Domino followed Marcos relaxed smile down the side of the deck and towards a wide door that once pushed lead to rows of wooden doors and rooms. Domino watched as Marco held the door open with a fake bow of the head.

She smiled going through trailing her hand across his chest as she walked in front. "Chivalry isn't dead yet." She commented as he shrugged and let it go as she walked through causing it to lightly tap her.

He looked back at her yelp "Oh, are you still following me-yoi?" He asked her with a cheeky smile.

Domino scoffed. "Now I see how you didn't notice I fell off." She mumbled before Marco stopped going ridged. What Domino did not see was the pure moment of panic that crossed his face before he calmed himself and turned towards her.

"I noticed-yoi." He smiled "You're heavier then you think." He added as Domino shook her head and reached for his hand. "I'll disregard that remark, and add one at a later time." She stated her voice cold.

Marco looked down at her "Why? Cat got your tongue-yoi?" He asked her as he moved to hold her chin. "No." She whispered lightly as she leaned in narrowing her eyes moving her arms so they could run along the inside of his grey vest.

"You can though." She smirked tilting in closer before pulling away from his hold and motioned for him to lead her on with a genuine smile.

He shook his head lightly and kept walking.

"So, tell me Marine, why did you come all the way here today, just for a fight-yoi?" He asked her as he watched her smile widen and she looked down before biting her lip and looked back up following him down the wooden hall.

"I thought it'd be nice, to see you. You know test my strength against one of the heavy hitters." She smiled girlishly before Marco raised and eyebrow and held out his arms reveling his tan skin and rippling abs. Domino tried not to stare as intently as she did however, well he couldn't blame her.

He nodded and made an 'o' face at her stare before moving to open his door and once again motion for her to enter. "And here I thought it was so I could collect my payment-yoi." He whispered stopping her as she passed him.

she gave a light tap on his chest and gave a knowing smile. "Isn't the chase half the fun? And it's not much of a chase if I come to you." She cooed leaving his body warm from were she touched.

He stopped and watched as her perfectly sculpted body walked in to his room looking around in awe. "You never had a problem coming anyway-yoi." He called out to her as she walked over to his desk and ran her fingers over her leather book. (She had yet to notice the rose in the corner) The thoughts of Marco torturing himself over it being right or wrong making her smile.

He watched as her fingertips danced softly around the edges before she looked up at him giving him a 'come get me look' shrugging. "We don't have much time for you to properly collect. So I'll settle with a Hi." She sang waving at him with a happy smile. He took in a second to focus on her eyes that reflected the same happiness her smile showed.

Marco then chuckled to himself at her comment and held up his hands closing the door behind him and walking over to his dresser on the other side of the room. "Hello-yoi." He smiled back. He then looked away trying to hide the faint feeling of warmth in his cheeks.

Domino smiled back and looked down trying to conceal the flutter in her stomach and noticed a small book mark in her Journal. "Good read?" She asked pointing down to her book as Marco shrugged as he opened one of his drawers "it has it's moments-yoi." He stated before holding up a bottle and watching Domino's smile widen. "For me?" She asked leaning against his desk and crossed her legs her seductive look dropping before he brought it over and began to pour a glass.

"No it's so I can read that atrocious handwriting-yoi." He called with a light smile. Domino gasped and put her hand over her chest as he held the glass to her.

"Well, I think its decent." She mumbled disregarding the glass and plucking the bottle from his hands. Quickly uncorked it and held it to her lips then stopped.

As Marco nodded throwing back his own.

"You shouldn't, my writing is better and I'm a doctor-yoi." He stated watching her face shift from mock surprise to mock anger. He decided to continue "Is that why Adaline does all the reports-yoi?" He teased once more.

"Well listen here..." Domino started her voice offended. She stopped leaning her head back and taking a drink before pulling away with a sigh.

"hmmm, I almost fell for that." She smiled pulling the bottle down and licking her lips. Marco shrugged and took back the bottle to Domino's pout then moved to lay down on his bed holding out his arms for her to join him.

"So what do you have planned now-yoi?" He asked before looking back over to her, "We already fought, now are you just going to look at me with those sexy eyes of yours and then leave with a hi-yoi?" he asked with a smile.

She rolled her eyes at his tone and took in a deep breath. "Yeah, sounds bout right?" She asked the smile in her voice just as evident as the one on her face.

Marco tried not to smile himself, he was trying to play his cool. Yet every time his eyes looked over the marine, he couldn't help but feel his calm shell break.

