I'm so sorry this has gone without an update for a year. Basically, my Naruto motivation is at an all-time low, with all the weird stuff Kishimoto pulled out of thin air near the end of the manga, and I'm so sick of Naruto fillers.
That being said, I'm currently on an updating spree. I've put up a Bleach story and six Fairy Tail stories, which have all been very well received. Also, I'll probably put up a, for once, single Naruto pairing story, which will be: Naruto/Tayuya.
It is honestly surprising, since that is in fact my fourth favourite Naruto pairing, but I can't deny that they complement each other well, and I have good ideas for that. Expect it up sometime this month.
Also, I'll be updating my DBZ story tomorrow as well, the poll for which, I will probably close, since #18 is the clear winner.
Now since it has been a year, I've written a not-so-small recap of all major/significant events throughout my entire story so far, as truthfully, even I've started to forget things.
Naruto meets Kyuubi early, gets demon fox summoning scroll, give him the ability to summon Kyuubi.
Naruto buys katana, training weights and basic sealing equipment, brush, ink and paper.

Konan listens to this conversation and thinks back to what Naruto said, to what they are doing and how it is similar to Hanzo and not what Yahiko would have wanted.
Pein and Konan head off to capture the Rokubi.
Naruto and Sai discuss emotions and their role in the shinobi lifestyle.
Also, I'll try to never let this happen again, as more than a year without an update is pretty sad. However, one thing I need to say, I will never abandon any of my stories, there may be periods of time with no updates, but I will never stop writing.
For the record, if I don't update or review anything for over a year, or respond to PMs or reviews… I'm either dead or kidnapped.
Oh, one last thing, I recently uploaded all my stories on another site, and in addition to my fanfics; which I post up there a day early, minus author notes, Kyuubi's corner and omakes, I have also uploaded a collection of my best written works through VCE (year 11 and year 12).
All the essays there are of a high standard, either A or A+ and I have an oral of mine up there, which was the best out of my entire year level in year 12, out of 250 people. There is also an essay I wrote for Psychology in my second year of Uni, which I adapted and used again for the GAMSAT, where it got me a top 5 percentile ranking, in addition to my other essay, which I based of my identity and belonging essays, (also uploaded on journalister) for the written section.

Chapter 34 – Full Circle
The group of four, consisting of Naruto, Kakashi, Fuka and Sai, had finally reached the outskirts of the Fire Temple, and proceeded on by foot at a sedate pace. Sai had been fairly subdued throughout the trek, not taunting Naruto and Fuka as usual, but rather, seemed to be deep in thought.
"People use their emotions to push themselves? How strange… Danzo never used emotions, in any way, to push himself, he was always cool and rational, even a failed mission only caused him to frown slightly in annoyance, nothing more. Naruto on the other hand, was apparently able to not only combat, but also defeat and reform the host of the one-tails because his friends were in danger. This begs more investigation." Thought Sai, before paying attention to their surroundings more intently, as he put his thoughts to the side.
'Very well, now we will split up and search the nearby area. Naruto, take the place to the north-east of here, Fuka, you take the north-west, Sai, you take the northern area close to here and I will search the far north area, beyond your area Sai. Meet back here in one hour, if you find something, use a flash tag to alert the others. Naruto, while I won't tell you not to use your clones, our intended goal is to capture and possibly see, whoever is behind these disturbances and engaging in grave robbing. Basically, just make sure if you do make clones, they are able to hide well and not alert any possible conspirators.' Ordered Kakashi, earning a nod from his team, before they all set off.
After a short while, Naruto stopped and created three clones. After a quick nod, they each followed in the direction of Sai, Kakashi and Fuka, one clone for each member.
'Alright, let's see if I can do this.' Muttered Naruto, as he knelt on the ground in the seiza position and calmed his breathing.
Naruto inhaled and exhaled for increasingly longer periods of time, before he started to feel a tingling sensation, just above his nose and around his head.
'Remember Naruto, feel the wind, embrace it, don't try to control it.' Coached Kyuubi.
