. . .

"This is Nicole." She grinned easily as she glanced around the room. "Let's all Welcome her to Bio II." A smirk wormed it's way across her lips. "Now, gentlemen you can ask for her full name and number after class." Mrs. Peterson turned towards Loveless while pointing at a dirty blonde headed male. "Please take your permanent seat next to Devon Cullen."

Loveless held back a retort of not wanting to be here. And she sure as hell would not be giving her number to any of them. Loveless took the book that Mrs. Peterson offered her. Her eyes narrowed as she looked at the male that would be her seat-mate. A Cullen.

He had dirty - somewhat shaggy hair. His eyes were a deep almond honey, his skin pale and sickly. His posture was straight while his demeanor was cold. The deep blue long sleeve v-neck shirt was paired with dark denim black jeans and black converses.

Loveless plopped down on the stool next to him. She heaved a sigh, she could already tell it would be a long day. Loveless glanced at the clock before looking back at Eric. She shook her head as he made a funny face. A smirk covered her lips.

"Hello, I'm Devon."

Loveless turned and nodded before turned towards her grey butterfly covered messenger bag.

"Normally it is polite to return the favor." Devon whispered with a frown.

Loveless turned back to the blonde and stared. Her eyes blinking repeatedly - a black expression on her lightly tanned features. Her head cocked to the side. Did he expect her to try and make friends? To play the pathetic girl who didn't want to go through high school alone and being new? He was going to be very disappointed.

Devon frowned. I can't read her mind. His brows furrowed. She feels dead. He gave her a funny look, before turning back to the book in front of him. This is impossible . . .

. .

She huffed out a breath as she walked beside Angela towards the cafeteria. Note for though. If they were in you first class - they would be back with you for your third period class. And Loveless can honestly say that she is not really a fan of sitting next to Devon Cullen. "So lunch, how long is it?"

"That's the cool think about being small. They took like ten to fifteen minutes split from Period 6 and 7 to give us a forty-five minute lunch." Angela smiled widely. "Nice huh?"

She nodded. That wasn't too bad. The idea of a longer lunch was much more appealing than a longer class period. Her nose scrunched as her lips curled. Loveless groaned. She hated the cafeteria - it was like an animal's watering hole. Her upper lip curled in disgust.

"What's wrong?"

Loveless shrugged. "I'm just not big on cafeterias." Her nose scrunched once more. They had too many people with so little manners. It was always loud and nine out of ten it was over packed.

Angela giggled. "Come on, our table is over to the left." Her eyes sparkled. "We made sure to claim a table that wasn't really populated." Angela laughed softly at the look she received. "It isn't! Being off to the side like that, much easier." She shrugged. Plus we are a small high school so no worries."

She nodded and followed Angela. Loveless frowned as she was stopped. She pulled her arm from the other's hand as she turned to face the person. Loveless was not one you just touched willy-nilly. If she didn't give you an express answer on touching . . . You didn't touch.

"You don't want to do that." Her voice was higher pitched and somewhat on the nasally side.

Loveless's frown deepened. Did someone really just tell her what to do? "Do what?" She snapped. Loveless was not a patient person. She didn't like touching and she had never been a fan of someone telling her what to do. And this person was adding all of that together. Not a very good start on a friendship.

The girl scoffed. "Sit with the losers." She huffed out a breath and rolled her eyes as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Jessica be nice." A second girl pipped in a wide fake smile covered her lips.

Jessica smiled. "I was just trying to be helpful Lauren." She pointed to Loveless. "She wouldn't want to fall in with the wrong crowd." She batted her lashes and flashed a wide smile.

Her teeth are capped. Loveless frowned as she went back to the other girl - the leader from what she could tell, Lauren. She had her nose done. This had to be the group she had so eagerly wanted to avoid. The Plasticas. Vicktor had made the name up - it had stuck. Shallow as they came, and just as stupid. Vicktor believed the Botox injections made them stupid, Loveless didn't believe they had brain cells to begin with.

"Oh Hey Nicole!, you sitting with us?" A third female voice questioned as she popped up out of no where.

Loveless heaved a small sigh. Oh sweet Jesus. She let her eyes fall shut as she did her best to stay calm. This was another reason she did not want to go into the cafeteria. She all but growled as she came face to face with Isabella "Just Bella" Swan. Loveless was not a fan.

"Bella you know her?" Lauren smiled sweetly and fluffed her hair as she looked at Edward. She flashed a mega watt, encrusted with shiny gloss, smile at the male.

Bella nodded. "Yeah, she is Sam's little sis."

