Nothing to complain about really, except the usual.
Hope everyone's been good! I found out the first three weeks of school will be online and I got so mad. Even if I have to wear a mask and face shield, I JUST WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL!
Who would be Paul's fanclub's main leader? I actually have no idea, ehehe, and the main cheerleader of Gary's team is named Brittany. No offense to those named Brittany.
Anyways, this is Chapter Five, and I hope you like it!
Third Person POV
Everyone's day was absolutely horrible. May had a huge breakdown.
"WHY IN THE WORLD IS HE HERE?" May screamed. She said, 'he' like it was the novel coronavirus.
"Look," Misty said, and got up from her bed. The four girls were currently in Misty's and Leaf's dorm and were currently mad. "I have a plan."
"What?" Leaf asked. Leaf was mad and sad that Gary and Ash were here. This would be the worst semester ever.
"If we can humiliate them somehow, but make them know it's us but make the audience oblivious, that would be great," Misty mused.
"You GUYS!" Dawn shrieked. "IF WE HUMILIATE THEM, WE CAN GET POPULAR!"
"Excuse me?" Leaf and May questioned at the same time.
"Yes! All of them are super popular because apparently 'OMG those four, they're SO hot!' and if we can-"
"I'm not going to have a club of fanboys and fangirls crowding around me," Misty interrupted. "So no." Honestly, Misty felt the tiniest bit of jealousy. What for, she thought. But Misty wasn't stupid.
"Ugh," Dawn grumbled. "BUT STILL!"
"Shush!" Leaf hissed.
But Dawn kept blabbering. "And you know, they have their own fan clubs too! The leader of Ash's is Melody, of course, and Drew's is Brianna, Paul's is-uh-GAH whatever, and Gary's is his lead cheerleader, Brittany."
"Brianna. Likes. DREW?!" May asked with a shocked expression.
Misty rolled her eyes. "Of course," she said.
"Brittany?" Leaf screeched. "BRITTANY?!"
Suddenly, the door opened. The girls all froze.
Misty's POV
The door opened and Melody and Brianna stood there. I put on an expressionless face as May stared at Brianna and Melody surveyed us.
"So," Melody sneered. "We've heard you met Ash." Her gaze was pointing to me. "I would suggest you stay away from him."
"And Drew," Brianna cut in, having lost the staring contest May challenged her to.
"Brianna, I thought we were friends," May choked out. "I never knew you would join a fan club of all things."
"Well, May," Brianna bit her lip. "We can still be friends if you stay away from Drew."
I don't know what got into May, but she snapped, "Then go talk to him yourself! He's the one who went up to me, all arrogant and everything, and said, 'Hey May, how ya doing? Wanna see me flick my hair and make a dramatic exit?'!"
Brianna started to say a comeback, but Melody interrupted. "Look, if they're the ones talking to you, then lead them to us. We'll take care of it from there."
"Sure," I said sarcastically. Melody glared at me but said nothing. Dawn rolled her eyes and Leaf just did nothing.
"Anyway," Brianna said. "You're new, so we're just teaching you the rules."
I narrowed my eyes. "You know what?" I said. "It's what, six in the evening? Curfew's at nine, better go eat dinner before someone else steals it." And with that, I rushed to the door and started to go to the cafeteria. May, Leaf, and Dawn followed, but May had to listen to a two minute lecture from Brianna about staying away from Drew before allowed passage, which I thought was unfair. Melody and Brianna walked down the hall to the elevator.
At dinner, the dinner was salad with mashed potatoes and cooked steak on the side with asparagus. May inhaled her food but left the asparagus. Dawn, as usual, ate very very slowly, earning her approving looks from nearby tables. She blushed when Kenny waved at her from the other side. And that's when I noticed them, the cause of all this misery.
Ash Ketchum, Drew Hayden, Paul Shinji, and Gary Oak. What a nice surprise, sarcasm intended.
My head shot down when they looked around the room. I felt Ash's gaze on me but I indulged in a conversation with May about her favorite food.
"Obviously noodles!" she answered enthusiastically. "Especially ramen!"
"Okay..." I answered, a tiny bit uncomfortable.
"Noodles have all these super good ingredients..." May blabbered on about noodles.
I saw Melody, Brianna, whoever the girl Dawn forgot, and Brittany. They glared at us but winked flirtatiously at the boys. Drew flicked his hair which made one-fourth of the girls swoon, May excluded. She didn't even see. The leader of Paul's fan club went right up to Paul and tried to caress his cheek, but he shooed her away.
"What in the world is their problem?" Leaf fumed. "We didn't do anything! Gary didn't even see me!"
"Hi!" someone said. I jumped. May and Dawn looked up. Leaf glared murderously but her glare faltered.
Ash was the one who spoke, and his friends were right behind him.
Phew! I was so happy I got this done! I had a sudden inspiration and was able to snatch the computer! Aya! But, I used to know who Dawn's rival for Paul would be, but then I forgot and I'm already losing some money by doing this because my father is very stubborn. -_-. Anyway, I hope you liked this chapter! Please R&R it would mean so much to me!
See ya!
