Marco absently flicked through the newspaper a light smile on his face as he did so. The sounds of the crew meandering around mixing in with the oceans waves danced around the open sky as he made sure to send quick glances to the mug at his side.

It was imperative that Pop's did not steal it since that was all the large man had been doing all day.

Marco pulled his mug closer to him while skimming over a passage that stated "Underground turmoil," it was something about the man called the 'Crimson Tie' giving up all his territory's and causing a lot of noise by just up and leaving.

Though that named sounded familiar, Marco didn't care, and flicked over it waiting to see if there was any clips of the tall and proud Marine. It hadn't been that long since he last saw his marine yet he wanted to see her again. Of course he did.

He always wanted to see her.

Pop's leaned down and tapped his shoulder pulling him from the paper, while taking the mug in one fell sweep. "What's Thatch doing?" He questioned with a raised eyebrow. Before moving to inspect the drink in his hand with a mischievous smile stretching across his face.

Marco looked up from the paper then tilted his head at his mug no longer by his side. He couldn't be tricked that easily.

He pointed, "I don't know pop's, what are you doing-yoi?" He asked with a light smile as Whitebeard shrugged "Drinking of course!" He cheered while Marco nodded going back to his newspaper.

No sense in arguing anymore the man had already taken it, He'd let his nurses deal with that one.

Thatch however, was oblivious to the conversations around him and continued to spin while staring up at the sky shading his eyes lightly.

"Where is that damn bird?" He asked himself. He was waiting for some kind of idea on where his lovely marine wife was.

Man, Lovely marine wife, he got him a wife, he would never get used to saying that.

Marco looked from the paper and pointed at the spinning Thatch who began to tilt from dizziness. "Behold, a cure to boredom-yoi." He smiled as the men now started to gather around and watch.

Vista who had been grooming his mustache once more for the 12th time within the hour cleared his throat. "Thatch! What are You! Doing." He called pronouncing every other word with a loud posh voice.

Thatch dropped his hand and shook his head still tilting from the dizzying effect his moves had on him. "The News Bird! He should be here by now!" He called.

Marco raised an eyebrow and looked sideways. "Didn't he come already-yoi?" He asked stretching out the freshly printed paper in his hand. Then going back to it with a playful hum.

Where oh where could it be?

Thatch scoffed and held out his empty hand. "If he did then I would of already had the paper you damn bird brain!"

Izo went wide-eyed and tilted his head placing down the last card he needed to win the large pot of money before him. "Wow such foul language today. What has got you so worked up?" He asked lightly. Pulling the money greedily towards his chest.

Marco nodded flipping through todays news with a light smile. "He's dizzy with love-yoi~" He teased as the crew began to cover their laughter.

Thatch rolled his eyes and glanced over Marco (and the paper) to look at Izo who was sending not so subtle glances back towards Marco. "As a matter of fact, I am." He stated proudly with a smile. He was proud to have snagged an Angel of her grace.

He didn't even make it the next day without spewing ever detail to the crew.

Thatch shrugged "How bout you eh Marco?" He asked deflecting the question to a paling Marco.

Marco choked back his own remarks as Pop's booming laughter ensued. "Gurahaha, Don't tease the boy Thatch! We all know he's next!" Pops beamed happily swatting Marco on the back. Who in turn shook his head looking up in anger.

"What the hell are you on-yoi?" He asked surprised then he sighed and covered his face looking at the men's wiggling eyebrows.

"I am not settling down-yoi." He groaned and pulled at his face. This had been the common assumption now since Thatch announced his 'truce' as he had first put it.

The reasoning be 'Those two come in pairs,' it only made sense. But Marco wouldn't really be one to just settle down. He would never do that. Why would he? There was still so much more fun to be had.

Thatch wobbled in place a knowing smile on his face. "Sure you won't.~" He teased while looking down at Marco's hand to see the crumbled up paper.

He stopped his teasing tone and looked closer at his fruit shaped brother and leaned backwards offended. "Wait a second.." He murmured to the crews laughter at his realizations.