Loveless bit back a growl. That was nobody's fucking business. Her eyes narrowed as she stared down at the smaller female.

"You're a Uley?" Jessica questioned with obvious shock. She let her eyes rake over the brunette before them

Lauren perked up. Her eyes widened before turning to slits. "That's Paul's jacket!" Her shrill voice caused most of the cafeteria to quiet down.

"Excuse me." She turned directly to Bella. A twitched started in her muscles. Loveless wanted to hit something. She turned towards Fake Nose as she screeched unhappily. Loveless arched an eyebrow in amusement. "So?" They were going to need to learn. Loveless didn't give a shit what they thought.

Lauren snarled. "What are you doing with my boyfriend's jacket?"

"I doubt he is your boyfriend." She taunted with a smirk. It was their fault, if they didn't want her to react and let her real colors shine, they should have just left her alone. Loveless shrugged. "He gave it to me." A tight wide smile flashed across her lips. Her eyes were level as she stared Fake Nose down. She wasn't one to buckle under pressure - never had been.

She scoffed. "Like hell he did." She moved forward. "Give it to me now." Lauren held out her hand, all manicured nails.

"No." It was that simple. The jacket was warm, smelled like Paul, and he had given it to her. There was a chance they would need to pry it from her cold, dead fingers before she would willingly give it back. And Loveless liked to mess with people who mess with her - so there was no possible way that Lauren would be the one to get the jacket back.

Lauren frowned and jerked her hand while flexing her fingers. She wanted the jacket back. Paul had been avoiding her. And this would be the perfect way to get him alone with her.

"You're ineffective on me." Loveless heaved a board sigh. Why did high school need to be so troublesome. Loveless smirked. "I'm sure it looks better on me." Yes, she was taunting, but Fake Nose had asked for it. She stepped closer. "Listen here powder-puff . . . walk away or I'm going to deflate those big ass lips of yours."

She shrieked. Her eyes widening as her hands rose to her lips. "They're real!"

"Who suggested otherwise?" Loveless cocked her head to the side. Not that bright at all. "Go."

Lauren's eyes widened as she realized her mistake.

"Lauren - just leave it." Bella said softly. She smiled as her boyfriend's arm wrapped around her shoulders. Bella smiled widely, innocent like, as she turned her attention to Loveless. "Sorry about her Nicole." Her smile widened if possible.

Sugarplums and coke fairies.

Lauren seethed but allowed Jessica to pull her in an opposite direction.

"Smart." Loveless smirked. Her dark blue eyes narrowed as she glared at Lauren. "Don't make a scene you can't finish." A smile clung to her lips as she waved at the blondes.

A male whistled. "You're dangerous mamacita." He moved closer, a wicked smirk on his dark olive skinned complexion.

Loveless let her eyes travel up and down the boy. "Mexican?" Her head cocked to the side. She had always had a thing for the tanned skin. Creepy pale was not cute.

He smiled, "Alejandro." He let his Mexican heritage be known as it thickly laced his deep voice. He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. "I've always liked them feisty."

Loveless giggled, "my name is Nicole." She smiled. He wasn't nearly as hot as Paul. . . Her eyes widened. Where did that thought come from? Loveless forced her mind to focus on the male in front of her. Alejandro wasn't bad to look at either.

"Friends call me Alex . . . you can call me whatever you want." His arm wrapped around her shoulders. The scent of his cologne filling her nose. He smiled - his tanned skin pulled back to reveal pearly straight white teeth. "It's called Euphoria."

Loveless smiled. "I like it. Calvin Kline - right?" She ignored Isabella "Just Bella" Swan as Alejandro steered her towards the other group. "They sent you to rescue me?" She glanced at a smiling Angela and waving Clair.

"I like a girl who knows her cologne." Alex grinned easily, the right side of his mouth hitched slightly. It gave him that undeniable boyish charm with a crooked grin.

. .

Loveless was not a fan of sports. Sure, she could watch them and follow along for the most part. But, playing a sport was not something she liked. Sweat didn't bother her. If she was being truthful - Loveless would have ran been under the hood of a car instead of in the gym.

The coach clapped his hands and blew the whistle. "Okay gents!" He grinned in his normal cuckoo fashion. "Today is the day we have all waited for. Rain!" He laughed at his own joke, the class rolled their eyes. "Today is Dodgeball!"

"Is he always like that?" Loveless frowned. "I don't want to play." She was not a fan. And if she got pegged with a ball - she was not going to be responsible for her retaliation.