Domino laughed at Marco fighting his smile "You know, I really did not plan this out. I actually had planned to sneak on your boat to be more mysterious, but now that I think about it, that would have ended way worse." She stated before shaking her head and looking over at him he gave her a smile nodding.

"Probably-yoi." He hummed as Domino rolled her eyes moving over to Marcos bed and moving to straddle him. She didn't know what she was doing. Her body was acting on it's own and while she felt a burning desire for him she also wanted something else.

So strangely while she straddled him it wasn't for a sexual need. She was just comfortable like this. And of course Marco would have no power against her in this position so that was a plus as well.

"What are you doing-yoi?" He asked her cautiously his body growing hot at her movement's. Domino shrugged "Beats me. Just felt nice." She smiled before continuing with her own train of thought.

Marco powerless to the want he had for her.

"I had booze? Some serious gourmet stuff. Really as a Thank You to Whitebeard, but my men drank it." She smiled her cold voice giving way to an an almost giddy sound. She took a second to truly comprehend how she had the pirate beneath her. She watched with wanting eyes as he moved to hold her waist.

He 'tcked' faking disgust "Typical marines-yoi." He teased his eyes watching as she bit her lip and moved her hands over his chest tracing his tattoo with light electrifying touches.

Domino watched her finger over his tattoo with a light smile then shrugged looking at the man mesmerized by her movements. "What you gonna do? I'm just mad they didn't share." She pouted as Marco held up his bottle for her to take.

"I can share-yoi." He smiled as Domino reached for it with a small smile, "And that is why I like you Birdy," she started before he pulled it out of reach once again to a small squeak of disapproval.

"Marco~"

He went wide eyed at her voice, trying to hide his smile. "I win-yoi." He called looking away from the auburn haired woman who pouted with wide and puppy like eyes. He almost fell for her pout but was quickly reminded that she still sat above him her long legs spread out and touch soft. She was enjoying the torment of this moment. But he wouldn't let her have all the fun.

Domino took in a deep breath and sighed dropping her head against his chest. "Damn, 3 losses in one day, my record is ruined." She mumbled as he nodded "See you are a terrible Marine, join us, you would make a great pirate-yoi."

She picked up her head only to roll her eyes but with a small wanting look. She wondered if he knew how badly she wanted to be with them. To be free. She wondered if maybe this was his way of getting back at her for where she sat above him.

But that wasn't Marco, to her it was more of flirty banter that he thought nothing of. So why should she ruin the fun? Instead of the negative reasons she chose to stay. She would focus on but one of the truths that helped her rationalize her current path.

"You kiddn? I've got respect now, Do you know how crazy that feels?" She asked him with a wide smile holding out her hands as she still moved over his body. "Like me? Actually respected and not feared." She stated shaking her head lost in the thought of other people looking at her. This was true it was intoxicating for people to finally see her and recognize just how hard she will fight for her crew.

She then looked down at Marco who had now moved to place his hands behind his head and watched her a small smile on his face. He understood now. She wasn't trying to tease him so. She was just confiding in him. And strangely this was more comforting then the quick moments of lust.

She shook her head her messy bun falling and framing her face as she did so. "Ah, sorry." She ran her hand through her hair and stopped as Marco held out his hand and moved to grab her arm softly. He didn't want to ruin her moment but these scars concerned him. In fact now he was beginning to feel more then concerned. Angry would a better match how he felt but even then only slightly. The fact that somebody marked her body like this began to infuriate him.

However he needed to remind himself that she wasn't just some island woman in need of protection. She was a fully capable marine.

Still, he wanted to end anyone who dared harmed her. But he couldn't let this get the best of him. He had to maintain calm. This was a dangerous game they were playing and anything could be used against him.

Domino watched with worried eyes as He inspecting the discoloration in her arm lightly. "Was this what happened when we called-yoi?" He asked her lifting her arm and trailing his hands around the jagged red splotched oval on her arm where the skin was still trying to heal.

She leaned back away from him and gave a light nod, before giving a small glance to his worried eyes. "These too," She whispered quickly wiggling to pull off her tank top to reveal dark red splotches that continued from her right arm and circled just below her bra stopping at her belly button.

He traced his fingers along her discolored skin and took notice of her muscular midsection. He was tempted to trail his hands to her waist and hold her still, as he moved further down, yet he was more entrance with how her breathing hitched at his touch. How soft her skin felt, as well as how cold she seemed.

