Domino closed her eyes feeling the wooden deck beneath her sway with the oceans waves. The waves weren't what rocked her to sleep, no it was the alcohol that burned through her veins and the memories of this very day 14 years ago that forced her to keep her eyes closed. The memories of her brothers and her looking at each other sitting cross legged on the ashes of their island vividly playing before her. She winced as she remembered how cut up and weak her body seemed. How frantically she tried to hold on to anything of the island that burned in her memory. Much like the mark that burned on her back.

Tonight was not just any-night. Now of course you would find Domino sprawled out across the ships deck anytime of the day however this was a different moment completely. In less the 10 minuets it would become the 4th of November, not a typically special day in terms of her crew. No one really knew her birthday besides her but only vaguely. It had been so long and so harsh a life that she forsake it along with her real name when she was freed.

No today was the day that her and her brothers freed themselves. It was a day locked in their memories forever. A day were no matter where they stood in the world or how damaged they were they would hold a glass of saki to the sky and take a long drink. Showing that no matter what they were still bonded together by more then the blood they shared.

It was a moment that Domino though heavily bandaged and restricted from alcohol threw back bottle after bottle. It was a moment that Domino closed her eyes and was grateful that she got the opportunity to sacrifice her life for her brothers. So they could have the freedom she knew they wanted. She smiled softly gingerly moving over and uncorking the specially wrapped bottle before pouring it with a soft smile.

Before lifting it up waiting for her brothers to do the same.

"I'm fighting the gods for you." She whispered with light tears in her eyes.

His red and somber eyes looked towards the clouded sky frowning at the very clouds that dare block his view of his siblings.

He wanted to feel them close to him, at least tonight. He frowned and then reached over for his long sword and grasped it firmly before slashing upwards and watching with a sense of pride as the sky's split before him. Just like everything else in his life that split. His island, his family, and now his people all sliced in two.

He nodded to himself seeing as the clouds swirled away from the cut and gingerly placed the large weapon down in the unruly grass covered hillside of his empire. He looked around making sure no one watched him as he ran a calloused finger to his neck and loosened his crimson tie and then fixed it one more time. Before moving to uncap his beaded saki bottle and gingerly poured him a small glass and held his hand to the sky.

"I. I..I.. will fr...free..You." He stuttered but unlike other times he didn't hate himself for his inabilities to speak. Instead he took a small breath getting ready to say the next part that he would wait for his siblings to say.

Russel's topaz eyes watched the steam from his bath house roll across the dark midnight sky taking in the sounds of his busy bar life and people cheering form having a great time. These people. Ha, they knew nothing of a great time. A great time was soaking in the bath house, running brothels and dodging disgruntle pirates that wanted his land.

But, now this wasn't a time to get excited was it? No, no. To him now was a somber moment if anything. He didn't look forward to it he didn't want to do this anymore then he wanted to be a slave. Yet. Yet...He still did.

He sighed looking at the steam as it split just for a perfect moment and the frown on his face relaxed growing in to a small smile as he Imagined his sister laying down, probably injured, and his brother probably alone wrapped in the softest grass he could find.

He looked over to the woman sleeping on his chest and lazily held up a glass of Saki towards the stars his long arm stretching out as he imagined his siblings smiling and holding up their arms as well.

"One day, I will rule you." He stated a frown on his face as he held up the glass higher hearing the beep of the clock.

Russel smiled as a cold breeze fell over him. "I am the storm."

Domino felt her cheeks grow cold from the wind that blew and gave a blood chilling smirk. "I am the storm."

His dark red eyes closed softly as his upper lip trembled missing his siblings and allowing himself to be weak. "I am the storm." He whispered then smiled as he felt what sounded like his siblings voice carrying through the wind mixing in his ears.

"So wait." They collectedly whispered.

And there the three laid beneath the stars eyes closed and bottles empty. Each in their own way fighting for what family they had left. That is...Well. They'll find out.