"Got it, embrace, don't control." Thought Naruto.
After a few more moments, Naruto felt the tingling sensation spread across his whole body, surrounding him completely. Once Naruto felt himself completely covered in the sensation, his senses sharpened drastically, allowing him to feel the change in air pressure of everything within a five kilometre radius.
"Whoa, that is a lot to take in." Thought Naruto, as he scrunched his eyes in pain.
'Just relax, let the information flow passively, don't try and feel it all at once. You will need to work out a system to deal with it later, but for now, just slowly start to feel where everything is in a clockwise manner, it will help narrow your focus onto specific sections.' Kyuubi instructed.
"Ok, I feel there is nothing at twelve, one, two, or three o' clock. Four seems to be the monk temple, five however… I feel an isolated signature at five o' clock from my current position." Thought Naruto, before releasing his focus on the technique and setting off in the direction he felt the energy signature from.
"Hey Kurama, did something about the signature feel… I dunno, familiar to you?" Asked Naruto, as he ran across the flat plains.
'Indeed I did, I can only think of four people who could give off a signature like that and all have been dead for a while.' Replied Kurama.
"Huh, what do you mean?" Asked Naruto mentally, as he slowed down slightly.
'That energy signature, is mine, someone possesses some of my chakra. Prior to your mother and aside from Mito Uzumaki, only two others ever held any amount of my chakra, the Gold and Silver brothers of The Village Hidden in the Clouds. This does present you with a unique opportunity though. You see, when your father sealed me, he split my chakra in half… I never did find out what happened to my other half, but if you track this signature down and take its chakra… well I may be able to reverse engineer myself and become complete once again.' Said Kyuubi, causing Naruto to stop cold.
"You mean to tell me, that you are only at half of your maximal capacity?" Questioned Naruto in shock.
'I may be very prideful, but there is a reason I was the strongest Bijuu. While some of the other Tailed Beasts possessed unique abilities, my overwhelming chakra kept me well and truly, head and shoulders above them all.' Replied Kyuubi nonchalantly.
"Do you think if you become complete again… you can do anything about my situation?" Asked Naruto hopefully.
'*sigh* Sorry Naruto, even with all my power, I can't reverse what you have done, I'm afraid you will have to live with it.' Said Kyuubi sadly.
"… It's alright Kurama, it was just a shot in the dark, nothing to worry about." Thought Naruto, while plastering a fake smile on his face.
"You're not fooling me, I know how badly this is hurting you… sorry Naruto." Thought Kyuubi, before going quiet, as Naruto resumed his following of the signature he felt.
Naruto took the most direct path towards the signature, leaping over any obstacles in his way, instead of going around them. As he began to near the signature, he slowed his pace, but maintained the same direction, until he finally spotted what appeared to be a small burial chamber.
"If I'm right then it is highly likely that a grave robber is in there, however, there is also a chance it could be a monk from the Fire Temple… either way, I want to know why they contain some of your chakra." Thought Naruto.
'Well do try and be somewhat tactful and not you old, brash self.' Kurama suggested.
'In that case.' Muttered Naruto, before summoning a clone which quickly dispersed.
Naruto adopted a stony expression, before suppressing his chakra until it was invisible from all, barring a fairly skilled sensor. Prowling the chamber itself, Naruto noticed two entrances, which also doubled as exits. After a brief thought, Naruto created a clone, which transformed into a small bird, a crow, so as to blend into the darkness, before flying over to the other entrance. Naruto checked his sword was firmly secured along his back, just in case he needed it, before jumping up to the roof of the entrance and walking in, feet against the ceiling, hoping to get the edge on his attacker.
Inside, Naruto saw a coffin, which was undisturbed, further strengthening his idea that the person he sensed, was in fact a monk.
Naruto quickly located his potential opponent, who seemed to be hiding behind a statue, mounting the entrance Naruto came through, hoping to surprise, who he no doubt assumed to be: a grave robber. Naruto continued to walk on the roof until he was just behind the boy, who had shoulder length grey hair, not unlike Kakashi's in colour, but held more of a blueish hue to it than Kakashi's silver. He was indeed wearing monk attire, as Naruto suspected, but unusually, his right arm was bandaged and seemed to pulse in Naruto's mind.
