Say what you want about Season 3 but I've been having a blast writing fanfics for it. So far I have A Friendly Interview, Love Languages, I'd Rather Dance With You, and Community Service which are all one-shots that have sprung from the delight this season has brought me thus far. And now you can add this one to the mix as well!

While I'm a multi-shipper who doesn't have one set-in-stone sexuality headcanon for her, a lot of my one-shots set up HoneyGoGo? Why do a lot of my one-shots do that? Because it's freaking cute and all of my longer-form content plays with GoGosabi. I'm allowed to ship as many consenting adults as I want if I make content for them to go along with it :D

Anyway, this story isn't really about GoGo I'm just saying that I decided to write a different sexuality headcanon than normal. It's set in the same universe as all of the season 3 stories though, except for Community Service which is a Heroes of Flowers (By TheSparklyKitten) tribute and thereby plays by her rules.

"Are you ready to train?" GoGo asked, finding Fred gaming in the conference room.

"Oh, that was today! I thought I was doing yoga with Wasabi today. Okay, I need to refocus my energy but I'll be ready in just 1 minute," Fred stretched the word, clearly trying to beat the boss of the level. GoGo didn't try to rush him. She liked to go fast but her friends were cut from different cloths and she was beginning to get used to that.

"We can do some yoga before and after training, stretching is good and you need all the advantages you can get."

"Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" Fred laughed, setting down his game, "I'm an excellent fighter."

"You still get distracted pretty easily and you have a long ways to go fighting outside of the suit. You're a high-profile individual and if you get attacked as Frederick Frederickson, you need to be able to handle yourself," GoGo said, crossing her arms.

"Aww, GoGo, you care," Fred said, laughing again.

"Obviously," GoGo said, and Fred stopped.

"That's what passes as obvious to you?"

"You're my friend, isn't that enough? Do I have to say it?"

"I mean, saying it would be nice. You're not really the words of affirmation type but I mean, you never even really say that we're friends. You don't ask me about my life unless you think something is wrong."

"Oh." They had stepped into the training room and GoGo began to do stretches as she took Fred's words into consideration.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable," Fred muttered, beginning to stretch as well.

"No, I'm glad you said your piece. I probably needed to hear it." Silence for another minute and then, "How are you and Olivia doing?"

Fred was surprised but delighted.

"We're doing well. I've been planning to leave the city for a weekend, take a trip with her."

"That's pretty serious," GoGo said, nodding and looking at Fred, "You guys really have a connection, huh?"

"Yeah, she… She means a lot to me. We get each other."

"Then I'm happy for you both. I'm sorry I never ask about her. I'm still working on being that kind of friend."

"It's okay. I appreciate you taking the time to ask, though."

"Yeah, I'm going to try and do that more."

"What about you, GoGo? Do you have that magical love connection with anyone?" Fred smirked.

GoGo nearly fell over, "What?"

"I have Olivia and Wasabi was really hitting it off with that one guy from 4 2 Sing. Is there anyone who's caught your eye?"

GoGo dropped to the ground, beginning to do some extra stretches, staying silent for a while.

"GoGo? Did I overstep? I'm sorry," Fred placed a hand on her shoulder and she flinched away, "Sorry, sorry, you don't like to be touched. I'm sorry!"

"Stop apologizing, you sound like Wasabi. Just… Sit down. I'll tell you the truth."

"Ooh, storytime?" Fred sat down, criss-cross applesauce, putting his chin in his hand as he peered at her.

"Not much of a story. It's just…" GoGo lay down, stretching out her spine.

"I've never really felt that kind of magical love connection. You and Olivia are so romantic, mushy, no offense, and I just don't do that kind of thing. I haven't felt it." GoGo sat up, still twisting around.

"That's alright, GoGo, someday you'll find the one!" Fred encouraged.

"No, I mean, maybe, but that's not the point. There's love all around me there's even… There's even someone I'd like to spend the rest of my life with, but I don't… I don't feel those tingly feelings of romance. I don't feel the kind of attraction I know you do when you look at Olivia. I can't feel any of it…"

"Oh!" Fred nodded more vigorously now, "Okay, yeah, I get it."

"You… You do?"

"Yeah, you feel love differently than me. You could be ace or aro or maybe demi, but your feelings aren't as black and white as love at first sight. No shame, I completely understand."

"You don't… You don't think I'm broken?" GoGo stopped stretching for the first time, just staring at him.

Fred burst out laughing, "Why would I think you're broken?"

"I would think that a romantic like you wouldn't understand my position."

"Okay, well, I said I understood, that's not quite right. I don't experience the world the way you do. Before Olivia, I had crushes on a different stranger every week. I've always had big feelings for a lot of different people. I also really like comic books. But I realize some people don't like comic books, and I don't think that not liking comic books make people broken. You're not broken either, you just feel different feelings than me."

"Sometimes I think that that's why I'm not a good friend. I can't connect with people romantically, at least, I don't think I can, and sometimes I forget to show platonic love. But I love all of you guys. I do. I'm working on being better about letting you know that."

"We love you too, GoGo. You're a good friend, we all know how much you care. You just show it differently than other people."

"Yeah. Thanks for talking with me, Fred."

"Oh, no problem. I'm always here for you if you ever need to talk."

"I'll remember that."

"Do I get to know who this person who you'd gladly spend the rest of your life with is?"

"Nope," GoGo said, thinking about her roommate and blushing lightly before she hopped up from the ground and held out her hand for Fred, "Now let's train."

So is she Ace? Aro? Demi? I... I don't know. I don't know which word fits this version of GoGo best. I imagine it would be demisexual/demiromantic but I'm not sure. I hinted at Honeygogo, but romantic love isn't the only one that matters. I'm Asexual myself and so I tried to write this in a way that made sense and was respectful but if anyone else on the ace/aro spectrum thinks I've slipped up I'd love to hear from you.
