"But sir," Tom asked, his eyes seeming to stare into Dumbledore's soul, "if we can duplicate things by magic, what's stopping us from copying money and re-spending it?"
Dumbledore gave tom a grandfatherly smile.
"The goblins would have our heads if we tried such a thing, tom"
"No, no," said Tom, waving around his hands, "that's not what I meant,"
Dumbledore cocked his head, "then what did you mean child?"
"I meant, what's stopping wizards from duplicating muggle money, trading it for change at muggle exchange shops, and then converting it to magic money?"
