AN - I've seen some people in the reviews asking about what game this is, thought I put it in last chapter must've deleted it, It's Witch's Weapon if you still want to know, maybe you can find my account in there somewhere.

Anyway I have to barrel through the game if I want to continue writing this which I am in the process of. There goes taking my time and enjoying myself. Now I have to speed run the game.

Started Doc on 07/18/20 officially began writing around 08/18/20 released on 08/24/20

I don't know about you guys but I honestly feel depressed, my childhood best friend visited after moving away and shit, here he is making friends with twitch streamers and him and his old friends still hang out together. After running away from the truth for so long it took my first ever friend to show me how we're pretty much worlds apart and here I am, same old me! Nothing new! Old friends moved on while I'm still here! Making myself sad and fussing over stupid stuff. As pretty much everyone I knew, I slowly drifted from them. Look where I am now? A lonely bastard thinking if a second chance in life is possible.

I feel I should actually take a break, actually sleep for more than an hour or so. You know, not be tired? Not mentally wear myself out and such? Man I could really use some coffee or tea right now! And some chicken, especially spicy or the Buffalo kind. Oh and some udon or ramen. My stomach is starting to speak...

Update - Damn, I actually only have two photos that have my friends in it. Huh. Never noticed.

Warning? - Sorry if I literally follow the dialogue in the game to the letter, at best the story will probably receive minor changes... for now. What? Don't look at me like that! I'm warning you! Heh. I apologize either way, no seriously I apologize if your expectations go down the drain, mine did too. Yikes.

Chapter 2

Ren stared at the mirror and he couldn't believe what he was seeing right now. Standing in front of the mirror was a little girl with long black hair while the inside of it was pink - if that made any sense - while she still wore the same clothes she had on while she was sleeping which was an now oversized white t-shirt and blue and white vertical striped short that also were big on her.

He felt his, her face and it was soft as he stared into his, her pink colored eyes. He, She grabbed her hair in frustration, Stop mixing it up! After calming herself down and making sure not to refer to herself as a he - for now at least - she tried to ignore the fact for now as she checked herself once more but was interrupted when she heard knocking on the door, "Sorry if I'm interrupting but will you be done soon?"

She couldn't find her voice, was he going to freak out and wonder why he suddenly changed genders? She coughed and tried to speak in a deep voice, "It's okay, I'm already done." Shirou! She cursed in her mind as she told him that in the spur of the moment, now she had to come out and then he would see her than who knows what would happen next!

She breathed in and out to try and calm herself, Shirou was now most likely waiting outside for her to come out and then enter so he would see her. Her hand went towards the doorknob as she stared at it. But how was she going to explain that he was a she now?! Her hand grabbed the doorknob and she felt a small sweat fall down her face. She breathed in and out, this was the moment of truth.

She opened the door and saw Shirou standing there with a small smile as she closed her eyes in anticipation, waiting for him to say something, anything. Only it was not what she had expected.

"Is something wrong? Is... Is there something on my face?" He asked her as he felt his face for something.

Ren felt herself gap at him as if she were a fish, "I, you, me... Huh?"

She noticed how he slightly frowned, "Are you alright? Are you sick?" Before she could answer she felt his hand on her forehead as he stared intently at her. She of course couldn't help but feel the heat in her cheeks rise as she blushed at him in most likely embarrassment.

She quickly swatted his hand off of her forehead and with a quick, "I'm not sick!" She ran off towards her room.

Shirou looked at his hand, "She's not sick. But why did she have to slap my hand?" He stared at his hand for a while longer and decided to shrug it off enter the washroom

Slamming her rooms door she then leaned on it as she put her hand where Shirou previously touched her forehead. This wasn't an odd action for Shirou as he's done this before but that didn't matter at the moment. What mattered was if Shirou didn't notice her change in gender. Did he really not care or was he too worried about her? It was... sweet she guessed?

She slapped her cheeks with her hands to bring herself to more important matter at hand which was her change in gender but even more importantly was what she assumed was yesterday's events.

Okay, okay... I checked once and probably twice. She thought as she gave herself another look over as she switched her out of her boxers and oversized T-shirt. I can't think straight at the moment... maybe. She decided to pinch herself and unexpectedly or expectedly it wasn't a dream as she thought.

As she pinched herself she breathed in from the pain, Ok, pinched myself really hard. Not a dream! Ren of course was at slight awe at how much softer her body was now than before. She began poking and prodding at her body in slight wonder, My body is much softer than before. Feels... not bad... "Damn!" She abruptly stopped and grabbed her hair in frustration, "No! What's on my mind!"

She let out a sigh as she looked at the now oversized T-Shirt she now had on - which was of course different from what she woke up in as she had changed - "Damn it. This T-shirt fit me well yesterday. Now it's oversized..." She was right, but now the T-shirt was too big on her now. She once again let out a sigh and walked towards a mirror she had in her room, "Fact is, my body became much smaller now."