"Hey! When did you get that!?" He called now running to crowd over Marco who expertly dodged Thatch's advances with a playful smile.

"It comes every day at the same time for years-yoi." Marco laughed "I wonder how?" He stated in a know it all tone before he then let out a groan as a weight fell on his back and a pompadour shaped shadow hung over him.

Marco watched the shadow grow on the deck and took a few steps trying to maintain his own stance, It seems that Thatch had given up his advance and instead just settled for laying lifeless on top of the first division commander to everyone's snickers.

But Marco's.

"Get off-yoi." He sighed from the heft moving to push him off when Thatch quickly climbered back on, this time trying harder to play dead. Even spreading out his arms as he attempted to grasp at the paper.

"Give me back my paper!" He called pulling at Marco's tuft of hair. To the blondes annoyance. Marco began to roll the paper into a tight tube as the pulling of his hair continued.

"You want it back so bad Thatch-yoi?" He asked, while Thatch's pompadour was now being used as a weapon against Marco's face.

"Of course I do! You damn pineapple. I bribed the bird fair and square." He whined still hanging off of Marcos back. Grasping for the paper the best he could.

Marco nodded "Okay then" He started. Reaching behind him with a mischievous look of his own.

"Take this-yoi!"

Suddenly, Thatch was under attack.

Onslaughts of page 6 stung his face as he hollered in defense cowering before the smirking blonde.

The crease of page 3 left a small red mark across his face as it was now amusing to the other men.

Page 4 would be the final blow.

Marco pulled back his arm in an ultimate all out attack. "Hey Thatch? Remember all those pranks you pulled with Ace-yoi?" He asked watching as Thatch froze and shook his head vigorously at the wicked stare Marco held.

"Hey what's that!" Thatch yelled pointing up towards the sky a smile on his face and hand shading his eyes.

Marco shook his head "Like I would fall for that-yoi." He stated unimpressed at Thatch's last ditch chance at survival.

There was no survival.

Thatch rolled his eyes and approached Marco garbing him roughly by the shoulders and turning him and pointing up. "No seriously do you guys see that?" He stated his arm now resting over Marco's shoulder.

Marco narrowed his eyes at his brothers attempt at distraction before Ace jumped up and squinted his eyes as a now tiny figure began to grow closer to them almost as if it was carrying something heavy and falling fast towards them.

"Hey I see it too, hold up let me see if I can shoot it down!" Ace started closing his eye and holding out his finger in a gun before Marco shook his head and held out his hand.

"No don't it's carrying something-yoi." He stated watching as a tiny bat grew in closer to them.

The crew looked on in awe as a tiny bat with a blue scarf around his stubby neck began to hover closer to them. A package in his little claws.

The crew watched with wonder as the little guy seemed as if it was looking around for one person and was confused. To not find that said person.

Thatch stood up and approached the nervous little creature that hovered just over the railing. He pointed towards the creature looking back at Marco "Hey, Can you talk to him?" He asked to Marcos blank stare.

"I can't talk to..that's not even a bird-yoi!" He called out as the group laughed.

"She must be marrying Him for his looks." Izo whispered to a snickering Haruta, while thumbing through his money.

Thatch shrugged the comment away thinking a quick retort that he rather not destroy their career over and inspected the small animal noticing that it had no markings or brands besides a tiny scarf wrapped around its neck.

He looked back at his brothers and Pops alike who all pushed at each other to look at it.

They nodded eagerly for him to accept it. Thatch uneasily held out his hands. The creature dropped the small wrapped package and quickly flew away as if wanting nothing else to do with the pirates.

Thatch looked at the box and raised an eyebrow holding it up for Whitebeard to take. "It's just a plain box?" He frowned scratching his head.

Whitebeard took the package gingerly and began to open it an eyebrow raised as he made quick work of the packaging.

Vista snapped his fingers and leaned in towards the wide chair that everyone now crowded around. "Could it be a thank you gift from one of our islands?"

