Domino stretched her long and now tanned arms over her head letting out a small yelp as one of her muscles moved just right in her back as she shifted her body in place. Adaline who was to her left naturally jumped at Domino's sudden yelp.
They exchanged glances Domino's a slight 'sorry' face and Adaline with a stern 'are you serious?' look.
The two then looked back towards the one man they were trying to please. Domino looked at said man her smile cold and frightening. "Listen, give us 10 case's and I won't write you up for this obvious disregard for safety?" She coaxed as Adaline shook her head and watched the younger man with shaggy dark purple hair look at the tall marine with hate in his eyes.
"No, um Dom we can't do that." She stated sternly as Domino rolled her eyes and ignored the guy and looked down at Adaline who stood over the counter by just a head. "Yeah but he didn't know that." She snarled through gritted teeth before Adaline mentally sighed and looked towards the man.
She eyed him for a second and noticed the lustful looks he sent towards her and let out a small teasing smile placing her hand on Domino's chest. "I've got this girl." She smiled moving to place her busty chest over the smooth oak bar top. Her long perfectly manicured nails taping against the mans chest as she looked up at him biting her lip.
"I'm so sorry sir." She whispered as the young boy maybe about 19? Give or take, swallowed a lump in his throat. "Fore..for what ma'am?" He stammered his hands twitching and sweating.
Domino took a step back watching this master of seduction work. The red head pulled her hand back and twisted her hair before giving the man a light giggle moving her eyes to the sterner Domino. "For her, see, we've been on a ship for o so long." She whispered looking down at the now red-faced man as she said 'long' and moved her eyes back up her mouth slightly parted before curling into a smile.
"A sh..ship?" The man asked not sure how to take this woman. No, he didn't want to take this woman he just. He gulped as her hand moved across the bar top and towards him once more.
"Why yes, We're marines you see but. I must confess." She looked down then back up her wide blue eyes driving this young man crazy. "We've been wound awfully tight lately." She whispered again her voice somehow pleading.
Domino blinked in surprise as the man was putty in her hands. She was almost tempted to get down and kneel to this goddess before her but instead held herself back moving to lean against the bar but only her back away from the man. Her legs resting on the bar stool, so her knee was propped up.
"You..You have?" He asked. Domino closed her eyes a small smile on her face as this kid's voice seemed so willing.
Adaline nodded with a pout. "And see, while we have so little, we need just something to take the edge off... A release." She cooed as the boy now nodding. "Ah yes ma'am I can do that for you!"
Domino picked up her head and raised an eyebrow careful not to give away her terrible poker face as Adaline glanced at her before returning to the man and smiling pulling her chest a little higher.
"Really will you?" She asked him as the kid nodded. "Of course!" He stammered and quickly disappeared through a small hole in the wall. As he did so Domino did a small little dance with her hips as Adaline giggled. Then both women going back to their original position as a large thump and some rattling was heard behind Domino's back.
"We don't have 10," he whispered as Adaline eyed Domino with and 'I wonder why' look. Knowing Domino was why. "this is our last case. But, I suppose you can have it ma'am." The kids voice stammered.
Quickly Domino turned with a smile running her fingers over the tops at lighting speeds. Before Adaline's soft hand stopped her. Domino looked to Adaline's seductive look and the boy wide eyed. Domino scoffed and reached into her pants pocket pulling out a small leather wallet.
"Here you go baby, pay him." She winked as Adaline blushed and giggled to the boys dismay. He looked between the two and began to take the crate away when Adaline handed him the small amount and batted her eyes. Quickly he swooned and Domino triumphantly took the case and placed it on her shoulder. Warping her left arm around a giggling Adaline who shook her head pulling away once they left the sleazy bar.
"You added the baby. That was nice." She beamed as Domino nodded the glasses clinking as she walked to avoid the preoccupied groups of people who meandered around the open streets.
They all looked grim and dirty in one way or another. Which would be expected at a bustling pirate stop such as this.
