gave Emma an awkward smile.
"15 minutes"
Emma's eyes widened.
"REGINA!? 15 minutes? I'm still in my pajamas"
Regina chuckled.
"If it makes you feel any better I picked some clothes out for you"
Emma's eyes got smaller.
"Did you go back to my house to get them?"
Regina nodded.
"How did you get in?"
Regina bit her lip.
"You're probably going to need a new door"
Emma's smile dropped.
"I'm gonna kill you"
Emma walked towards the stairs, Regina shouted.
"YOU KNOW YOU LOVE ME!"
Emma laughed.
"YOU KNOW I DO!"
Emma closed the bedroom door to get dressed. She saw the clothes on the bed, it was some jeans and a blue shirt, she took off her shorts and put on the jeans, she looked in the mirror and fell backwards into a table that was in Regina's room.
"Emma? Are you ok?"
She heard Regina's voice and shot her head up, still leaning backwards against the table.
"Gina"
Her voice no higher then a whisper, she heard Regina running up the stairs, Emma had locked the door. Regina tried the knob and noticed it was locked, she used her magic and appeared in the room facing Emma who was leaning against her table.
"EMMA! what happened?"
Regina grabbed Emma's hand and stood her up, she walked her over to her bed and realized Emma was breathing hard.
"I saw myself"
Regina was more confused then anything.
"What?"
Emma slowed her breathing a bit.
"I saw myself in the mirror, but i was scratched, crying, and beaten, it wasn't me! But it was me"
Regina pulled Emma closer to her.
"Calm down Em, it's ok"
Emma shook her head.
"It's not, Regina it was my reflection, something isn't right"
Regina held her close.
"It will be ok, I promise"
Emma nodded as she pulled her head up.
"Ok"
Emma calmed down and sat up straight.
"Please just stay?"
Regina nodded, Emma finished getting dressed and they walked out towards the clock tower, even though she looked fine from the outside, she knew something wasn't right, she felt wrong!