She looked in the mirror and saw a little girl wearing an oversized white T-shirt that had three blue stripes on her chest. Her mind drifted towards those anime's and movies he had watched before, so her thoughts drifted towards scenes where some of the girls also wore an oversized T-shirt, "She looks like one of those girls that wears her boyfriends clothes. Like in the movies or anime's." He slightly chuckled when he remembered he was the girl and thought about what he said.

If it were like one of the movies where she did wear the boyfriends clothes then... wouldn't Shirou be the boyfriend then? She felt her face heat up at the implication and with a flustered she spoke, "... What am I blushing for..." she laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling. "Indeed... Becoming a girl, especially overnight... Is hard to swallow..." Great, she was beginning to talk to herself now.

She checked her room now that she wasn't as shocked when she woke up, Now that I can check my room properly everything is the same as it was. Her eyes then landed on a familiar blue bat she had used, except for the extra metal bat at the bedside. Her thoughts then traveled to the 'dream' she had and began to retrace it, I dreamed of this attack on the Collection and Research Center last night. She remembered when she used the bat to attack one of the men, I grabbed this bat and used it in battle... if it can even be called one... and then, the whole city was... in ruins... She remembered the scene clearly, all the death, ruin, destruction. Even Shirou had died while Mariru had somehow survived. She could not forget this memory. It would be ingrained into her mind.

Shaking her head to rid of such thoughts her mind then noticed something, if there was an attack on such important place then it would be on the news! Of course! My cellphone! If there was a battle yesterday it should have made headlines! She saw nothing related to it so she scrolled, still nothing so she scrolled again, still nothing.

Great it's really a dream, but that doesn't explain why I'm a girl... She kept scrolling probably in hopes to find something, wait what's this...? Her eyes landed on a certain headliner she stopped and read it, "Ross Goblet Vanished under close surveillance. The Ross Goblet disappeared from it's site last night under the watchful eyes of a dozen surveillance devices..." she felt like she seen that cup from somewhere so she began to skim over the words and continued to read out loud to herself, "Strictly managed and monitored... Unlikely to steal anything..."

She jumped out of bed determined, "Well... I have to go and find out what happened! The dream last night, and my body... I have a feeling that maybe they have something to do with the center!" She grabbed a random long blue sleeved track top to cover her body more and hastily went to exit the house.

Only to stop when she saw the familiar table that had most likely her food on it while Shirou was cleaning the dishes. Well, maybe that could wait but only for a moment, for now she had to quench her hunger!

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

Shirou watched as his friend - or best friend as she called him - quickly ran out of the door in a hurry, the oversized clothes she had on looked a bit odd on her, but he felt a bit perplexed, she did have clothes that actually fit her right? In fact he could barely remember when she began wearing oversized clothes and even wore a pair of boxers that one time.

He at least thought so, his memories seemed a bit slow to catch up but he sometimes couldn't help but check his own drawers to see if she wasn't taking his own clothes. It would be an odd conversation if she did and if she did why did she have to wear his clothes? He didn't want to think about it when he saw she left something behind.

It was a blue metal bat she seemed to left behind, she must of been in a hurry so he decided that instead of waiting for her to come back he would instead go find her and return it too her. As he drew near he subconsciously used his Stuctural Grasp Magecraft on the bat and information already began to flood into his mind as his hand was mere centimeters away from grasping it.

It wasn't as normal as a bat would seem, it's name was Home Run, Wielded by a witch named Annie Bass. It also seemed that anything other information was blocked, the only things he learned were relatively basic, what's the weapons name, who used it, and their fighting style, very small snippets.

But how did Ren have this was the question. It didn't bother him too much though since it was probably hers yet she still had no idea what it truly was and he hoped she wouldn't use it for something unnecessary, it hurt him enough that a weapon wasn't put to use but for a weapon to be used for something menial...

He sighed, it wasn't his in the first place, like every weapon he currently had and a copy of it was stored in his unlimited blade works so with a sigh he grabbed the blue metal bat and went off to find Ren. The only problem was where was she. He hoped nothing too bad would happen, his luck wasn't exactly the best so the opposite would probably happen, but was it wrong to hope?

Was it just him or did he just hear a voice in his head? No, he was probably going paranoid from the lack of action he would usually experience. It had to be. Could it...?

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

Ren was walking in the streets filled with other people, she felt like she was forgetting something while she ran out of the house but she moved that aside when she looked at the glass of the entrance hall and saw her reflection in it, I look clearly suspicious with these clothes on. She was beginning to regret her decision on wearing these oversized clothes she had on now.

To the people that walked by they saw her in an obviously oversized shirt and the jeans she wore dragged on the ground. If they looked lower and at her right and they would see it as if it was gripping on something. Wait, so that's what was missing. She looked at her hand and opened it and thought of the metal bat she had left behind in her hurry.

She dropped her hand back to her side and sighed even if she did bring it wouldn't some of the people that worked there probably accuse her of stealing it? She was going to bring it since it was the only piece of evidence she had but who would believe her?

She looked up at the building in, "Well... Like it or not, I'm already here... What next?" She had muttered under her breath and looked around the entrance to the place and saw the large array of guard surrounding the place, "A terrorist attack is unlikely to happen with so many security guards standing watch. Of course-a collectible disappeared..." she noted.