Honestly, it was all a loud and noisy mess for Domino. One of which she would rather avoid if she could.
But it had one thing she couldn't live without. The best booze in all of the New World beating Gran Tesoro's as well as her brother's party island. Both known for their expensive flairs and tastes.
But even her brother in all his dealings had no stuff such as this.
Domino pulled herself from her thoughts to smile a giddy and proud one. "I was just doing what felt right." She added as Adaline nodded "Well If you hadn't I would probably have had to sleep with him." She started with a light laugh.
Domino frowned "Ooh, you just used the poor kid, don't make fun of him behind his back too." She commented with a light but stern voice. Adaline rolled her eyes "Please who would let a boy run a bar in this place? Like come on girl." She argued with a point to her words.
Domino gave her a knowing smile and leaned down balancing the case as she did so. "You know, just a couple years ago you would've been all over'em no booze included." She teased as Adaline shook her head and crossed her arms as they guided themselves through the streets. Light and subtle glares being cast their way.
It could be because both women purposefully wore suggestive clothes.
Adaline's being short jean shorts cut off just before the curve of her thigh and a flannel shirt with the front two ends tied just under her chest. Her hair styled and bouncing with the pep in her step.
Domino, well, she wore her hair up in its normal hightail fashion while her marine jacket covered the rest of her body. The long sleeves actually holding her arms like a jacket should while only the first three buttons that covered her torso were clasped keeping the jacket secured around her.
Both woman knew what they were doing, they did dress themselves after all.
Adaline shook her head pulling the attention back on her dancing styled hair. "No I would not." She stated as Domino scoffed "Oh you so would of!" She stated her lighter voice carrying out to two passerby's who stiffened at the voice.
The two girls continued. "I would not have, you are out of line." Adaline defended looking up at Domino's confused look. "I'm out of line? OO Dude, you just pushed your tits for booze!" She commented before she retracted her claws (figuratively speaking) "Let me rephrase, You think you wouldn't go after that guy Because you have something much better to compare him too now." She started as Adaline rolled her eyes as they continued to walk through the now less crowded area where the bars began to space out from each other.
Domino gave a light glance behind her noticing the figures presence and letting out a soft smile as Adaline ignored the taller one's awareness. "You don't mean to say That since I met Thatch other men are nothing else?" She asked as Domino shrugged moving to place the case on her other shoulder.
"I mean, you said that. Not me." She added as Adaline rolled her eyes and looked up. "Listen, While you may be right. I can not like, admit that. I want other men! Just not some bar boys." She stated starting to yell as Domino shook her head. "No~ You want Thatch. Not other men. There is a difference." She stated loudly enough for voices to hear her.
Then something else pierced her hearing causing her to shift and prepare herself for what came.
Adaline began to speak "Maybe you're right. So what am I going to do like Tell the man I love hi-" suddenly Domino dropped the case and pushed Adaline down to the ground. Before a blood chilling gun shot rang out. In a single swift motion Domino held her shoulder making a face as she pulled her hand away slowly, her finger tips now bloody.
Adaline went wide eyed as Domino stood above her, legs poised and smirk growing. She then looked at the case of beer that now spilled out along with glass that glittered and shinned in the morning suns light. "What the hell?!" She shouted confusion and anger growing.
Domino looked down and quickly wrapped her hand around Adaline's collar pulling her up and darting between an alley leaning against the cement walls, as Adaline tried to gain her composure.
Domino winced and held her shoulder her eyes darting towards the shorter woman who now gasped and went to hold her hands at Domino's now bleeding wound.
"Dom!? Your shoulder." She stated before quickly moving to look under Domino's jacket and shook her head at the now shaded light.
"Yeah, I know." Domino gritted her teeth before shaking her head and looking down at the causality before them. The booze spilling out almost to nothing. She frowned as two more figures appeared in the ally, one from the lightened end and the other still somewhat in the shadow of the other side.