Naruto dropped down behind him silently, before approaching him, so he was less than an arm's length away from him.
'So what are you looking for?' Questioned Naruto, getting the boy to jump back in surprise, before he angrily swiped his right hand at him.
'I've got you now grave robber, Beast Wave Palm!' Shouted the boy, as he launched three scythe like blades of wind at Naruto, who just stood there, as they dissipated as they approached him.
'Really? You falsely accuse me and then, have the nerve to use the same affinity and chakra that I possess against me.' Retorted Naruto, with a dissatisfied expression on his face.
'Ha! You think you can fool me? I'm no idiot, it is clear that you are a grave robber, or why else would you be here?' Questioned the monk rhetorically, before launching another wave at Naruto, which, once again dissipated.
'Really now? Then why are you here?' Replied Naruto, tilting his head to the left in curiosity.
'I'm going to capture you.' Shouted the boy, before he ran at Naruto and tried to claw his face with his bandaged arm, chakra forming ethereal claws above his fingers.
Naruto calmly raised his left arm and grabbed the boy's hand at the wrist, which he gave a sharp squeeze to, dropping the boy to his knees.
'I think not, however, I do believe I will take something from you, if you don't mind.' Said Naruto, as he went to channel chakra to his left hand, before a hand was placed on his shoulder.
'Now, now, Naruto, that's enough. Clearly Sora didn't realise you were part of the group of ninjas, who were sent to investigate the grave robberies.' Said Kakashi cheerfully, as he appeared behind Naruto, with Sai and Fuka behind him and another monk just off to the side.
'Well it is not exactly like I hid my headband, clearly his observational skills could use some work.' Said Naruto carelessly, as he dropped his grip, allowing Sora to cradle his sore hand.
'Hey screw you! If you weren't a threat, why did you come to this gravesite huh?' Questioned the boy, now revealed to be named Sora.
'I felt an unusual chakra here and came to investigate, meaning you were here first, which, if anything, suggests that you were up to something suspicious.' Answered the blond uncaringly, as he turned around and walked over to Sai and Fuka.
'So, I'm to assume you two didn't find anything then?' Questioned Naruto.
'Well we didn't see anyone, however…' Begun Fuka, before Sora interrupted.
'Hey, don't ignore me like that!' Shouted Sora.
'Sora, control yourself.' Ordered the other monk.
'He is right, it is ill befitting of a monk to interrupt someone, much less a lady, while she is speaking. Also, I would rather you not cause Sai to think that is acceptable behaviour, because it is not.' The Uzumaki reprimanded the monk, before turning back to Fuka and smirking, so Sora couldn't see.
'You're enjoying this too much you know.' Muttered Fuka, as she leaned in close to Naruto, under the premise of pecking him on the cheek.
'Eh, just a fun way to pass the time.' Muttered Naruto, before Fuka leaned back.
'Well now that everything is under control, how about we head off to the Fire Temple and you can brief us on the situation.' Suggested Kakashi amicably.
'Yes, that would be a good idea, come Sora.' Said the head monk, before walking off.
'Well, off we go then.' Muttered Naruto, as the ninjas followed the monks.
Eventually, the group arrived at the foot of a monolithic set of stairs. Reaching the top, Sora waited for Naruto, planning on pushing him back down. Naruto scoffed at the attempt, but let himself be pushed.
'Have a nice trip.' Mocked Sora, before a strange feeling enveloped him.
'Yeah, see you next fall.' Laughed Naruto, as he had made a simple substitution with Sora, sending him falling down the stairs in his stead.
'Ufufu, you are truly enjoying this too much.' Commented Fuka, noticing the grin on Naruto's face.
'What can I say, I'm not exactly in a good mood.' Said Naruto with a frown, thinking about Sasuke's abduction.
