Now if his fifties, Lincoln has been retired for ten years after blaming himself for the death of someone close.
But as the crime rate in Royal Woods rises along with a mutant gang hell-bent on city wide domination, Lincoln suits up once more to reclaim his city!
He'll meet up with friends new and old while also facing off against foes from his past and also new ones.
With the entire police force on his tail along with an old friend now working for the government, does Lincoln have a chance to bring peace back to his broken city?
