"Hey Astrid, you and me, date?... Ehw I sound like Snotlout. Alright. Astrid would you do the honour of joining me for dinner?... Too fancy."
If u haven't figured it out I'm trying to ask Astrid out on our first date as a couple. And its harder than I thought.
"What do you think bud?" Toothless just purred and went back to sleep. Useless reptile.
*knock* I opened the door to see Snotlout and Tuffnut.
"Hey H, heard about your dilemma. "
"What dilemma."
"The one where your trying to ask Astrid out on a date but messing up dilemma."
"Geez thanks Snotlout. Look it's under control I know what I'm doing." Tuffnut placed his hand on my shoulder. "Yea... no."
"Don't you fret young Haddock, me Snotlout and Fishlegs will prepare you for this obstacle in manhood."
"Yeah and I'm an expert when it comes to girls, especially Astrid. I'll teach you how to do it."
Oh Gods. "Please it's fine, I will do it myself." I closed the door and went back to panicking.
Astrid's POV
It was dinner time at the edge and we were all in the clubhouse eating Heather's yak chops, she was staying over cause Dagur was annoying her. But Hiccup wasn't here. Then I saw Snotlout and Tuffnut giggling.
"alright you muttonheads where's Hiccup?"
"Right behind you." I turned and saw Hiccup.
I came up and gave him a peck on the cheek. "Where were you. I haven't seen you or Toothless all day."
Hiccup started doing his nervous laugh, then took a deep breath
"Astrid, would you like to go on a date with me?"
"Hiccup I'm your girlfriend of course, why are you so nervous. "
"Cause I've never asked a girl out and well I'm asking a valkyrie. " Ruffnut, Heather and Fishlegs awwed.
"Yes Hiccup I will love to."
"Great, tomorrow at sunset, by the beach."
"Ok. Well I'm starving. " Me and Hiccup went to sit down when Heather and Ruff pulled me outside.
"Hey what?" I growled.
"Have you been on a date?" Heather asked
"No, why, it's just Hiccup."
"Astrid, this is Hiccup Haddock we're talking about. The hot guy who tamed a night fury and is the heir to Berk. If you don't do this date right, he might not want to be with you."
"Ruffnut!" Heather said.
I had enough. "Look, I will prepare for the date myself. Ok."
"Can me and Heather at least help you look good tomorrow?"
"Fine. Now can I just eat!"
"Hey Astrid if I were you wear something sexy underneath-"
"RUFFNUT!" Me and Heather yelled.
"Just a suggestion."
Hiccup's POV
Where did the girls go"Right, know that the girls are out we can plan this date."
"Snotlout I've already planned it.
"Well what is it?" He whined.
"Well I'm planning to take Astrid on a moonlight flight to the beach where we'll have a picnic and just hang."
Tuffnut spoke up. "So where's the part you knock her up."
"Tuffnut! I'm not doing that!!" I whispered harshly.
"I think it's a nice date but I feel like it needs some pizzazz. Like some serene music and terrible terrors flying in the sky, and roses-"
"Boring Fishface. If I were taking Astrid on a date. I would impress her with my amazing body and flying skills, make her a well cooked chicken and then we will head back to my hut and me and her will-"
"Let's stop it there." I do not want to know what he's dreamed with my girlfriend. All I know is that even though he's my cousin I feel like punching him again.
"I think Hiccup should take Astrid to a boar fight, then do a egg snorting contest." We all stared at the male nut .
"Enough! I will do the date my own way. That's final."
Then Fishlegs piped up. "Can we at least help you get ready tomorrow?"
"Alright Fishlegs. Now everyone shut up the girls are back."