She watched Marcos wide eyes and gave a small smile "Yeah, it's a lot." She hummed.

Marco nodded then looked up at Domino's worried eyes and smiled. "Still beautiful-yoi." He whispered before moving to pull her forward. She willingly went with him holding herself up with her arms on either side of his head so they were face to face. Their lips just inches apart.

"I never doubted that." She smiled as loose strands of brown hair fell in front of her face. Marco looked up at the women's wide honey eyes and her crocked smile.

Her face was softer then before and a pink scar ran across her nose stopping just under her eyes framing her cheeks.

He couldn't pull his eyes off of her.

He moved his hand so he could tuck a strand of hair behind her ear stopping as he inspected the scar with his thumb. She closed her eyes at his touch before he watched her "This too? the coloration's different then the others." He inspected closer before pulling back a new look on his face. "It's newer-yoi." His soft voice asked to her light nod.

"No, this one, um, this one it's a funny story." She started then broke her cool demeanor and giggled trying to look away before burying her face against his pillow. "Ahhh. Iws weally dumb" She mumbled as he felt her laughing.

"Then you can tell me, I live with dumb-yoi." He stated looking up at the ceiling with a smile. Who knew she would change her manor so quickly, from the calm sexy marine to the smiling laughing woman in his arms.

Domino shook her head "No, I couldn't. You'll laugh at me." She whinnied as bits of dirt fell from her hair. Marco picked a wooden splinter from her bun before flicking it with a smile "I promise I wont laugh-yoi." He teased.

Domino picked up her head her eyes locking on to him. "You promise?" She asked her cold voice sounding light. Marco held up his arms "Pops honor-yoi." He stated his calm relaxed state easing Domino to speak.

"Okay, I was drinking at an officers party, and..." She sighed shaking her head Marco began to smile to himself, while he was worried about her well being she was drinking at an officers party.

The inconsideration of a marine.

"I have never worn heels before, You know why I don't like shoes by now, and Adaline insisted that I wear heels." She grimaced waving her hand as she spoke then shook her head. "I wasn't drunk. I was perfectly... well mildly, um...I was sober-ish." She started.

Adaline looked back at her crew fixing and nailing the mast back together with spirit. She then watched as Thatch crossed his arms. "Alright listen Angel, I need to know." He asked her trying to lean in to her line of sight as she tried to lean out of it.

"I gave you your answer Thatch." She responded looking at the man who had two bullet holes through his yellow ascot both dangerously close to his neck but his skin unmarked.

Thatch shook his head. "That doesn't count, do I have a chance, yes or yes." He asked her. His hair bouncing as he spoke. And while his voice would sound stern it was actually quiet playful. He even sat cross legged and relaxed as he asked.

"It's not that hard." He asked frantically as Adaline nodded "You would know." She snarled to Whitebeards laughter.

Thatch sent a look silencing the old man and then back at the red headed woman before him her blue eyes whirling with amusement as she watched him. "No more Mr. nice guy. Give me a yes or yes." He stated crossing his arms and closing his eyes. One look at the busty woman and he was dead. He wouldn't do it. He would not do it. He...Would...Not... He quickly opened his eyes and watched her.

Adaline without missing a beat leaned in pressing her chest together with her arms and smiled. "I'm kind of thirsty." She pleaded with a seductive tone batting her eyes as well.

Thatch vigorously nodded and jumped from his spot with a large motion. "Of course!" He cheered dashing away.

Adaline bit her lip and giggled to herself before she saw the angry eyes of the Whitebeards. The name sake himself shook his head. "You shouldn't do that to the poor fool lass." He stated drinking his own large bottle.

Adaline nodded "I am aware that it is cruel, however I am not as idealistic as Domino. Any feelings that are or could be felt should not be. Simple as that." She retorted her prim and proper voice very heavy as she spoke.

Izo narrowed his eyes looking up and replaying what she said in his head then looked at the red head. "So you do like him." He asked.

Adaline shook her head. 'no'

Whitebeard leaned in "So you don't?" He asked.

Adaline shook her head. 'no'

Vista furrowed his eyebrows scratching his head. "So, what, I'm confused." He asked holding out his hand. "What are you saying woman?"

Adaline just shrugged a smile on her face as a drink appeared in her hand. She sent them a knowing wink as Thatch moved to sit down before her once more.

"I wanted to show off a bit?" Domino defended as Marco hollered with laughter. His laugh reverberating in her ears.