Ace made a face of confusion. "Does that happen a lot? Where people just send us stuff?" He asked as Whitebeard shrugged throwing the letter to the side and inspect the eternal log pose to an island named

'Allac.'

Whitebeard held the pose towards the sky inspecting it while Marco scrounged around the box for a paper seeing it was blank excluding a small mark along the bottom of the paper. "There's nothing written-yoi." he murmured thumbing over the smudge something oddly familiar about it.

"Well are we going or not?" Ace asked to which Whitebeard nodded.

"Of course we are." He smiled before looking over at Thatch who was still lost in thought. "What kind of pirates would we be if we turned it down!?" He asked with a heavy laughter echoing around the crew.

It didn't take long from that day till they heard the out cry's of "Land ho!" Once they did however, everyone who could fit on the deck crowded around the railings looking out at the massive island before them.

All eagerly inspecting the new adventure on the horizon. As they approached the scenery and could get a better look they found more then a few things popped out about this island.

For starters you couldn't over look the large glass building shaped like a pyramid jetting out from a large cone volcano. The glass building glistened from even this far causing the pirates to 'ohh and awe' at the way it shinned in the light.

Then as they got closer they inspected the large harbor that was empty as if it had been cleared out for their ship to dock.

It seemed pretty sketchy upon arrival as most places they went. However, when doing some asking around from the other crews that interchanged between their ships, they had learned that this island was unaffiliated with the government and generally thought of a neutral ground.

Besides who and the hell would pick a fight with the almost entirety of the Whitebeard pirates? They would be docking right here and anyone be damned if they tried to attack the Moby.

So with that out of the way all was left to do was wait just the few more minuets it would take for them to dock. All while the entirety of the crew was getting nervous with excitement at a new place.

One of which was of course, Ace. Who had been bouncing up and down the railing raring to explore since they first spotted it.

The landscape the pirates saw before them, was nothing but rows and rows of bustling shops and lively people. All pointing to one final spot, that reflective glass building that bellowed smoke from the top of the pyramid.

However, he didn't care about it, It was the heavenly mixture of the different food stalls that wafted over to him and swept him off his feet.

He was mesmerized. He practically jumped in the ocean to swim the rest of the way before remembering that he in fact could not do that.

Thatch who watched the islands fast approach smiled and leaned over the railing himself inspecting the interesting landscape before him. He looked over at Marco who's normal unfazed face also had a light look of mischievousness as he sat crossed legged on the railing facing the island.

He moved to lean beside the watchful blonde and crossed his arms. "Soo~ who's looking after the kid?" Thatch asked pointing over at Ace with his thumb, the Two noticing how others called for Ace to back up.

In which the kid only swatted at them before he began to sway over the edge with a sheepish smile.

Marco made a face of displeasure and shook his head, "Not it-yoi." He called sticking out his tongue.

Thatch then shook his head with his eyes closed and sighed, "Well, that's to bad because I wanna go and explore the islands Bea..." He stopped looking up at Marco a smile on his face as he shook his head in disbelief.

"That's right Thatch, you can't go find the islands 'beauties'. Not like they would want you anyway." Izo's voice chirped up as he pulled out a wad of cash and shifted through it before placing it back in his kimono.

Thatch turned around to sharply defend his honor when he stopped finger poised and shoulders slumped. "I suppose you're right?" He smiled then shrugged turning towards where Ace was just standing.

"Well, I guess that means i'm lookin-" He stopped as Marco shook his head in disbelief, Pointing towards the large gap from the dock towards the solid cobblestone path way that fed in to the large shopping area before them.

"Ace! You little Shit!" He stated quickly jumping the gap himself and chasing after the rowdy kid.

Marco shook his head laughing then looked back towards his father to make a witty comment only to notice that the large old man was missing too.

Marco blinked before jumping from his spot and rushed below deck. Knowing just where that man was going. Where was Whitebeard going? To steal The kitchen's alcohol, why would he be stealing the alcohol?

Because Thatch left it defenseless.