"... Wait, girl!" She heard a voice in a distance yet she didn't pay it any attention, "Little girl over there, stop!" She had stopped and turned around see a large man with light skin color and a buzz-cut as he shouted at her. He was approaching her and she saw from his cuffs, the powerful muscles of his brawny arms. She also saw he had a well-trained body and his face possessed a dazzling smile directed at her.

He looks like just like how a wrestler would look like in the movies. She thought in her mind. "What?!" She had accidentally asked him louder than intended and looked around to see if he wasn't actually trying to call someone else.

"Yeah, you girl." He confirmed as he stopped approaching and was now standing in front of her.

In response she was beginning to feel provoked that he had called him a girl, "What?! No, you idiot! I am... I am..." she realized he was right and he had forgotten that she was no longer a he.

"Hmm?" He hummed questionably and then spoke again, "Anyway, something important was missing today. We were sent to blockade the place." He informed her.

"I've got something important missing too! Very important, it was missing since I woke up this morning!" She had also told him.

"I'm sorry to hear that," he apologized, "but the public is no longer allowed to enter. Come back some other time, girl." He denied her entry and looked at what she was wearing, "And..." He paused.

Ren felt nervous as he paused and spoke louder than intended, "What!?" She coughed in embarrassment and tried again, "Anything else...?"

"Girl, you'd better stop loitering around, if you were carrying a weapon I would have to take in for questioning!" He joked as he also chuckled, but his expression also became more serious, "And put on more clothes or else you'll catch a cold, don't want your boyfriend worried now do you? Take care!" The security guard joked again and gave her a thumbs up and again, a warm smile.

Ren felt her cheeks heat up in embarrassment as the security guard had joked around and mentioned boyfriend before leaving, "O... Ok, goodbye!" She stood there for a while longer, Ok... I haven't gotten used to being called a girl yet.

Her attention then returns back to the center and groaned, "Ugh... There must be some clues in the center. But now I can't get in." She sighs in defeat, "Seems like the only thing I can do now is go back home." She walks away in what she hoped was the correct way home, hey! Don't blame her, she got distracted easily!

Little did she know though the sky and buildings around her were an unnatural color.

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

Shirou traveled all around the place in search of his friend, Ren, but the results turned out negative as he had no idea where she was going in the first place. If he didn't find her soon then maybe he would have to return home, but that didn't sit well with him so he just had to expand his search farther.

So when he fully checked one area he went to the station and took a ride to another area, yes, he was quite literally going to travel across the town to search for her and give her the bat. At the same time he felt like she was going to call him an idiot for doing such a thing.

He saw the door open up and people began to pile out as everyone left the station as he too did the same thing as everyone else. He surveyed the area and as expect in was an urban jungle as buildings were everywhere and he had no idea where to start his search.

Suddenly he felt an odd feeling in the air that led down the street and somewhere in the direction of the Collection and Research Center. This wasn't the first time he felt something similar before, if he had anything to compare it to it would be like the high tension before he would begin battle with a servant.

So in short it wasn't something good and finding Ren could wait, he had to discover what was causing this and maybe even stop it from happening, and if Ren was in the general vicinity then it was just another reason to go there.

So he began to quicken his pace and his body on full alert.

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

Ren felt something was off and looked around, by now she would of reached the station and would already be on the train home yet she was still walking around in search of the station, "Huh? I think I'm walking towards the station, it seems to be the wrong way though?" She couldn't help but voice out her concerns.

She looked around and noticed how barely anyone was around and everything was much quieter, "Uh... What's wrong...? Am I lost?"

"Chirp-!" Ren's attention was caught when she heard a voice in front of her, "... Věta... hřích...!"

Ren saw a small group of people gathered around and they looked, well, suspicious, at least more suspicious than she was, especially if they were all wearing the same uniform or similar clothes. And from what she was hearing from them they were even speaking a language she didn't even understand. "These guys look fishy... What could they even be talking about?" She couldn't help but speak out loud. It turned out to be a bad idea as their attention went towards her and dare she saw it they looked murderous!

The group of people were all girls and the one that Ren was looking at seemed to be the leader, she didn't even wear a shirt but she did bind her breast so everything besides her chest was revealed to the world at least she wore a white jacket though it was on her shoulders that was paired with white pants and blue belt that matched her equally blue hair and on her feet were black tai chi shoes if she was correct. It were her vibrant red eyes that seemed to glow and glinted dangerously that set her off. That and the black spiked wrist bracelets.

She swung at her without warning and Ren managed to dodge it, "Whoaaa! What! They are after me! What did I do?!"

The girl that swung at her spoke again still in the same language she did not understand, at least it was one word, "... Mors...!"

Ren began to back up as the attacker began looked like she was going to attack again," So damn weird! I've got to run!" Try as she might, the clothes she had on only served to slow her down as they were too big for her so the attacker drew near and Ren grunted as she too saw this, "It's impossible to run away! Can't move fast enough with these baggy clothes and shoes...!"

"Ahhhh!" The blue haired girl gave a loud shout perhaps in anger.