After settling in, the monks had informed the group that the tombs being broken into, were those of the Fire Daimyo's bodyguards. Afterwards, Naruto observed Sora and the other monks sparring and noticed that they seemed wary of Sora, who also appeared to be holding back.
'Hmm, same problem you once had, for the same reason as well.' Commented Kurama.
"Do you think if I just tell him that I can help him, he will listen to me?" Asked Naruto.
'From what I've seen, probably not, he acts like you did when you were a kid: brash and arrogant.' Said Kurama with a snort.
"*sigh* I figured as much. Although, it can't hurt to try. Worst case scenario, I'll just scare him." Thought Naruto.
After their spars had finished, the monks were dismissed, Sora however, broke off from the group and headed away from the temple. Naruto arrived to see him decimating a stone wall chamber with wind attacks.
'You know.' Said Naruto, getting Sora's attention.
'I can help you. Be normal that is.' Finished Naruto.
'I don't need your help and I'm normal!' Shouted Sora angrily.
Naruto tapped into the Kyuubi's chakra, just enough that his eyes turned red and slitted.
'No, you are not, you are like me and possess the chakra of the Nine Tailed Fox, only unlike me, you don't possess its soul and you only have its raw energy, crudely sealed into that arm of yours.' Said Naruto in a demonic voice, causing Sora to freeze, before he let the chakra dissipate and return to normal.
'Y-You're like me.' Stammered Sora, as he took a step back in fear.
Naruto, undeterred walked towards Sora.
'Those monks don't hate you, they fear what you could become. That power inside you is unstable, and they fear it lashing out at them, at the very least though, they acknowledge your existence. Some of us aren't that lucky.' Commented Naruto.
'Some of us? You mean there are more?' Questioned Sora curiously, no longer backing away.
'Indeed, there are nine Bijuu, each possessing untold amounts of power, each one is currently sealed within a person. I hold the Kyuubi, the Kyuubi, whose chakra is currently running rampant in your right arm.' Said Naruto.
Sora absorbed Naruto's words and clutched his right arm.
'C-can, I mean, are you sure you can fix it?' Asked Sora quietly.
Naruto walked over to Sora who was now facing the ground. Naruto placed his hand on Sora's left shoulder causing him to look up.
'I guarantee it.' Said Naruto with a toothy smirk.
'Then please do it.' Said Sora, as he raised his arm.
Naruto was about to do just that before he felt a prick at the back of his consciousness.
'SHIT!' Shouted Naruto suddenly, causing Sora to flinch.
'Ok, Sora, listen very carefully to me.' Said Naruto seriously.
'I need to go now, I will come back and fix your arm, I promise and you can ask Kakashi to confirm it, I never break my promises. You know what I just told you, about the other eight Bijuu? Well another holder of them is currently being attacked. Tell Kakashi I'm going to The Land of Water and will be back as soon as I can.' Said Naruto, before he gathered an obscene amount of chakra and disappeared in a flash of crimson.

'Just give it up, little man, I'll make you a work of art, yeah.' Said Deidara, as he dropped a large block of clay into the mist, where it promptly exploded.
'Deidara, watch where you drop those things!' Shouted a gruff voice.
'Sorry Sasori my man, didn't know you were that close to the bomb, yeah.' Replied Deidara, from atop his flying white bird.
'That's why you should be careful.' Retorted Sasori, before he launched his tail into the mist, causing Yagura to jump up and over it.
'Got you now.' Said Sasori, as he opened the mouth of his newly repaired puppet, Hiruko, and launched a wave of poisoned needles at Yagura.
Yagura grimaced in pain as the needles hit him, before slumping into a blob of water.
'Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!' Shouted three separate Yagura clones, which all narrowed their attack on Sasori.
Sasori leapt out of the way, before Deidara's bird easily swept down to his level, and allowed him to land comfortably on its back.
'I'd say that was a close one.' Said Deidara.
Meanwhile, the real Yagura had been hiding further away from the action and had pulled out the scroll Naruto had given him during the meeting.