Adaline looked up ready to respond when she noticed Domino's light smile. "Forgive me if I don't say something witty birdy." She groaned looking up at the disappointed First Division Commander of the Whitebeard pirates.
Marco sighed stepping to the light his relaxed figure annoyed. "Is it impossible for you to not get hurt-yoi?" He asked rushing over to her shoulder and lightly pushing a surprised Adaline out of the way to get a better view of the wound.
She looked up at Marco who held Domino's right shoulder to the wall inspecting the injured left. "You, why are you here?" She whisper yelled only to jump and have a quick hand clasp over her mouth before she yelped.
"Please don't scream!" Thatch called lightly as Adaline's eyes went wide and she pushed him away looking from the dark ally way he came from. "Where did you come from?" She asked as Domino winced again and Marco shook his head.
"I don't see an exit wound-yoi." He growled and looked at a smiling Domino who's head was turned towards the open street. People ran and hollered for something or someone causing a light throbbing in her head at the sounds.
"Us! This is our place! Why are the marines here?" Thatch asked her holding her shoulders and looking at her before pulling her in to his chest. "Are you okay?" He asked not letting her speak as he held her in a tight hug a smile of relief on his face.
Domino and Marco shared a knowing smile before Adaline pulled herself away and shook her head blinking. "We were um." She then looked up "I don't have to answer that. let go of me!" She started as Marco rolled his eyes and looked at the closed eyed Domino who looked away from her bleeding shoulder.
He shook his head and forced Domino to hold the wound in her shoulder. "We can talk about this later-yoi, I need to get that bullet out." He stated nodding towards the ally that Thatch emerged from. "All my stuff is back on the ship-yoi."
Thatch nodded "We'll get there faster if we go this way." His voice for the first time in a very long time deathly serious.
"But what about who shot Domino?!" Adaline asked looking between the two stern faces and then Domino's closed eyes. "We can't let that slide!" She stated her fists balled up she had her gun and her skills, she was going to bring this man to justice.
Domino moved to look down at Adaline and then at Thatch who slyly hid his bloody knuckle behind his pants. While he held out his other hand to Adaline a smile on his lips. "Don't worry about that Angel." He cooed.
Adaline began to protest when Domino nodded. Looking at Marcos stern face. She had already gotten the picture that they were painting.
"Doesn't matter." She stated coldly to Adaline who raised and eyebrow "But.." Domino sighed. "Adaline, I'm dying, please let's go." She wined as Marco rolled his eyes holding Domino's hand over the wound.
"You are not dying-yoi." He reassured, pushing her forward.
Domino looked back with a light playful smile the pain throbbing and splitting her shoulder something that didn't mix well with the light buzz she had from the other 4 cases before this last ones demise.
"Really?" She pulled back her hand to look at the blood then grimaced as Marco forced her hand back on the wound. "Keep pressure on it-yoi" He hissed as Domino nodded.
"This is it. I'm dying." She mumbled once more as Marco groaned his annoyance. Adaline looked back behind her to see men rushing past the alley opening now fading in the distance. "What the hell happened?" She mumbled looking back towards Thatch.
"Do you know how famous someone could get if they snagged a marine?" He asked all joking aside and his voice very serious before he saw the dread and realization cross Adalines face and wrapped his arm around her pulling her in to his hold.
"Don't worry, you're no ones marine to snag! I'll protect you." He gave a wide smile as Adaline looked down with a blush walking beside him. "You better." She responded lightly.
Domino looked between the long building walls and the final opening at the end that had the glistening sun reflecting off palm trees. Then back towards the street listing to the sounds of men yelling curses and a battle brewing. She narrowed her eyes and looked at Marco who watched her back. He looked down at her shoulder and she watched as eyes gave away a small sense of fear before he shook his head again and placed his hand over hers holding it on her shoulder.
She closed her eyes and tried focusing on the voices before she stopped going ridged bringing the others to a stop as well.