"They're catching up... I'm finished!" Ren could only give a cry as she fell down on her rear and watched as the attack was made and it seemed mere inches away from her.

She heard something drop to the ground near her as the strike never came as she saw someone tackle the girl down and everyone else's attention was drawn to them and she was long forgotten and they all diverged upon her savior.

Getting a closer look she saw a tuft of auburn hair and golden-brown eyes as he fought of the group of unknown people. She gasped in both worry and surprise as she wasn't expecting to be saved/helped from this situation. From what she was seeing he was fighting them off but with them all swarming him and their attacks unrelenting he was having a difficult time. Especially when she saw the leaders fist leave a small crack on the ground.

She wanted to desperately help but she couldn't just jump in since she doubted that she could fight them off so she looked around for a weapon. There it was, the familiar metal bat that was on the ground that she had left behind. She crawled over from where she was and went to pick it up and as she did something began to emit from it.

She looked down near the top of the bat and saw a ring that surrounded a circle in the middle with two rectangular like shapes that jutted both inside and outside of the ring. It seemed to glow brighter and brighter as another circle appeared like one of those transmutation circles as it spun quickly as thunder could be heard while she stared in awe.

Shirou on the other hand thought that maybe throwing himself at the girl to stop her wasn't as a good of an idea as he thought. He didn't have many options either since he refused to swing at her with the metal bat that could do more damage than needed and going for a swing would take a lot of time since it was previously at his side so winding up for a swing was not really the best of ideas.

Which led him to throwing himself at her as he deemed it the quickest way to stop her since it took much less time then swinging at her. So here he was as he was now surrounded by them and they were all throwing punches here and there and he momentarily gawked when he saw that the leader left a very noticeable crack on the ground. He was strong yes, but he wasn't that physically strong to leave cracks when he punched the gound bare handed. He was now beginning to regret not using the bat.

From side of his eyes he could see blinding light and crackling but he couldn't let himself get distracted as he dodge another punch as the others seemed to back off so they could let her deal with him. At least now he wasn't be swarmed by them and now only had to deal with one as everyone else looked ready to jump in.

But of course the light he chose to ignore from the sidelines became to bright to just ignore and he had to momentarily close his eyes due to the sheer brightness. Of course for his opponent it seemed like it didn't even bother them as he felt a devastating blow to his head and hit the ground to the sheer force of the strike. He could even hear in the distance that someone had called his name.

He was indeed not wrong, someone had shouted his name in shock and fear and it belonged to none other then Ren as she saw him hit the ground as the blue haired girl even jumped on him to keep on attacking him.

She then heard a voice to her side and turned to see a slightly shorter girl with blue hair and dressed in entirely blue to match it but she didn't bother to have a closer look at the girl, "Hoo... Finally... Hey, this is Annie. You're holding my bat? So you know I'm a witch?" She looked towards the crowd of people as they were still attacking Shirou, "Ugh, who are these fierce-looking guys! Seems like your in trouble! Espically that guy in the middle!" Shirou was now trying to get her off with all he could.

"Annie... Witch? We are in definite trouble today." She spoke somewhat hurriedly as Shirou threw the girl off of him.

Annie seemed to ignore the brawl as she smiled at Ren, "I have loads of questions for you, but let's solve the immediate problem first!" She then had a slight frown when she looked at Ren's clothing, "What are you wearing? So baggy... Unsuitable for a battle, huh? I'll give you a fitted suit... Ready for the battle?"

"Ba... Battle?" Ren spoke hesitantly as she was still having second thoughts about this, I mean, she doubted she could take on all those guys in the first place! But she felt an unexplainable power throughout her body, like she could do it.

Annie though somehow had changed Ren's clothes all the while possessing a smug smile on her face as she watched Ren run in and swung at one of spectators head easily knocking one of the six that were watching and the others attention was drawn to her yet one of them were still close enough for her to give a brutal swing to their belly as she collapsed to ground clutching her belly in agony.

It seemed that yet again, Shirou had gotten distracted and looked on in confusion and so he yet again paid the price for it as he received a kick to the face that managed to knock him out. While he fell down a single thought crossed his mind, Heh, I'm out of shape from not fighting for so long...

Ren saw this and shouted his name in worry but she had to dodge a punch from the third person she deemed enemy three and the others enemy four, five, six, and blue haired lady.

From the distance she heard Annie yell, "Hey! Looks like your about to be swarmed soon, not good." Ren scoffed at that, "Why don't you use a skill?" Ren stopped when she heard that but soon continued on as the blue haired lady watched from where she had defeated Shirou.

Annie saw how she wasn't using her 'skill' so she simplified it for her, "Just let me know when you need some help, ok?"

Ren gaped at her, she was watching her get attacked and only response is, "let me know when you need some help," of course she needed some help! "Annie, help! Please?" She swung at enemy fours head and she was out for the count.

"Ok!" Was Annie's reply as she jumped in slammed down a device nearby that had three barrels, How was that supposed to help me! As soon she thought of that the device began to rapidly fire off baseballs at an incredible pace as it already knocked down enemy three and now focusing fire on enemy five.