'Turn into Naruto and dispel, I need help here unfortunately.' Yagura told the scroll, which promptly turned into a clone of Naruto, handed Yagura a three pronged Kunai, before bursting into smoke, which was luckily obscured in the mist.
It wasn't a moment later, after Yagura threw down the kunai that Naruto appeared, looking somewhat tired at the massive leap, but still there, thankfully, due to Kurama's assistance.
'Who is it?' Asked Naruto quickly.
'Deidara and Sasori.' Said Yagura simply.
'Hmm Deidara might be a problem… if you can take your Bijuu form, you should be able to withstand his clay and I'll deal with Sasori.' Said Naruto.
'On it.' Said Yagura, as he started to sprout a tail.
'Wind Style: Air Bullets.' Said Naruto, as he launched four basketball sized balls of wind, which cleared most of the mist away, and caused Deidara's bird to swerve.
'Well look who it is, if it isn't the holder of the Nine Tails, yeah.' Said Deidara in surprise.
'They are definitely working together then it seems, should we retreat now?' Questioned Sasori, as he mulled things over.
'Well I've got enough clay for at least a little bit more.' Said Deidara.
'Hmm, I don't want to keep leader waiting… but he did destroy Hiruko, some vengeance should be extracted.' Said Sasori.
'No worries Sasori my man, you get your pound of flesh and I'll try and secure the Three Tails.' Said Deidara, before staring down the transform Kage.
Sasori jumped off Deidara's bird and Naruto stepped up to face him, while Deidara led the transformed Yagura, a fair distance away from the duo.
'So… I see you were able to repair your puppet.' Said Naruto disinterestedly.
'Indeed, and I see that you did in fact survive, Deidara's little C2 attack.' Said Sasori in return.
'Tch, your paralysis poison was much more annoying.' Commented Naruto in annoyance.
'Thank you.' Said Sasori.
'Wasn't a compliment… but I suppose, you are the greater threat between the two of you.' Said Naruto.
'Smart, although if you were smarter, you wouldn't have come after me again.' Said Sasori, as Hiruko's tail waved behind him menacingly.
'Well, since the two of you proved to be able to push back Yagura… I guess I need to go all out.' Said Naruto, as he grasped the sword on his back and unsheathed it, aimed the blade at his heart, before finally, pushing the blade through, causing a huge burst of air pressure to explode from his form.
Sasori observed this in surprise, feeling the immense amount of power flowing off Naruto.
Naruto was once again, bathed in a white hue, clothes, once again, becoming a long-sleeved, ankle-length white coat, split into four pieces from the front, back and sides, once it reached past Naruto's knees.
His hair, had turned shock white once again, with the familiar lock of blood red hair, hanging down over his forehead. Eyes of solid gold, with a single tiny dot in the centre, gazed at Sasori in apathy, before the angelic looking ninja, disappeared from Sasori's sight.
Sasori barely leapt away from a crushing axe kick, which shattered the ground he had previously been standing on.
Sasori then swung his tail at Naruto, but was absolutely shocked, when Naruto merely swiped his right hand down and severed through the reinforced chakra metal of his tail, letting it fall lifelessly to the ground.
'You made your bed Sasori, now you must lie in it.' Said Naruto softly, before raising both hands over his head and swinging them down, so they crossed across his body.
A large, X-shaped blast of wind, flew at Sasori, and cut right through Hiruko, travelling at a speed so fast, Sasori couldn't even see the wind. As Hiruko collapsed around Sasori, he felt a presence behind him, before a hand was thrust through his chest cavity, which contained his heart.
'Forgive me, Sasori, this is your end.' Said Naruto listlessly.
Sasori angled his head back and gazed at the visage of his executioner. No malice, no hate, not even any pride. Naruto Uzumaki had just taken his life and couldn't even seem to care about it in the slightest.
'You just might be able to beat Lord Pein, the look in your eyes… that is what the eyes of a true shinobi should be.' Said Sasori before his eyes closed.
Sasori was no more, the strings of the infamous puppeteer, had been cut, never to move again.
