The boomerang headed straight towards Chloe -Queen Bee.
"Chloe! Watch out!" Peter yelled, throwing his yoyo out towards her. It wrapped around her and he yanked the string back towards him. Chloe stumbled into him, dramatically wrapping her arms around him as the boomerang flew past.
"Thank you Spider-Man." Chloe grinned, batting her eyes and kissing him on the cheek.
"Uh, you're- you're welcome, Chl- Queen Bee. Watch out next time." He pushed her off him and was very grateful for the mask covering his face, as it was probably a similar shade of red as his suit. Why does Chloe have to be flirting with me both as Peter and Spider-Man?
Chat Noir shot a web at Switcheroo, sticking her foot to the ground. She narrowed her eyes and threw a punch at him as he grew closer. Chat Noir ducked and slid past her, shooting another web at her other foot.
"Ugh! Cat-bug! I'm going to squish you!" She turned and her tail swung around, hitting Chat Noir in the stomach and throwing him backwards. She used her boomerang to cut away at the webs and she was free. Throwing it towards Rena Rogue and Carapace who were now also running at her.
It missed the two of them and Carapace glanced back with a smirk. "You missed!"
Switcheroo said nothing as the boomerang started coming around back towards her.
"Carapace! Watch out!" Marinette yelled, but her warning was too late as the boomerang hit Carapace in the back before bouncing off Rena Rogue and finally coming back to Switcheroo.
The two hero's Miraculouses switched and they stumbled around, disorientated.
Switcheroo reached out towards them and Peter threw out his yoyo, smacking her hand away. Switcheroo turned towards him, frowning at narrowing her eyes. "Come on, Spider-bug." She threw the boomerang towards him.
Peter froze, but Marinette, wielding the Chat Miraculous extended her staff and pushed him out of the way. He landed on the floor with an oof! "That was harsh!" He snapped.
"Be more careful then," Marinette snapped back.
"Ah, the heroes are fighting!" Switcheroo smirked, dodging a kick thrown by Chloe. She threw the boomerang towards her and struck her in the back, catching the boomerang. "Now... Who should we switch you with?"
Rena Rogue, now wielding the Turtle Miraculous, threw her shield towards Switcheroo and she caught it, sneering. "Uh oh! The turtle lost her shell!" She threw the boomerang towards her.
"No!" Carapace, wielding the Fox Miraculous, pushed her out of the way, allowing himself to get struck. With a flash, he was wearing yellow and black. A bee comb tucked into his hair.
Rena Rogue snickered next to him and he glared at her, playfully pushing her out of the way. "What are you laughing about? I think the Bee Miraculous is pretty cool looking."
Chloe on the other hand, wasn't impressed. "A fox? Ridiculous! I'm better than a fox! This has got to be the worst Miraculous!"
Peter narrowed his eyes. It seemed they couldn't get close without either being kicked, punched, pushed or switched. But what if she didn't wield a weapon?
"Chat Noir!" He called, "Get the boomerang! Shoot a web to grab it or something!"
"Yes!" Marinette snapped her fingers. "I think the Akuma is in the boomerang! That's certainly where her powers are coming from. Everyone focus on getting that!"
Chat Noir shot a web at Switcheroo. It hit her arm and he yanked it back towards him.
"You want my arm? Spider-Cat?" Switcheroo threw the boomerang towards him.
Instead of trying to dodge, Chat Noir let go of the web and caught the boomerang with two hands. "Spider-Man! Heads up!" He yelled, throwing the boomerang towards Peter.
"What are you-"
"Got it!" Peter yelled back, understanding the plan and catching the boomerang. With a flash he switched with Chat Noir and he was back in his own Spider-suit, Chat Noir wielding the Ladybug Miraculous.
His Spider Senses returned to him and he heard the familiar voice of KAREN in his ears.
"Hello Peter. Welcome back. I am very sorry for most likely revealing your identity to Chat Noir."
"..It's okay. We can't do much about it." Peter replied. He just hoped Chat Noir didn't know him, or at least he hoped Chat Noir knew multiple Peters.
"Give that back!" Switcheroo yelled, throwing a punch towards him, trying to retrieve the boomerang.
Peter dodged it and hit her with his own punch.
She didn't flinch, reaching up with one of her massive paw-hands and grabbing his wrist. Uh oh.
She yanked the boomerang out of his grip and he shot a web at her face, distracting her and allowing him to escape her grip.
He jumped away and landed next to Marinette. "Sorry." He mumbled.
"It's okay." She responded. She thought for a second and then raised her voice. "Guys! Stop attacking her one at a time! Everyone go at once!"
Oh, right. That'd be a good idea.
He leapt towards Switcheroo, shooting two webs at her feet to keep her firmly in place. He shot another web at her face and she snarled in anger. She waved her boomerang around blindly, hitting multiple heroes and switching their Miraculouses around. He knew that everyone was strongest using their own power and apparently she did too.
Chat Noir threw his yoyo and wrapped it around Switcheroo's arm that was holding the black vile. He yanked Switcheroo's arm towards him and she swung her tail back around and knocked him off his feet, causing him to loose his grip on the yoyo. Peter grabbed hold of the yoyo and yanked it towards himself instead with more force, ripping the vile out of her hands.
It hit him right in the chest and shattered on impact, black ink spilling all over his suit.
"Peter." KAREN said, "This substance is not from earth."
"Yeah. I gathered that-"
"No Peter. It seems to be interfering with the suit-" Her voice flickered out of existence.
"Uh oh." Peter said audibly.
"You're a fool. Spider-Man." Switcheroo said coolly, throwing another punch towards him, eyeing the shattered vile on the floor. Most of the liquid had pooled over his feet. How did so much fit in that small vile?
"Chloe!" Marinette yelled. "You have the Fox Miraculous right now! Use Mirage! Make it difficult for her to know where everyone is!"
"I'm not Chloe. I'm Queen Be- Oh wait. Thanks to the giant kangaroo I'm not Queen Bee anymore. Ugh. Queen Fox? Doesn't have the same ring. What's a cool name for-"
"Doesn't matter! Just use it!"
"Alright! Fine. Whatever. Mirage!" She blew into the end of the flute hesitantly and everyone seemed to multiply. There were maybe, five? copies of everyone, each wielding a different Miraculous. "Is this good?" A Chloe wielding the Bee Miraculous asked.
"Yes, great!" One of the Marinettes responded.
Peter took the opportunity to shoot more webs towards Switcheroo. He made sure her feet were definitely stuck to the ground and he dodged the boomerang that flew past him.
"I've got an easy fix for this!" One of the Carapace's said. "Chloe! What was your Bee Power called again? The one that paralyzed people?"
"Venom!" A Chloe said back.
"Alright, nice! Venom!" The Carapace wielding the Bee Miraculous said, leaping towards Switcheroo.
"No!" She snarled, freezing up as she became frozen with paralysis.
Everyone took a deep breath.
"Well." Someone said. "That shouldn't have been as hard as it was."