For some reason enemy six completely ignored it and ran straight towards her and threw a wild punch so she yelped and jumped to the side as the enemy seemed to stumble now of all times and fall face first into the ground and she watched for a while to see if she would get up and it seemed to she didn't have to do much since she knocked herself out.

Thunk! The last baseball landed squarely on enemy sixes head and she too fell down surrounded by baseballs that slowly rolled away as Annie went back in to retrieve the machine. Ren had no idea how she could easily just jump out of the fight with that thing but that was for another time.

It seemed the blue haired lady decided to step in as she blew air out of nose as she cracked her knuckles as she approached her, Ren gulped, she then got into position as her left hand was raised above the waist unclenched while her right hand was clenched and raised near her shoulder, her right leg was in front as it was slightly lifted and bent while the other was behind and also slightly bent as the blue haired lady then hopped in place.

She gulped and felt a bead of sweat trickled down her forehead before her opponent bursted into motion and threw a punch that Ren had little time to block so she went to dodge and she saw how the girl had somewhat smirked before throwing two more punches at her gut as Ren staggered back from the blows.

Her punches were definitely as hard as they had looked earlier so Ren swung the bat horizontally at her to put some distance between them as Ren had to already catch her breath from two blows alone. It was expected though since Ren had never in her life trainer for a moment like this. Unless you count physical education that is.

Ren watched as she had yet to move in so she went in and swung twice at her, one aimed to hit her sides and the other to her head. One managed to hit but the overhead swing was barely dodge as she immediately went for two swings herself that hit both of Ren's sides. Now she was wondering how she had managed to defeat the others.

"Annie, I could use some help!" She had spoken through gritted teeth as she retreated from the soon onslaught of punches and kicks.

"Oh? You could have asked earlier." Annie had chirped happily as she set down her weapon as it had once again began it's flurry of baseballs, most having hit her.

Ren sighed as she now watched Annie's ball spewing machine or something began to already pressure and weaken her. Great, a machine that shot balls than she could have. So she went up as the girls anger was directed at the machine and she went to attack it and even pulverize it but Ren had swung at her head with all she could muster and she had fallen like the rest.

"...Phew, hah... I don't know what's going on. But, did we just win?" Ren looked around and battle as Annie had called it.

Annie than came up towards Ren, "... Looks like it."

While surveying the area Ren's eyes landed on the probe figure of Shirou, "A-Ah! Shirou, are you ok!?" She ran towards him, got on her knees and shook him rapidity for a response. She stopped gently put him back on the ground having no idea what to do next.

Annie approaches again and gave a smile, "Laying on the ground must hurt." Ren looked at her quizzically, "I mean it looks uncomfortable, why don't you let him rest on your lap? I've seen people do it before." She offered her some advice and Ren had thought it over. She for one wouldn't want to be left on the hard ground so it wouldn't be too bad if she offered her lap.

Wait, what was she thinking?! Was becoming a girl missing with her head this much! "Argh! Why couldn't everything just be simple!" She vented her frustrations by yelling and grabbing her hair. She's been doing that a lot lately. Annie though didn't see anything wrong with it and raised a brow.

She looked back down at Shirou and huffed, "Fine, but you owe me one Shirou." It wasn't like he could hear her anyway. She slowly lifted his head up and brought it closer to her lap, this was the moment. She gently laid his head down as she slightly squirmed and even let out a small laugh at the feeling of his hair. She wasn't losing it was she?

With that done she looked at the girl named Annie, "So... Who... Who are you anyway? Where are you from? Or where did you even come from? Who were those guys that were attacking me? What is this bat? And what's going on here?" Ren asked her multiple questions in hopes of an answer, though it seemed she asked too many questions at once.

Annie put her hands in front of her, the palms of her hands pointing at her, "Whoa, whoa! Take it easy! Too many questions! I'll answer your questions one by one, as much as I know of." She let her arms fall to her sides and shook her head, "But I'm just as confused as you are. Who are you, by the way? You never told me."

Ren sighed, "Sorry, I panicked. This is just so... Bizarre."

"Never mind. And we haven't introduced ourselves yet. Properly at least. My name is Annie Bass. Just call me Annie."

Ren nodded, "... I'm Ren Kugimiya. Good to see you, I guess."

"Hmm, Hmm. I'll call you Ren if that's ok with you. And it's good to see you too." She offered a smile as she spoke. "Your name sounds like a boys name. So cool!" She shouted enthusiastically as Ren recoiled, "What? Why do you look so terrified?"

"Ahh... I'm... A girl..." Ren spoke quietly and sounded dejected that the matter of being a girl was voiced by others. Well, it was implied on Annie's part.

"Er? Your a girl!" Annie confirmed still as enthusiastic as before, "Look at the costume I created for you! It suits you, right? It's so cute..." she said that mostly to herself as she gushed at the outfit she made, "You can take this battle suit as a gift from me!"

"Ba... Battle suit?" Ren was confused and rightfully so and as she looked down at herself and examined the clothes she now had own. "Oh my-Aaaah!" She screamed in shock and embarrassment as she jumped up and Shirou's head hit the ground as he let out a silent groan.

