This is what happens when you decide to binge watch" Married at First Sight" all afternoon. Liz left Port Charles for an art scholarship in Boston. Drew had been in Navy and is now teaching Maritime Law at Harvard University. Their friends decide to help them get on a show called "Married at First Sight". They have great friends but no real family. I do not own the characters they belong to GH and ABC. I also do not own "Married at First Sight". Just a fan of both

. Elizabeth was hanging out with her friends for their last big hurrah. School was about to end, and their futures were right ahead of them. Elizabeth was very proud to have her bachelor's degree in Fine Art. She was working at a downtown gallery in Boston since she moved to the city. The owner was someone she met when she first arrived in the city.

The two had become friends almost immediately. Her name is Ruby, and she loved being in the art world. She took Liz under her wing when she first saw step off the bus. She saw the sketchbook and asked to see her designs.

"Okay. I promised you a surprise. Do you remember that I had put your name and information for the show "Married at First Sight"? They want you to go interview to be married. I know that you are just finishing up with your degree, but you have a chance to show the world how fantastic you are and maybe find your prince. You met your prince two weeks after they pick you and get married. Then you are together for two months and then decide if you want to stay married or get a divorce."

"Okay. I will try. I just do not want you disappointed if it does not work out. If it does, I already have my gown. I might have to take it in a bit, but that is okay. The sad thing is that I do not have a family to see me get married. I do have a few friends, but it is going to be so sad."

The next two days were crazy. Elizabeth and about five of her best friends, including her best friend from high school were there for her graduation. Emily even had Lila go to the graduation. Lila was the one that helped Elizabeth get the scholarship to go to Boston University. The few days they were together went by fast. Emily just loved how Ruby became not only a great boss for Liz but like an older sister. Lila was everyone's favorite grandmother.

"Okay. I do not know if you have heard about a show called "Married at First Sight"? I applied for it and I am going on my third interview for it. If they find me a match, I could be getting married this month. Well two weeks from when they tell the person they were picked. I was hoping that you all would come to my wedding if I am chosen. I love you all like my family. Maybe someday my own family will love me too."

Lila and Emily did not know what to say. They knew how much Elizabeth's family had hurt her. "We would be honored, dear. Do not forget to ask Edward, Alan and Monica. I know they would love to go too. Maybe we can see if Jason and AJ will go too"

Across town there were three handsome guys waiting for their true loves to walk by. Drew was in the Navy, but now is a college professor at Harvard. His best friend Franco is an artist who paints murals all over the city and owns a gallery in Cambridge. The last of the three friends is Curtis. He was in the Navy with Drew and works as an investigator for NCIS.

"I heard that you are on your third interview today for the show, "Married at First Sight". I told you that they would love you. You are such a great guy and have really strong ethics, just no family or love life."

Drew punches Franco for bringing that up. "Hey. The two of you find your dream girls. I am going to see if I can marry one." He then goes to the producer's office for some more interviews. He saw this cute petite brunette walk out of one of the interviewing rooms and prayed that she was the one he got. Elizabeth took another look like the guy who was her best friend's brother. No way would Jason Morgan being doing something like that.

The couples were chosen for the show. They picked Andrew Cain with Elizabeth Webber. The doctors really like the coupling of the two of them. The other three couples were also chosen and the producers on the show wanted to tell them who and why they were picked. What they did not know was the past was about to blow up in everyone's faces, but the show was going to help the couple more than they thought it would.

The next few days, Elizabeth worked at the gallery for Ruby. Then Dr. Miller came into the gallery and fell in love with the artwork that Elizabeth was displaying. "Hi! Dr. Miller would you like for me to show you around. This coming weekend is going to be a showing for all my work at Boston U. Is there anything that I can do for you. Would you like some coffee or tea?"

"No thank you sweetie. I just wanted to tell you that we have chosen you a husband and that you will be getting married in two weeks. My staff and I are here to help you with anything you need. Congrats! I am very happy for the two of you. You two seem perfect for each other."

Drew had just finished teaching a class when Pastor Smith came in to tell him that he had been chosen to be married at first sight. The two of them chatted about life, love and family. The pastor knew that the two had been chosen because they both needed a family. They were going to be their own unique family. Then they were going to find out that Drew's family was a little closer to Elizabeth's then either of them knew.

Emily helped Elizabeth with her nerves. She was having a showing of her art and possible future work in the art world. Franco had heard about the gallery and the showing of a new artist. He talked his friends into attending with him for just a little while. The night of the showing, Emily helped Elizabeth with making sure everything was where it should be. Ruby was getting ready to open the door to the public.

Soon the gallery was packed with people excited about the new artist known only as "E". Elizabeth and Ruby had met with a few of the art critics when Ruby saw Franco. She knew about his artwork and the fact that he has his own gallery in Cambridge. Ruby introduced Franco to Elizabeth and Emily. Curtis was there too, but Drew was a little on the shy side but he was there admiring the work. He bought a couple of the paintings for his place. He wanted to meet the artist, but he was caught up with wanting to meet his new wife. Franco had bought some of the photos that Elizabeth had been taking during one of the blizzards that past winter. They were wonderful.

The next morning Ruby had called Elizabeth and Emily to the gallery. "I want to thank you for last night. We made a great big splash last night thanks to you. Everything was sold, even your photos. I knew that you were talented, but now all of Boston knows it too. Congrats on your first big show and to many more." The three of them cheered with coffee from the bakery across the street. They also had a couple of cannoli's too. Ruby brought in the paper and showed Elizabeth what the art world thought of "E". When Elizabeth read the reviews, she was shocked. She loved her work and knew others that did too, but for the critics to say how much they loved her work was just one more box she got to cross off her bucket list.