"Don't stop-yoi." Marco stated as he watched her eyes go wide and she held out her hand to the four. Then quickly leaned against the cement wall looking up. Blood beginning to cover it. The others silently followed as three men ran over the roofs only for one of them to stop the shadow of his waving fell over the four who looked up silently.
"Hey, you think that was Raphael's Marine?" A gruff voice called out. Marco watched the scene before him then looked at Domino's blood starting to seep through her white jacket and shook his head.
He scoffed and pulled away from the wall he wasn't scared of some men. He had only one mission in mind. That was to fix this now danger prone marine.
"Keep going. They don't matter-yoi." He growled pushing the other two to keep walking as well. Which they did but a lot quieter. Every now and then they would glance above them as the voices had failed to reach their ears.
Marco glanced down at Domino who's speed had changed and was now more somber and lazily holding her bleeding wound. He kept jarring her to look up, but she didn't respond. He glanced upwards once more noticing that they were close to the edges of buildings and the wind was beginning to pick up the scent of sea salt. Their ship would only a few minuets away. But at this pace she would lose a lot of blood.
"Okay, What the hell was that?" Adaline asked stopping as they reached the edge of the ally.
Domino looked between the two stiff men and then back towards her second in command with a shrug before going wide eyed at the new sense of pain that flooded her body from the movement.
"Don't know. Don't care." She mumbled as Marco gave her a quick look noticing that she had pulled herself from whatever state she was previously in before and held his hand on hers. Her warm blood seeping between his fingers driving him insane with anger. He was glad Thatch had got to the man before he did or else he would have done more then just kill him.
The four continued pushing through the trees until finally Marco let out a breath of relief he didn't know he had as the beach and his brothers looked at the new figures that approached.
Thatch smiled and held his hands towards the red head and called "We brought friends!" He cheered before Adaline gave him a quick glare. Thatch was ready to respond to her eyes however, both of them were silenced by Marco walking past them pulling a groaning and limp Domino beside him.
Adaline looked on with worry as Marco gingerly placed her down on a log that was previously occupied before he threw the men off it.
She watched as Domino lifted her head up lightly clearly drained of her energy and her body slumping over. Marco held out his hands "Bring me my bag now-yoi!" He called as a woman in a pink short dress and hat jogged up to him her heels throwing up dirt as she did so. Adaline glanced at the woman's skimpy attire then looked at her own and then back at Thatch who sharply looked away from both woman and her curios glance.
He already knew what question was about to be asked and he wanted nothing to do with it.
Meanwhile, Marco moved over to Domino and tapped her forehead. "Keep your eyes open-yoi." He stated as they brought themselves to go wide before falling to a half lidded gaze. "I don't want to watch this." She mumbled looking away as Marco gave her a tilt of the head. Pulling his hand from her shoulder to kneel down in his bag and wipe the blood off on a rag before reaching for a long metal object.
"Scared of a little blood-yoi?" He asked her with a smug smile trying to keep his voice light to keep her calm. In reality it was worrying him that she looked so pale and weak. The bullet wasn't through and through making a little more difficult to assess but she shouldn't look this pale.
"Don't do that Marco, your worried." Her cold voice whispered to his wide eyes as he moved to go behind her and pull off her jacket and toss it to the sand revealing her thin green tank top. "You worry me-yoi." He whispered honestly looking down at her wound. Domino let out a light sigh as a group began to form around them all watching.
Marco continued to inspect the entrance wound and barely noticed the presence of his brothers. He looked towards the blonde nurse who watched him work sending nervous looks to the marine who sat still on the log. "Get me the alcohol-yoi." He mumbled as she reached in to his bag and handed it to him.
Domino eyed the interaction and took a second to watch as the woman gave a slight blush as their fingers touched then tilted her head going wide eyed moving to Marco's annoyance.
"Adaline! Our alcohol!" She yelped bringing herself back from the slumped over version of herself.