Ren may have not noticed it before but she was now wearing clothes meant for girls as she was now wearing a grey sailor dress and as Ren was saying in his mind a, awkwardly short skirt, so he tried to pull down on it to cover herself more as a blush began to form and swirls seemed to be seen in her eyes. He looked at his legs and saw what he never would believe he would wear, The stockings... feel so strange! And the feeling of tightness around my chest... no way... She brought her hands up to touch her chest and it was what she tried to deny earlier. Breast, more specifically her breast. "Aaaah!" Was the only thing she could say.

Annie was looking away with what seemed to be a smug expression, "The suit is a perfect match for your hair-tone. And it's ideal for workouts!" Annie looked back at Ren in confusion when she saw her flustered face, "Huh? Is something wrong?"

"It's... It's just..." it seemed that things weren't going Shirou's way from the start as he slowly opened his eyes to she a girl standing directly above him and saw white.

"W-What?" Shirou slowly asked as he still looked on in confusion.

Ren though froze as stiff as a statue and slowly looked down to see Shirou's body underneath hers. H-How... W-What... Her eyes seemed to widen when she could see where his head was, "N... Noooo!" She screamed and while she was trying to back away, fell down and now she saw Shirou staring at the sky.

So... That's what it was... Shirou now had the idea what he was previously looking at and smiled as he closed his eyes, I'm coming back home... He now awaited what would happen to anyone that dared look any girls panties.

What he didn't expect from his long time friend though was for her to never actually do anything. He decided to tilt his head up and he saw Ren's flustered face, it was a soft crimson yet he could practically see that there were swirls in her eyes. From the distance he saw Annie Bass, silently laughing to herself, and the sight of white once more. This time he closed his eyes, "Sorry." He also offered an apology that barely reached Ren's ears.

"It's... It's alright..."

"What?! Wherever the Aegis covers belongs to the jurisdiction of the metropolis MD. No doubt about it." This voice belong to none other than an defense ministry officer and they were currently on a special channel not usable by a mere civilian, "Who are you to take over the command? If you can't bring up any convincing reasons, I will never remove the MD blockage!" They did not budge on this matter.

Another voice was heard, this one belonging to a male military officers, "It's top secret. I have no right or duty to brief you!" His voice no doubt sounded like he had enough with the defense ministry officer, "Now, the military has taken charge of this. Please cooperate!" He tried once more.

"No way!" The military officer sighed, "This operation is led by the MD! Unless you have the Senate's Executive order..."

"Heh, you two..." A third voice chimed in, this one sounding more feminine, "How could you be still wasting time on trivial things?"

A slight gasp was hear from the military officer, "The voice is from-Mariru... Officer Mariru?" His voice was filled with recognition. "Officer Mariru!"

"Skip the salute." She dismissed him, "SID has long been independent from the military."

"Mariru... Humph!" He said her name with slight venom and scoffed at her, "This is a category-4 encrypted communication! How could you..."

He found himself interrupted, "Never mind the trivial details! Let's focus on the problems at hand! As we are on a category-4 encryption, I'll just get to the point-Brief me all the intelligence you've got!"

"Ahh, yes, ma'am!" The military officer obliged and with a cough began to tell her everything, "The monitoring systems around the Research Center have received lots of disturbances. A large-scale abnormal Spacetime Flux has been detected..." His voice sounded grim.

A gasp was heard from the defense ministry officer, "Spacetime Flux? Then that means..." He dragged off in shock.

Mariru took this as her cue to speak, "The Crisis Response Code of the Academy City has made it very clear, hasn't it... Or, even MD has no access since the Code is confidential?"

"Er... Could it be... Related to the mishandling of Substance H..." the Defense Ministry Officer added.

"And the sudden disappearance of the Ross Goblet... It's been six years since the last crisis like this. We have to get prepared for the worst-" Mariru recalled the day of the Ross Goblet's disappearance, she could recall receiving a call and a panicked voice told her what had happened.

"I... I see... We must immediately lift the inner blockade, and evacuate under the cover of a drill..."

"Excellent. How is the military deployment at the outer ring?" She asked the military officer who had yet to speak.

"Special operation teams are deploying heavy firepower with 2 km of the flux site, but we still can't identify the level of threat."

"What about the media control?" Mariru knew what would happen if the media got ahold of this information and she didn't want that to happen.

"C-13 script is being executed as per protocol." He calmly replied.

"Good. From now on, SID takes charge of the central flux area." She ordered the military officer, "You guys must move now!"

She heard the military communication buzz as multiple voices responded, "Yes!"

All that was left was now Mariru and the defense ministry officer, "Al... alright then... Take care." He weakly added in before leaving.

Back at the Research Center a multitude of people and vehicles surrounded the place, all of them armed with a gun and at the ready.

"All teams, attention! The flux is declining! The enemy may emerge at any minute! Hold position and be prepared for anything!" The person who said this was as wearing the same black clothes as the others but with his voice alone they could tell he was the current leader.

"... Sir!" Another agent began to run towards him, "Three human-like entities spotted in the central flux area. They just emerged out of nowhere..."