She 'tcked' and swatted at him. "See never trust a pirate." She called lightly looking away from him.

Marco nodded wiping away a tear from his eye. "I know-yoi." He wheezed now sitting up over his bed before he looked over at Domino who sat there face red and cheeks puffed out.

He suddenly collapsed in a fit of laughter once more. "Marco!" She called balling up her fists and rolling her eyes trying to keep from laughing at herself.

"I know, sorry, sorry-yoi." He called waving his hand in the air as Domino shook her head moving to stand up only for Marco to stop her his eyes begging. She looked down at him with a light smile. Her head tilting.

"Yeah, done yet?" She asked him as he nodded "Yes, yes...(he looked at her nose and shook his head) No-yoi." Before he hollered in laughter once more this time moving to fall back against his bed.

"How can someone be so danger prone-yoi!" He asked himself while staring at his ceiling taking a breath and laughing again.

Domino nodded "Go on laugh all you want. I bet you have some stories." She asked him crossing her arms refusing to look at him.

Marco nodded trying to take in deep breaths "Of course I do-yoi." He responded as Domino jumped lightly and clapped her hands "Great tell me one." She asked as Marco shook his head. "No-yoi."

Domino blinked and shot out her arms "Are you kidding me? I gave you my whole back story to view at your leisure. And you can't give me one lousy story?" She asked crossing her arms as Marco looked up thoughtfully before looking down at her.

"Yes-yoi." He smiled as Domino rolled her eyes and walked over to her journal. She still had yet to notice the rose blooming in the vase on the top corner of the desk. She looked at the page he was on and rolled her eyes.

"Pirates." She mumbled as she felt a warmth approach her from behind. She relaxed as Marco pushed up against her back his arms crossing her waist and his chin resting on her head.

"You must of known you fell for one-yoi." He whispered moving to nibble on her ear. He felt as her body almost fell in to his and she took a quick breath before turning around.

"You know, I know I said that, but seeing as falling for one means literally, I might rethink that." She responded moving to face Marco watching as pain washed across his face before it was replaced with a relaxed look.

"I wouldn't of let you hit the water-yoi." He responded his eyes going serious for a second. Domino moved against the desk and ran her hand through his hair nodding.

"Yeah I know," She smiled before she looked away towards the door, he watched as her eyebrows furrowed. "Who's that?" She asked as a shadow appeared at the door. Marco pulled away with a growl.

"A dead man-yoi." He mumbled before stopping noticing the figure didn't knock. "Hey, Marco, the marines ship is ready. Pops said I should let you know!" A high pitched voice called out.

Domino flinched at the register in her ears but then shook her head. "That voice sounded familiar." She mumbled looking up as Marco shrugged "Maybe, the beach-yoi?" He asked her as Domino shook her head from her trance and nodded.

"Yeah, probably." She hummed looking back at his blue and relaxed eyes watching her. She found herself lost in his mesmerizing gaze. She could stay this way for hours if she wanted to however something else nagged at her.

Marco looked over at the woman who watched him with a wide smile on her face then jumped lightly as she snapped her fingers and jumped lightly "Oh Marco I almost forgot. The whole reason I wanted to see you." She smiled pulling down her shirt to place her hand in her chest and adjust it. "Well besides the other reason's." She added. Marco watched as she unknowingly sent him in to a frenzy as her chest was more exposed with every movement.

Marco smiled "A parting gift-yoi?" He asked happily approaching her. Domino nodded as she pulled out a white card and held it in front of him. Stopping him mid fantasy.

"A viver card-yoi?" He asked her as she rolled her eyes pointing to the leather book. "No I left that already. I'm surprised you didn't figure that out?" She asked then biting her lip and motioned for him to look. "This is something better." She smiled her cold voice receding.

Marco plucked it from her fingers and looked it over and gave her a confused look. She rolled her eyes.

"It's the number to my private snail, so next time you and your brothers decide to give Adaline and I a little call, you can use this to cut the through the tape and NOT get us in trouble." She started before she closed her eyes and sighed.

"Just please use it sparingly." She smiled as Marco nodded looking at the instructions. He then placed it on the desk his eyes wondering from where it landed towards the marine leaning towards him.

"I will need to hide this from Thatch or else he will call you every minute-yoi." He admitted to himself trying not to focus to much on the wanting woman. He was determined to get one more win before she left yet seeing as she didn't make a move he didn't know what he should do. In truth it would be simpler if she chose to never leave. But he wouldn't ask that seriously of her once again.