Eric smiled. "It's the perfect time to hash it out with Lauren - without getting in trouble." He blinked innocently as he stood beside her. "The coach normally splits us up according to First Periods and Third Periods together." Eric grinned and linked arms with her. "Second and Forth together."

"The school is bigger than I thought." Her voice was soft. Brows furrowed as she thought back to her own first period class. "Or do they just have small classes for each period?"

Eric laughed. "A bit of both. They want each student to not feel the pressure of big classes."

"That is backwards." Loveless snapped and couldn't help but roll her eyes. "Small classes means everyone pays attention to everything."

He shrugged as a smirk formed on his lips. "I did not say it made sense or that they were smart." He laughed at the look he received. "Ready?"

Loveless arched an eyebrow. That could be fun . . .

"Okay people!" The coach blew his whistle. "You know the rules!" He blew the whistle again. "Begin!"

Loveless caught the ball that was thrown at her and smirked - she had a good arm, not that they new that. It wasn't that she couldn't play. She could. She just wasn't keen on playing nice with others. Let alone playing at all.

"Nice!" Eric called out from the sidelines. He got out on purpose.

She smiled as she looked at the girl across from her - Lauren. Loveless smirked again. She moved forward and threw the ball - pelting Lauren in the face. Oops.

Lauren shrieked and covered her nose. Blood seeped around the edges.

"OH!" Loveless gasped, eyes wide and innocent. "Are you okay." She faked concern - hands fanning the air. She moved closer and whispered. "Remind me again who's jacket I have?"

Lauren glared and whimpered while Jessica and Loveless helped her up off of the floor.

"Good." Loveless smiled. "You've got her from here?" She didn't even bother to glance at Jessica before turning away from the two blondes.

Eric and Angela laughed full on right out as Lauren and Jessica left for the infirmary. "I think I'm in love." Eric cooed as he smirked. It had been a while since someone had out right went after those two. It was nice.

Angela gave Eric an incredulous look.

"Hush!" Eric rolled his eyes - "you know what I mean."

Loveless smiled.

"Miss Uley-Wickers!" The P.E. coach yelled.

Loveless turned and walked over to the coach. Her dark blue eyes narrowed as she moved closer. "I go by Wickers." She snapped. And the next person to say Uley was going to be snapped in half.

"That was a deliberate throw." He held out a pink slip. "This is a warning do it again and you'll get a detention - get it signed be your pare- your brother." The coach blushed slightly. "I'm sorry."

Loveless snatched the paper. "I believe you can excuse my disrespect at this moment for your hurtful screw up." She stared directly at the coach as she tore the pink slip in two and handed it back. "Next time, It's Nicole Wickers." She twisted around and walked away.

"Okay gents!" The coach blinked a few times at the silence that followed. He held his tongue. They had all been given an issue of her file. The girl was having trouble adjusting - and slip ups like that did not help. "Round two!" He blew the whistle once more as he glanced at the brunette sitting on the bleachers. He would leave her be.

.

"Hey there, Mamacita, heard what happened to Lauren." Alejandro smirked as he wrapped an arm around Loveless's shoulders. "Nice going Nicole." His smirk turned into a full blown smile. "Wish I could have been there - teacher stuck me in Detention."

She giggled and let him lead her out of the school and into the parking lot. He's here. Loveless didn't have to look around to know that Paul was waiting for her. There had been a tug deep in her chest five minutes before school let out. She knew when he arrived. Loveless waved goodbye as she saw Paul leaning against a truck waiting for her.

"Who the hell was that?" Paul questioned as he snarled. He jerked the passenger door open as he did his best not to let the others see the tremors. His lips curled in disgust as the smell of necrophilia and glitter pushed at his nose. Leeches.

Loveless rolled her eyes. "Take me home - its none of your business." She huffed out a breath as he gently closed the door once she was inside - not that she noticed how gentle he was despite the anger in his voice. Though - again, not that she noticed - the anger didn't seem to be directed at her.

. . .

Murder is not right, right? Though, what do you want to bet I could get away with it? I bet it would be easy to. They would never see it coming. Sorry, I just cannot do well with stupid people.

I will go ahead and let you know, if the Good Doctor tries to get me to talk with her. I will not be held liable for the damage I will inflict upon her. I thought files were supposed to be held confidential. Why in the hell were they shared with them? Sam is going to be in for one hell of ride. The audacity!

Does he think it would be helpful? How, the damn looks are all the same. Freaking pity and fake sympathy. I don't want any of it.

How could coming here possibly be what is best for me? All they do is make me angry.

Okay?