"Human?" The leader asked in disbelief, "Impossible! What about the meme detection? What does it read?"

"The hue is..." the other agent paused in slight confusion before the color then stayed the same, "Green!! Looks like two little girls and a boy... Hold your fire!"

"..." The first agent paused then nodded, "Just got an order. The priority is to keep them under control and take them back to the base. Send a Senior Agent to talk-" he then turned back to everyone else, "All others, stay alert! You have my permission to take down the targets whenever needed!" They were all silent, but they all complied without hesitation.

The agent beside him responded for everyone else though, "Understood!"

Inside the central flux area as the agents had called it were Ren, Annie, and Shirou as they are all moving carefully towards the exit of the Research Center. They were all on alert since the recent battle, Shirou more so than ever. They see the familiar streets near the exit of the Research Center but what they didn't expect to see was barrier tapes and armed personnel behind them. Shirou's hand were already in the grasping motion to trace a familiar pair of swords if the situation called for it.

"Wh-why are there so many people here all do the sudden?!" Ren voices out all of their thoughts but she said that mostly to herself, "Ah-Annie, change my clothes back! This suit is so embarrassing... What if someone recognizes me..." she spoke the last part more quietly than realized that someone already recognized her and he was standing next to her, Besides Shirou. She added in her mind.

"Is it the right time to focus on this now? Your clothes is safe with me. No worries..." she added that in to sound reassureing as she spotted her signature smirk, "if you must, just take off the Battle Suit, and then put on those loose pieces. But there are many guys here... especially your friend Shirou here... Are you sure you wanna get changed in front of them?" She finished with a large smile while her eyes were still closed.

Shirou didn't necessarily see the need to join in there conversations so he kept quiet while quirking a brow at her.

Ren sniffed as her pink dust were seen on her checks, "I'm actually a..." She couldn't finish what she was going to say as Annie interrupted her.

"Right... You were in boy clothes! No way..."she trailed off as Ren had other ideas beside what she was thinking.

"Huh? Have you come across the same situation?" Ren asked Annie before she felt a tinge of hope, It's possible... Maybe Annie is no ordinary girl? She did appear out of nowhere and seemed to come out of the bat itself. She felt a smile grace her lips as she closed her eyes in happiness, If it's true, Annie may understand my situation...

Annie still had that same bright smile as she seemed to respond to Ren's thoughts, "Of course, I understand... You snitched the clothes of the boy you have a crush on, right?" She sent subtly glances at Shirou and Ren knew what she was implying.

All hope seemed to disappear from Ren while she still had the same smile except for a different reason, "Ao that's what you understand??"

"Yup, Ren, you are attracted to others body odor, aren't you? No need to feel shy... I bet Shirou smells good!" She happily added as Shirou stumbled and Ren blushed and looked away, she wasn't exactly wrong. With him cooking 5-Star food everyday he was bound to smell nice. Geez what was she talking about now!

Ren also saw the smile Annie had on her face so she shed silent tears at the misunderstanding, "Please... don't put this 'I-know-your-a-pervert-and-I-don't-mind' look! Puh," she made a sound a sound with her lips, "I still have no idea why I have become a girl..."

"Weren't you always a girl?" Shirou asked her and she gawked at him.

"What do you mean I've always been a girl!" She put her hand on her chin in thought, "Unless... did Shirou forget?" It was definitely a possibility.

"Halt!" A shout was heard and all three of them looked at where the voice had come from and saw a woman with blond hair parted to the right wearing a black/gray suit with a red tie and white collared shirt underneath and she also wore sunglasses though you could still see her blue eyes behind it, "Hands up!"

"Huh? She thinks we are the bad guys?" Ren spoke quietly enough that only Annie and Shirou could hear her but neither answered her question. Ren's eyes then noticed a badge that the women had on, What? The badge on the woman's chest. A round, concentric shield-is she...

She was pulled out of thoughts when the women spoke again sternly, "You three, I'm an SID agent. To keep yourselves safe, do not move."

That's it! She's from the SID! I'm doomed! She mentally wailed as her mind recalled a certain event where waves of SID agents were sent to capture spies, it was suffice to say she definitely did not want to be on the receiving end. She remembered the rumors about the SID, she didn't really believe them but she was beginning to have some doubts. And all of those rumors about "secret jails", "assassinations"... the list goes on and on...

The lady spoke through an earpiece to other people, most likely other agents, "Report from Central Blockade area! Two of the three targets don't show any intention to attack, the boy will most likely attack but only when attacked. Threat rating set to C- for now."

The agent then addressed them, "A couple questions first... Who are you? Why are you sneaking around here?"

"We're students in this city..." Ren replied slowly, "We're just... just on a field trip to the Research Center..."

The lady in the suit doesn't hide her scorn as a heavy frown marred her face, "Oh, yeah? A field trip to the Research Center?"

She swore she heard someone behind her slap her face. She would too since she just remembered how bad of an excuse it was. Since the Ross Goblet has disappeared the Research Center has been shut down to the public since last night. She mentally slapped herself, A field trip, here and now... Damn, what a lame excuse. She saw how she pressed her finger against her earpiece and nodded, See? She seems to have just received an order earphone, looking at me seriously too.