Domino nodded then pulled away from him. "Yeah, I have a strange feeling he'll be asking about the angels love." She teased.

Marco gave her a look before he also smiled. "I have something for you as well-yoi." He almost exclaimed before stopping himself. He moved over to his bookshelf in the furthest corner of his room and pulled out a green book and dropped it in her open hands.

He watched as her smile grew and she rubbed her thumb over it. "Ah this is so cool!" She then looked at the spine and read aloud the title with a smile. "I don't think I've read this edition yet." She smiled as Marco nodded "You said something about knowing about plants helps your devil fruit in your book so I figured this would help-yoi." He smiled.

Then regained his composure as her eyes were soon lost in thought of the book.

"Helping the enemy are we?" She asked as Marco rolled his eyes and waved his hand.

"You're not much of a threat-yoi." He stated with a mock tone. Domino raised an eyebrow "Really? I'm pretty sure I had you beat there for a second?" She asked him leaning in to kiss him holding the book to her side.

He gave a slight look towards the door before looking back at her. "Don't you need to get back to your ship marine-yoi?" his voice a mixture of warning and want. He wouldn't say he was eager for her to leave but it was more if he didn't let her leave in this one moment he would never let her leave.

She smiled and looked up. "In a sec. I need to break my losing streak." She whispered. Her hands finding their ways to his belt and pulled him against her a new want in her eyes.

Adaline sighed as she leaned over the railing checking her wrist as if she had a watch. She didn't, yet she liked to do it because it reminded her that they were on a schedule that they would need to repeat.

In fact she felt terrible she was ruining Domino's one time with the pirate. But in all honesty what was she planning on accomplishing? It's not like Domino could actually go on holding on to this man. She at first figured that Domino was more in love with the idea of true freedom then the pirate but this showed that Adaline was wrong. No no, Domino was surely dancing all over the line just like she knew she would.

But none of that mattered it was hard to stop Domino once she had worked something out in her mind. So instead she just chalked it up as a failed attempt at normal and tried her best to maintain her sanity.

"Everything ready?" Domino's cold voice asked scaring Adaline and causing her to jump and punch outwards. It was a new defense she had learned during training and now knowing it. She understood why Domino always did it when waking up. It was a lot easier to punch first then ask.

Domino went wide eyed and sighed as she caught Adeline's fist. "What were you expecting? Don't let your guard down." Domino giggled mimicking what Adaline had told her just days before.

Adaline rolled her eyes and pulled back her wrist shaking her head.

"Yes we are ready. If we stay any longer we're going to have a real party on our hands." She mumbled as Domino ran her hand through her hair. It was now out of it's bun and free.

A genuine smile on Domino's face. "Yeah?" She asked as Adaline turned around watching the pirates assemble to watch the scene.

Domino turned and watched the same scene then looked down at Adaline's pout. "Hey Adaline why don't you go give him a kiss, it'll keep him interested you know." She hummed before giving a relaxed salute to Whitebeard who gave his own nod.

"Thank you for allowing us on your ship." She chirped before they all looked down at Adaline who walked towards Thatch with a stern disposition.

Thatch smiled and began to speak before Adaline grabbed his collar and pulled him down for a quick but seductive kiss before pulling away.

Domino hollered with laughter "Flipping fuck, You did it!" as she flung herself over the side. Adaline pulled away as Thatch stared at her with wide but heart-struck eyes.

She then looked over at Whitebeard and gave a curt nod. "Forgive my captain's antics, she's been beaten in the head to many times." She stated lightly before walking off and jumping over the side of the railing.

Thatch quickly scrambled over to the railing to see both Adaline and Domino move their arms calling out orders. However where Adaline called the shots Domino called out for beer.

He blinked in surprise as the ship lurched forward.

Izo yelled in the background "What the hell just happened?" He asked as Marco calmly walked out on the deck a smile on his face as he shook his head.

"Sadist's, the Both of them-yoi. This was a way to pay back for Thatch's call." He stated before giving a light wave to the smiling Domino and turned around walking over to the crew.

Whitebeard looked down at him as he moved to sit. The marine ship now a distance away.

"She really got you huh son?" He asked as Marco scoffed "Come on Pop's," He stopped his smile fading before he shook his head "Yeah-yoi." He mumbled to the laughter of the crew. This would be something he would never live down.

The day he got bested by the marine.