Speaking of Thatch, he was now panting as he made a full sprint after the shirtless teen. He could make out the vivid colors of Pop's mark anywhere and it wasn't that hard to follow a growing line of angry cart vendors who all stared at the kid with pure spite as he quite literally walked from stall to stall grabbing sticks of all assorted food and eating them whole.

Thatch bowed politely and offered up as much cash as he could to each vendor however once he ran low on funds he gave up and just settled for holding out his hands in apology and jogging to finally catch up with the freckled face trouble maker.

"Oh, wey Twatch, try this." Ace grumbled through a mouthful of mushed up food. His black shorts, covered in crumbs from his many, many, stolen confections.

Thatch blinked and held back the part of him that wanted to gag at this kids manors and instead took the stick that was waved in his face and swiftly used his other hand to 'Wack' Ace over the head.

"Don't hey Thatch me! We haven't been here 30 minuets and i'm already out of cash!" He scolded while Ace took the stick from Thatch's hand and plopped it in his mouth before nodding to himself.

"Oh Man! that sucks! Here i'll spot you!" He smiled swallowing the lump of food in his mouth and reaching for his wallet with one hand while the other wiped his face.

Thatch took in a deep breath noticing all the crumbs that now feel from the kid then to the solid black wallet. "I don't need money! You need money!" He stated harshly pulling the wallet free from Ace's hand and grumbling as he opened it up to take the cash he was so rightfully owed.

"Hey wai-" Ace started reaching out for the wallet as Thatch pushed him away with an outstretched arm.

However, they both froze as Thatch groaned and held it upside down, not even a spec of dust falling from the empty space between the leather.

"You broke Ass kid!" Thatch stated with an once on annoyance before sending a quick side glance behind him as a Woman in a green dress came walking briskly towards them.

To Thatch she wasn't much taller then Adaline with heels, however she had beady black eyes that lacked much expression, and her body was no way near as curved as the Angels but she did have a stride full of authority and a blue scarf around her neck. So she seemed at least if anything annoying at most.

Thatch took a second to think before pulling at Ace's arm and quickly walking away from the stand that Ace was still whining to go back for. "Yo, Thatch what's up?" He asked now pulling his hand free and following as the older commander walked down the path. The two careful not to run in to anyone else on these crowded streets.

Thatch looked behind him to see the woman still following him. "She' seems pissed." He murmured looking back towards the crowd. Ace followed Thatch's eyes and chuckled following the commanders lead.

"So, since you can't flirt with'em you run now?" He asked with a teasing smirk.

Thatch rolled his eyes as they continued to walk at their brisk pace. Bar's and stores flashing past them in a blur. "What? No that's not it, she just looks like trouble is all." He murmured looking down an ally and quickly pulling the young teen by the arm towards the dark salvation from that woman's stare.

Well he would if the teen was there! Thatch stopped mid step and squeezed his hand grasping at air and frowned looking from his closed fist then towards the figure of Ace rushing towards a newer food booth.

Roughly pushing past the crowd of people meandering and enjoying the afternoon sun.

He threw his hands to his sides in an exasperated sigh and began to take a step towards the troubling Ace. The people's voices traveling around him as he made his way.

"So, do you have any plan's for the big Lily Festival this Friday?"

Thatch sighed as he grasped at Ace's arm and began to pull him away. The kid letting out a whine of disapproval at these heinous actions.

"Yes! but, I'm so confused on what to wear."

"You better figure out soon, I hear Lord Russel will be reveling the next biggest attraction to the island. He's got all kinds of VIPs walking around the island so it's best to dress up."

Thatch nodded to himself as he continued to walk down the crowded walk ways and shinning buildings. 'VIP's? That must be why they were at the island. Who's more VIP then the Whitebeard pirates?

"You know that bath house seems pretty interesting?" Ace's voice asked pulling Thatch from his thoughts. Just in time too because he watched as another pair of scantly clad woman walked past him.

Thatch instinctively looked back before a harsh laughter brought him back to facing forward. He's cheeks beat red from being caught.

"A pirate settling down!" Ace laughed again while Thatch rolled his eyes pushing the kid by the shoulders.