Adaline who was turned and talking towards a smiling Thatch faced Domino and went wide eyed. "That's! what you're worried about girl!?" She asked as Domino nodded before Marco growled. "Stay still-yoi,"
Domino wanted to nod but instead listened as a sharp pain stun the back of her shoulder and a loud gasp left her mouth. "Ah, flippin fuck." She took a sharp breath as Marco looked up lightly "This may sting-yoi." He added with a pained smile.
He didn't enjoy this at all in fact it angered him that someone had even harmed her. But in a sick fashion her pain made it almost equal to what he felt.
Domino looked back. "Tell me that before, you brute." She mumbled before looking back at Adaline. "Well I mean, that was the whole reason we came." She sighed as the red head rolled her eyes.
"I believe the men can go with out, until our next rotation don't you think?" She asked her voice leading Domino towards agreeing. Adaline was not about to risk going back there over a case of alcohol that was out of stock anyway.
Domino looked down as a kid with cropped short brown hair and blue eyes stood before her. "You're the marine that beat Marco?" He asked as Marco groaned behind her back "Not now, Haruta-yoi."
Domino gave a confused look and nodded "I don't think I did, I mean if anything he had me beat from the beginning." She started before giving a crazy smile. Looking back as Marco let out a light smirk before tilting his head.
"This part is going to hurt-yoi." He whispered with a light tone in his voice, looking at Domino's honey eyes as she looked away and looked at Adaline making a face of pain as they watched Marco twist his arm.
"Ah. Adaline, tell me something." She gasped and clenched her fists as they looked at her. "Quick." She growled as Adaline rolled her eyes. "Really what else can I say besides how stupid you are girl?" She stated to everyone's surprise.
Thatch looked towards the stubborn red head who crossed her arms as Domino smiled her eyes shut as Marco shook his head. "Where the fuck is it-yoi?" He asked himself to Domino's wide eyes then shaking of the head.
"Of course I am, that's why I got you to unstupid me now keep going Why am I stupid?" She asked through gritted teeth as Marco moved once more.
Adaline rolled her eyes unfazed by Domino's grimace of pain. "Because you had enough time to push me out of the way, yet you couldn't dodge the bullet!?" She asked with wide eyes throwing her hands in the air. The Whitebeard's gathered around the scene watching.
Haruta watched as Marco was knelling behind Domino his hand angled in a way to do something behind her back and from the look on the woman's round cheeks it was painful. The other petite woman stood defiant and unaware to the crowd that watched as Thatch stood beside her wiping blood off his knuckles while trying to hide it from her.
He watched Domino close her eyes then sighed as she did so he watched the pain disappearing from her face and voice growing cold. So much so it was scary how quickly she changed.
"Adaline, really? Give me credit. Where were we?" She asked her left hand moving as Marco used another hand to absently slap her as she moved. The small woman shook her head, her hair in perfect curls bouncing as she did so.
"I don't know the middle of the street." She then closed her eyes and held her head down and rubbed her forehead. "Of course you would do that!" She mumbled plopping herself in the sand defeated at her Commodores selfless actions.
Domino nodded "There you go. I knew you were more then a pretty face." She teased.
Adaline huffed and then shook her head. "You're still a suicidal bitch." She hummed. Thatch looked between the two woman who smiled at each other.
Before Adaline shook her head. "But even so, Dom you should of thought it through more. What if they hadn't of shown up?" She asked. "This would be like a different situation and you know it." She started as Thatch finally spoke up.
"Am I missing something here?" He asked between the two woman as Adaline nodded. "Domino could of dodged it easily, but instead she took the bullet. I bet you stopped it too huh?" Adaline asked as Marco sighed looking at the woman.
"That's why its so goddamn hard to get out, When you stopped the bullet it sent it somewhere else in your body-yoi." He growled as he finally went wide eyed gripping something with his instruments. He heard a louder gasp as Domino bent over slightly breaking the log she sat on.
He sighed softly easing up on how angry he felt. "Sorry-yoi." He forgot that in his haste to help her he went without anything to numb her pain.