"It's my boss. You have to follow me" it was an order as they were completely surrounded in a matter of seconds all of their guns aimed/pointed at them.

In response Shirou stiffened and looked ready to attack so most of them began to eye him, Ren stepped back in fear, and Annie frowned, "Ren, they look scary... We'd better run when the time is right." Annie quietly spoke to Ren so the blonde agent in front of them would not hear her but she seemed to know what she was saying anyway.

"Don't worry. We won't hurt you." Doesn't look like it. Ren didn't say this out loud though in fear of what would happen, "As long as you cooperate, everything will be dealt with peacefully." She seemed to say this to Shirou mostly though, "You should be aware that the disappearance of Substance H is no laughing matter. From this point on, anything beyond comprehension could happen." She spoke of this matter more seriously than before.

Ren thought of the her change in gender, that and Shirou's lack of memory from the event, Anything... beyond comprehension. Maybe they could fix this problem? That's when she decided on her decision, "Alright, got it. I'll go with you." Shirou silently agreed with her, he dealt with the Clock Tower before, he didn't want to do anything reckless again.

Annie though disagreed, "Er? Why are you going with them?" Ren didn't respond so Annie resorted to firefly grabbing her skirt, "Hey! Ren!"

Ren began to blush as she pulled upward on her skirt while Annie continued to pull downward, she knew what was going to happen if she just let her do it, "St... stop dragging me! My skirt is almost off, you idiot!"

Annie stopped pulling but that didn't mean she let go, "Your the idiot! Why are you going with these strange guys? What if they knock you out and sell you? Hey, Shirou! You're her boyfriend, help me!"

Shirou staggered back at being called that but before he could speak Ren spoke up blushing again.

"Who would buy a guy..." she said that quietl to herself, "Ahem... I mean... What kind of human traffickers would go about it this way? And since when was Shirou my boyfriend, you idiot!" Hey fury returned.

Annie completely ignore the last part but she listened to everything else, "Ren, you must've never seen the gangs on the Lebona Islands." She shook her head at Ren in the process.

Ren coughed awkwardly to steer the conversation away from human trafficking, "Anyway... Maybe we could clear up some doubts. So we'd better go with her..."

Annie finally caved in, "Alright, I'll follow you wherever you go..."

"It's not like we have much of a choice anyway." Shirou added in.

Ren nodded at them before turning the blonde agent, "Uh, if you don't mind, could you pass me a coat? This suit is to..." She looked down at the "Battle Suit", It's so awkward to get peoples attention in a girl's suit.

"Fine. I'll put in a request." She paused while she spoke to someone over her earphone before looking back at her, "... Sorry, request rejected. The Officer said your dress is cute.

Ren was already beginning to hate this officer and had no complaints voicing it out, "What's wrong with this officer!"

Shirou decided that he would of course help her and took off his black and white jacket he remembered all too well as it stored many memories for him. In the end it was a piece of fabric to others, "Here, it isn't much but you can use this."

"Ah, thank you Shirou." It may not have covered her lower half but it at least covered the top, the agent made no move to interfere as she watched. She put it on and subconsciously pulled it closer to herself and even smelt it. Okay, maybe Annie was right about her having an Oder fetish but she herself didn't know till now.

Being a female really was beginning to take it's toll on him. Shirou said nothing as he may or may not have seen her smelled it. He wasn't going to question it, not at all. It must've been a trick of the light. Or an accident, that worked too. He sighed, at this point he was just trying to convince himself that his life was once again going to go out of control and maybe out of his control too.

—————————————————————————

If you want to know what language the group of of enemies our protagonists had to face it would probably be Czech. I could tell you what the words mean but my knowledge on that is like an embryo and it's probably wrong.

Er, I also don't know how I did it but you know Shirou's ID, 3632S3514? Well I made it that and it translated to some secret meaning about Shirou I guess and I actually forgot what it meant and I'm losing my mind over this!

Just realized Ren is more of the main character since it's mostly from her/his perspective and well, I have Shirou in the tag so you either assume he's probably an important character or the main character. But do realize... never mind, I take back whatever I was going to say, if you see OC in the tag know it is Ren since I can't find the game on this site so I'll have to make do.

Anyway sorry if you expected Shirou to be the main character - I did too - I literally have not completed the story yet as a way to travel it with you since you may not know the game, probably a bad idea though but who cares! Well, you probably do and my apologies, but who cares...? I do actually...

Just noticed all the references this game has like fates unlimited blade works and Artoria being summoned to Tokyo ghoul's 1000-7 and kaneki's mask on Ren's face, sad I didn't notice it earlier, am I really that blind or am I just losing my eye sight?

Next Story's to be updated may be changed - The Selfless Commander (First or Second to be updated), Fate: Awakening (First or Second), The Bloodstained Maid and Broken Butler (Third or Fourth), System Anomaly (Third or Fourth)

That and there's Two or possibly Five new story's that I may publish. Yay...

I'm still bad at writing fight scenes as always (-‸- ) F