"Ahh come on, give me a break okay?" Thatch defended while Ace continued to walk placing his hands behind his head and shrugging.

"Whatever you say!" He laughed before yawning stretching's out his arms and everything. Thatch rolled his eyes as Ace's stretch inadvertently slapped him in face.

"Watch it." Thatch called while Ace shrugged. "Man now that i'm full, I think we should check out that bath house."

Thatch nodded absently "We can do that, I wonder if it's mixed?" He asked with a light smile as he stared at the clean cobblestone path ways. Then how the colorfully decorated buildings where stacked on each other with connecting balcony's so if you wished you could walk across from store to store.

There even seemed to be arched bridges above them connecting the stores together.

Ace shook his head dropping his arms and looked across the buildings as well. Watching as the balcony's held all kinds of decorative lacing around them.

"Would your Angel care to hear you asking that?" He asked to Thatch's scoff as they continued walking towards the large grand attraction in the center of the clean cobblestone covered island.

"I'm sure she would understand, I only want to know for educational purposes. you know? If it is mixed then well, I should avoid it." Thatch motioned with a head nod.

"Do you even know how to spell education Thatch?" Izo's proper voice snorted from behind the two.

Thatch jumped lightly at the new approaching voice. For a second he thought it was that woman, who seemed to be gone? now. "Where'd you come from?" He murmured crossing his arms and waiting for Izo to catch up.

"Good one." Ace chuckled before turning his head to look around the elegant and clean buildings.

"I figured you two may need a loan." Izo hummed holding out a wad of cash with a knowing smile across his painted lips.

Thatch took in a deep breath and held out his right hand, his other covering his face. "How much do I gotta pay back?" He asked with a groan. Izo shrugged and slapped the wad of cash in his hand.

"Just allow me to be the best man at your next wedding." He smiled looking down at the cash he handed Thatch.

The pompadoured man looked up clasping his hand around money and nodded. "Of course!" He smiled putting the money away in his own wallet tucking it away as Ace looked over at Izo eagerly awaiting his cut.

The two commanders stared at each other then at Ace blank stares on their faces. "What?" Izo asked with a proper tone.

Ace gave a small smile his hand reaching further towards Izo before Izo creased his eyebrows.

"You want money Ace?" Izo asked as the kid nodded. Izo shrugged "Then you shouldn't have played poker." He stated with a simple smile.

Ace blinked before taking in a deep breath and rolling his eyes. "I see, sorry for asking," He sighed before throwing his hands back behind his head and looking around at the crowd of people they had come across.

"Hey, guys what gives?" Ace asked looking at the long line of people who all seemed to be patiently waiting. All with smiles on their faces and some dressed in bath robes others in almost nothing but towels.

One of these said people happened to be a woman who was scantly clad and barely wrapped around in a towel. "The Guard's just came and announced that only VIP's are allowed!" She yelped stomping down a bare foot and her body bouncing along with it.

Ace raised an eyebrow openly looking down the woman's towel before looking back up. "Oh is that it?" He asked returning back to the woman's chest.

Thatch however darted his eyes to anywhere else but that woman's chest. She wasn't the Angel. She wasn't the Angel.

The woman nodded. "Yeah, they'll open it as soon as the VIP's leave so everyone's waiting to see, good thing it's open 24/7!" She cheered.

Izo frowned and looked around noticing that the wide circle of cobblestone they stood around was full of people standing around with angry faces but no one dared speak ill of it. If anything he kept hearing,

"We should wait quietly, there's VIPs here."

Thatch went silent thinking to himself. VIP's?

Ace stood taller and attempted to look over the long line of heads before him then he sighed and turned back towards the other and frowned crossing his arms. "Those VIP assholes could take all day." He murmured looking around as Izo nodded.

"If only there was a way to get in?" He asked with a hint of mischief in his tone. Both Ace and Izo looked at each other then turned to look towards Thatch who stood tall and proud among the two knowing exactly what they were saying.