"Right, Right. I stopped the bullet with some Haki, If I had dodged then that random dude would be dead." She stated taking a deep breath and looking up at Adaline's shaking head.
"Parts of me wants to be really mad girl." She stated as Domino gave her a pained smiled. "But~" She called as Adaline took a deep breath.
"But, wait.." She stopped and shook her head. "But what if they (motioning towards Thatch and Marco) hadn't of showed up huh? Then what were you going to do? Where you just going take the bullet till we get back to the ship? In which case you would be dead and I would be Captain again?" She asked beginning to get frustrated.
Domino started to shrug when Marcos low voice stopped her. "Don't move." He stated with a stern and authoritative voice.
"Well, I knew they were there Ada. I mean they'd been following us since we left the bar." She stated matter of fact.
Thatch went wide eyed "You knew and you kept walking?" He asked. He shook his head "I was trying so hard to get your attention! And you ignored us!" He shouted with a comical smile. His pompadour bouncing with his actions.
Domino took in a sharp breath as Marcos cold steel begin to pull out. "Well, I had to see what the guy with the gun was going to do first. I couldn't tell if you guys were the targets or us." She hummed as Adaline jumped up the sand flying away from her as she did so.
"You knew you..girl..You knew there was a guy pointing the gun at us and you just kept going? Like no big deal? Not even a heads up?" She asked with wide eyes then looking at Thatch an even more terrifying thought crossing her head.
"Wait? Oh god did you hear what we were talking about?" She asked as Thatch gave a light blush. "I ruined men for you huh?" He asked. She went wide eyed as Marco leaned in and whispered. "You set her up-yoi."
He looked at Domino's side glance and guilty smile. "Of course I did. I was going to get shot and needed some entertainment while you healed me." She now beamed at Marco's wide eyes.
Izo poked his head in through the group with a smile. "You were that bad Thatch." He called to rounds of laughter as Adaline turned around red faced and angry. "No, he was not!" Then she stopped and covered her mouth turning back to Domino as Marco triumphantly held a dark green bullet in the light a pleasant smile on his face.
"Seastone-yoi?" He asked himself before dropping it in the silver tin the nurse held out. Domino furrowed her eyebrows her skin gaining color once again and body sitting straight. "Oh holy shit that feels so much better. Thank you so much Marco." She gasped with a beaming smile for a second lost in his triumphant look before a cough tore the two apart.
Quickly Marco went back to trying to stitch then bandage her shoulder. As Domino focused on Adaline who held her face between her knees in the sand. "Domino, you said all those things, knowing they were behind us. You, knew there was a guy trying to shoot you, you knew you would get shot. But you still just. Ah!" She shouted before shaking her head in annoyance.
"You're driving me crazy! You are so reckless." She started then looked between the men. "You guys don't know this but, This last mission we went on, she collapsed. a whole building on herself just to stop one man!" She Shouted to Marco.
Domino rolled her eyes before pointing "That one actually wasn't my fault!" she exclaimed as Marco now swatted at her for moving.
Adaline leaned in with an angry glare. "That's not your fault!? You pulled down the building on top of yourself!" She began to yell before holding out her hands to take deep breaths.
Domino let out a smile remembering the epic motion of the building falling down before groaning. "I didn't pull it down, It fell after I was thrown in to it. Besides It's not my fault it had shitty infrancestructure."
She tilted her head "That's not how you say that." She mumbled as Marco chuckled "Infrastructure-yoi." He nodded pulling the bandage around her shoulder with a tight pull.
Adaline snapped her eyes between the two as some of the pirates giggled at her in-ability to speak. "Oh my god, what building can withstand your fat ass crushing the pillars!" She shouted as Domino clearly getting animated as well holding out her hands. "Not that shitty one!" She snapped back.
Domino then looked down. "Besides I didn't see it." She mumbled.
Adaline rolled her eyes "But you can sense when someone's got a gun pointed at you!" she shouted back her voice lighter with less anger as Domino nodded.
"Well I'm used to guns being pointed at me! Never has someone pointed a flipping fucking pillar at me!" She responded to Adaline who laughed.
"oh..." She paused as Domino tilted her head holding out her good arm in 'I got a point' motion. Adaline shook her head. "That doesn't matter, I'm writing you up for this." She mumbled looking away and crossing her arms puffing out her narrow cheeks as she did so.
Domino leaned in while Marco groaned at her moving and beginning to tighten the wrapping. Only sending a fake glance of concern at Domino's yelp at how he gave a tug at the bandage. That was payback for worrying him.
"Why? What did I do." She asked as Adaline shrugged "Doesn't matter I will come up with a good reason." She frowned.
Domino looked towards Marco who sent her back a worried glance seeing her face change. "Or~ I could just give you one." She stated before pulling a surprised Marco by the collar of his purple jacket and quickly placing her lips on his.
Adaline let out a squeak of surprise as Marco pulled away lightly before tapping Domino on the head. "None of that-yoi." He stated with a pleased smile as Domino danced slightly as he began to stand up away from this crazy marine. "That was a real thank you." She cooed as Adaline threw a clump of sand their way.
"OOOOH GIRL I HATE YOU SO MUCH!" She stated trying to hide her smile as the pair held up their hands to protect themselves from the sand. Domino laughing as Marco shook his head beginning to clean up his mess.
"You're just mad because I surprised you." Domino called back with a crazy smile as Adaline held up her hand. "Girl, you are playing with so much fire." She responded as Domino scoffed "What else is new."
Suddenly the two woman went silent as Domino's jacket began to vibrate against the log it was laid on.
Both woman looked down at the vibrating jacket pocket as the ringing kept going. Domino went wide eyed and then looked up to see a charging Adaline. Quickly Domino threw herself backwards grabbing the jacket as Adaline glided over her before shooting her hand back and grabbing Domino by her tank collar pulling her backwards to pull the both of them back in the sand.
Of course Domino reached out for Marco who lightly moved away from the women an unaffected look on his face. "Do not reopen that wound I won't fix it again-yoi." He stated casually as Adaline now sat on top of the taller Domino her legs pinning down her arms as Domino looked up at the woman tossing the jacket just out of reach from the pair.
"Adaline don't you dare. That's an order." She stated coldly as Adaline reached across Domino's face making sure her large chest absorbed her Commodore who's yells became muffled. Quickly the red head reached inside the nearest pocket and plucked out a tiny snail with a sharp jaw and quickly moved to walk away picking it up.
"Gator report?" She stated tossing her hand through her hair and fixing it while she walked back to Thatch who now held a wide stare. Could she maybe, bury his face in her chest too?
The group of Whitebeards had done nothing during this whole interaction, yet they were just as entranced with these two woman as their commanders. Entertainment like this was very rare.
"Ahh~ Adaline sir, well um. Nothing new just..we were wondering when you were going to show up, we're running low over here." His normally worried voice now lighter and almost slurring.
Adaline looked back over at Domino who started to get up to retaliate only to have Marco stand in front of her a firm look on his face. Adaline smiled at that and stuck out her tongue at Domino's glare as she sat with her arms between her legs and pouted on what was left of the log.
"Well about that, we lost the package in a suicide attempt." She stated sternly. Looking towards the Whitebeards then turned back around quickly pacing as green vines appeared from the ground she was walking on in an attempt to impale her.
"It was not a Suicide attempt!" Domino's voice called out as Gators new voice laughed. "Ahhhh! Again, i'm not surprised. Bet Avery's going to be really mad, when he wakes up?" He called as Adaline shrugged looking back at Domino who went wide eyed.
"I'm not trying to Kill myself. You damn Goons!" She yelled but was ignored. To her dismay.
Adaline nodded "I know~ I know~ But guess what? Domino just told me that I can give you the code to her secret stash as a sorry for worrying you lot." She explained while Domino gasped.