They were saying he was the best for this mission and he had just the idea. "Alright follow me. I got this." He stated puffing out his chest and pulling at his collar.

The two nodded as they begun to follow behind Thatch's confident stride. They mimicked his stride so now the three of them walked in sync down the cobblestone walk way. Most of the people in line seeing this movement and the mark on Ace's back and split before them.

As they began to reach the tall and daunting entrance Thatch looked back and nodded "Don't speak." He stated sternly his eyes locking on Ace who raised an eyebrow at the 'I know it's you' look.

Before Izo snickered then stopped when his eyes landed on the large and daunting entrance before them.

The entrance way was tall, almost easily taller then pops himself and had a rustic wood finish around it with large oak doors tightly shut between the beams. Around it however was nothing but glass giving you a distorted view of the massive pools that collected from the top of the volcano to drain down to where they stood.

"Whoa." He hummed.

Another high pitched feminine voice spoke up. "Whoa is right sir!" The woman smiled. She stood perfectly placed between the door way and two large volcanic rocks with a a small metal cart and a blue umbrellas perched above her.

What stuck out about her was the blue scarf wrapped tightly around her neck. "This is one of the largest bathhouse's in the world, a fact that we are very proud of. Another fact is, This bath house and many other amenities on the island are available completely free for any who wish to use them, Lord Russel truly wishes for everyone here to have a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately we have the bath house closed of for VIP's. However we will open as soon as we can." She smiled with one quick breath,

Izo raised an eyebrow thinking to comment on how everything was free. How could something this grand be free, unless they were getting their money somewhere else.

Ace leaned passed the metal cart and sagged his shoulders before pulling back and pointing at the two men with bulging muscles dressed in straight black suits. "They look tough." He started.

Before Thatch cleared his throat pulling Ace back by his shoulder and leaned casually against the metal cart.

"Well thank you for keeping the house closed for us, we are the VIPs." Thatch stated with a suave expression leaning closer to the woman who's smile never faltered. "We're uh," He looked down then snapped thinking about the conversation he overheard.

"Russel told us to just come on in." He smiled as and Izo caught on and now nodded.

"You wouldn't want us to tell him you didn't let us in, would you?" Izo asked with a mischievous glare.

"Yeah," Ace nodded. as the woman went wide eyed. Her eyes almost shaking as she gave a wide smile and curtseyed.

"Oh, forgive me, Of course great pirates such as yourselves would be VIPs please allow me to escort you." The woman stated quickly motioning to two heavy built men who up until now had stood quietly behind her.

She gave them a quiet nod and with a grunt of force the doors gave way. Sending a burst of warm steamy air towards the three pirates.

As soon as they entered they were immersed in the sounds of the babbling sounds of the water flowing from the rock covered pools to finally collect and drain at their feet.

Thatch Whistled, that sound alone echoing through out the large building.

"Man this place is huge." Ace hummed pulling off his hat and allowing himself to be ushered towards the dress, well the undressing rooms.

Izo nodded, "I have to say, this is larger then any of the bath houses on Wano."

The woman nodded "This bathhouse is also connected to a five star hotel, If you are wondering where the hotel is look no further then inside the volcano." She continued her face unchanging. "That is where my misunderstand came from, VIP's are normally escorted from the hotel." She motioned to the rocky incline before them.

"Please watch your step. The rocks can be slippery." She smiled once more before continuing over the brown and almost jetting out rocks of the ground.

"So this place was carved from the volcano?" Izo asked watching the lava rocks beneath his sandaled feet.

The woman gave a nod as she motioned the group towards the cave entrance in the distance. "Yes, Lord Russel carved most of the pools with his bare hands over many years." She continued.

"Wow, Russel must be strong?" Ace asked surprised looking around the large pools that drained in to each other.

Thatch took in a deep breath and sent Ace a sharp look. If they were to be VIP's then they have to already know that this dude named Russel was strong. Izo glanced from both Thatch and Ace sending obvious facial expressions as if having a silent conversation and then towards the woman.