Domino stood sharply pushing Marco aside and walking towards the red head who now giggled with nervousness.
"Really? Only you and Domino drinks Domino's stash. I wanna hear it from her." His voice stated.
Domino through her hands in the air. (forgetting her pain) "Ha loyalty!" She yelled as she reached for the snail only for Adaline to quickly pull out her pistol and hold it to Domino's head pulling back the hammer in a swift motion
Domino Stiffened and narrowed her eyes. "When you put it that way." She mumbled and plopped herself down in the sand as Adaline clicked it back and waived it in the air showing the safety was on with a 'ha got you' face.
"Oh look she's right here." Adaline stated holding the snail to Domino's grumpy face. "Fuck off." She mumbled as Adaline smiled "Pay back, for all this stress. Commodore" She stated as Domino glanced up at her and looked towards the wide eyes that watched the two before shaking her head.
"Fine, damn. Gator you there?" She asked the snail to see it change to surprised eyes. She looked up at a crossed arm Adaline who patted her head.
Domino pulled away "Don't push it chick." She snarled as Adaline went wide eyed and walked away "I'm doing you a favor anyway." She called out as Domino covered the mic and leaned in.
"A favor! You know how much that shit costs? We can't all flaunt our tits. I worked hard to drink it away." She snarled "That shits not cheap!" as Adaline shrugged "Yet you drink it like water." She commented as Domino sent her another stern glare. "You know why, I hate being sober." She stated clearly just between the two woman.
Adaline smiled "Should of thought about that Before you let yourself get shot Dom." She hummed leaning against a worried Thatch.
Domino took in a deep breath as Gators eyes blinked on the snail. "Captain are, are you really letting us?" He asked.
Domino closed her eyes and held her head in defeat. How could she allow Adaline become so confident, she has failed herself oh well.
"Yeah, yeah go ahead. The codes 1...2..345." She stated to everyone's laughter. Gators voice rang through the laughter around her at her red face. Of course she was embarrassed. Everyone just heard her top secret stash was well hiding behind 12345.
"12345? Really, are you sure?" He asked trying to hide how his cheeks were bowed out holding back a snicker.
Domino rolled her eyes "It's easy so even drunk I can still get in it! Gezz get off my back y'all." She mumbled before picking up the mic. "Oh, hey hey wait there's like 4 bottles in there that are a greenish color save those. Those are for Whitebeard and his crew for helping us out." She stated moving to cross her arms as she heard a bottle popping in the back ground.
"Oh sir, they're gone." He mumbled as Domino went wide eyed "You flipping fuckin booziers! Come pick us up so I can kick all of your asses!" She shouted as Gator hummed.
"What if we're so drunk we can't sail?" He asked her with a smug smile.
Domino smiled to herself. "You either come pick me up or I find you myself." She stated coldly "And Gator?" She took a breath running her hand through her hair. "Do you really want Me. to find You?" She almost growled as Adaline went wide eyed.
"She doesn't mean that!" She started to yell before Gators Voice rang out. "10-4. Be there in 30." He stated before it clanked.
Adaline went wide eyed "I didn't think they would go through it that quickly Dom." Domino held out her hand shaking her head to silence the red head. "No, no you're right. As if getting shot by seastone wasn't enough. Your best friend gives away your hard earned savings to a bunch of lush marines!" She stated shaking her head.
Adaline laughed "Well you told Thatch I like him!" She blurted out as Domino smiled and jumped up. "No you did! You told Thatch you like him!" She cheered walking over to her proudly as Adaline went wide eyed. "You played me!" She shouted looking at the plants that now decayed along the beach.
Domino turned around and gave an exaggerated bow to Adaline who groaned.
"You..." She started before Thatch picked her up and spun her around his hands holding her softly. "SHE LOVES ME!" He cheered to the pirates obvious amusement. Adaline tried desperately to get out of his hold "I do not, like, like you. I do not love you! Please! I am a Marine. Put Me Down!" She yelled. He refused as she continued to call out his name.