The woman didn't seemed fazed at all. Instead she motioned towards the mouth of the cave pulling back the blue curtain with an unchanging smile. "Once you guys get undressed I shall escort you to a pool. We do have other VIP's in the vicinity so we do ask for your curtesy." The woman nodded and pulled at the curtain.

Ace nodded, "Sweet, do you guys serve food too?" He asked excitedly. The woman gave a quick nod. "Yes sir, we can have delivered to you in the bath or here now?" She asked as Ace thought to himself.

However, Thatch quickly stopped him, "You are not going to be eating in the water." He stated putting his foot down while the woman shook her head. "If you do decide to change your mind just let me know at any time." The woman nodded and closed the curtain while the two looked at each other and shook their heads.

"Man, this place is kinda weird." Ace stated before beginning to strip. "Oh well,"

Marco, shook his head rubbing his eyes in disappointment as he stared at the scene before him. Why was he doing this? Oh because Pop's the great and wise old man was now passed out drunk sprawled out along the kitchen tables.

"Com on pop's-yoi." He groaned moving to slip himself underneath the large man and begin to lift him gingerly up. Marco looked at the daunting task ahead of him, his eyes narrowing on the stair case as Whitebeard groaned.

"He cooks with th~at?" His heavy voice slurring but happy.

Marco looked back at the some 30 barrels laying empty and shook his head, "Not anymore he won't-yoi." He joked while they walked up the stairs, Whitebeard's hearty laughter jostling Marco as he continued to drag the large man up the stairs.

"Easy!" Marco groaned as the older man once again laughed. "Yeah you are~" Whitebeard slurred.

Marco sighed "Pops please don't-yoi." As he began to pull his father towards the door, cheering could be heard from outside. Marco tilted his head in wonder as he shifted the large man over his shoulder.

"Yes~ How, long did it take for you to first get with the Marine?~ It was that night right~ Right?~" Whitebeard slurred lifting up his head to ask Marco as he pushed open the door and turned to drag the un-cooperating man towards the open deck.

Marco sighed and rolled his eyes, "Let's not talk about this right now pops-yoi." He stated pulling the mans booted feet free from the doorway. While Whitebeard laughed again.

"You can't pull that nonchalant shit with me boy!" He laughed. "I know you're in love, you have been since~ (hiccup) since the day you laid eyes on her~" He cheered while Marco rolled his eyes. "She was the moon and the stars~" Whitebeard laughing mimicking Thatch.

Marco took in a deep breath and debated on dropping this man on the deck and leaving him for the seagulls to shit on.

If there where any seagulls, he hadn't heard any since they landed.

"Okay, you got me Pop's now lets get you to bed-yoi." Marco murmured taking a chance to look up and see the sun still high in they sky, in fact it had been about maybe an hour or two? at the most since they docked.

And Pop's was already this wasted? Marco took a deep breath and shook his head at himself in disbelief. There was nothing that could be done. Even if he was slightly worried he knew better then to argue with the stubborn man.

However Whitebeard's insistent tapping on Marco's head caused a slight annoyance.

Okay that was it, he was dropping this man.

No he couldn't...

"Marco." He stated his tone growing serious as the smiling blonde finally with a grunt of force threw the large man across his bed and moved to plop down across from him the heavy weight leaving his shoulders.

"Whew, i'm pooped-yoi," He Laughed ignoring Whitebeard who moved to get comfortable before looking at his son through his blurry vision. "Marco you love her." He smiled laying down on his pillow and closing his eyes a light smile on his face as he passed out.

Marco rolled his eyes and moved to stand up uncrossing his legs as he did so.

"Of course I do-yoi." He stated giving a half wave to his father before exiting the door expecting to maybe finally being able to relax.

He looked towards the deck to see a group of Jozu's combat division sitting around and wrestling each other. He laughed to himself and looked towards the island, his smile fading before he narrowed his eyes.

Something increasingly familiar about how it looked. He shook his head and shrugged. Lifting up his arms and taking to the sky. He would never find out what it was bothering him until he looked around.

After all? Who would have the gall to attack Marco The Phoenix?
