Summer, Beth and Sasha's POV:
Sasha sighed as she went to the trailer and picked up her gun. "Kal said that Summer went out the gate about 7 AM," she reported.
"You don't think she's trying to go to Alexandria by herself do you?" Beth asked.
"Kal said that she left with a back pack and a gun," Sasha said.
"I'll go with you," Beth said as she stood up.
"No, Maggie needs you here. She isn't going home," Sasha said.
"You don't think she is going to try to go after Negan do you?" Beth questioned.
"No, she isn't," Sasha told her confidentially.
"How do you know?" Beth asked.
"Because she's a Dixon and she's angry, and she isn't thinking clearly," Sasha said as she went to go out the door.
"Sasha, bring her back," Beth said.
Sasha nodded. "I plan on it," she assured her as she went out the door. She nodded at the guard at the gate as they opened it and went out. She walked toward the woods, knowing that she would stay off the road and would be looking for walkers to kill, as well as a stray savior or two. She bent down and looked at the faint tracks that Summer left. She knew that Summer must have been distracted and upset because she didn't even bother to try to cover her tracks. She heard gunfire and went toward the sound. Sasha aimed her gun and shot a walker who was close to Summer.
Summer quickly turned around, blood from walkers being on her face. "What are you doing here?"
"Coming after you, trying to keep you from doing something stupid," Sasha said. "Your hands bleeding," she pointed out.
Summer shrugged. "It doesn't matter."
"It does, and you know it. You're doing what I did when we got to Alexandria, isolating yourself, coming out here alone, being angry at everyone," Sasha said. "You all didn't let me do it, and I'm not letting you do it. It doesn't work," she said.
"You ad to figure that out on your own didn't you?"Summer questioned.
"I did, but we didn't have saviour's out there," Sasha reminded her.
"They were out there, we just didn't know it. There's always someone worse out there," Summer told her.
"Alright, you're right. But right now we can't do anything about it . I know you want to go out there and kill everyone in your sight, so do I. But you are hurt and Gregory is still threatening to kick Maggie out. Did you forget that?" Sasha asked.
"No," Summer answered.
Sasha held out her hand. "Come on, let's go back to the Hilltop, you can take out your anger with Gregory," she offered.
Summer nodded as she took her hand and Sasha embraced her.
Joey and Lexi's POV:
Joey knocked on Lexi's bedroom door hearing her cry. "Hey Lex, it's Joey, can I come in?"
Lexi looked at the door and sighed. She sat up and wiped her eyes. "Come in."
Joey came in and sat down on the floor and looked up at her. "You talk to Carl today?"
"No, why?" Lexi asked.
"I was just wondering. All of us need to stick together, like we always have," Joey pointed out.
"But we aren't all together, not just physically," Lexi pointed out.
"Yeah, I know," Joey said.
"I don't know what to say to him, I mean with what Negan was going to make Rick do. What does a person say to that" Lexi asked.
"Maybe you don't have to say anything, maybe you just need to be there for him. Maybe we all just need to be there for each other," Joey pointed out. "If you want to go to the Hilltop and be with Sasha, I'll take you," he offered.
"She's where she needs to be," Lexi said. "They're safer there than here."
"You'd be safer there than here," Joey pointed out.
"But I'm needed here. Jewel will need someone to help Mika with the babies. Plus, I don't want to leave Carl here," she said. "Do you think we'll eventually fight?"
Joey sighed. "I don't know, I would hope so but we underestimated exactly what we were against," he pointed out "Plus right now, he still has Daryl," he reminded her. "And we have no idea where he is."
"Rick always has a plan, I don't like that we don't have a plan. I don't like that we lost Glenn or Abraham in the way we did. I don't like the fact that I wasn't brave enough to volunteer like Jewel did," Lexi said.
"Hey, you have nothing to be ashamed of. None of us would have wanted you to volunteer, just like none of us wanted Jewel to volunteer. You are brave, you stayed when you were offered a chance to go to the RV. Have you ate?" he asked. He sighed as she shook her head. "I promised Sasha I'd look after you. I know you probably don't want to eat, I know that feeling. But we all need our strength for whatever is coming," he said. "Come on, maybe we can get Rosita to join us."
"She probably doesn't want to eat either," Lexi said.
"I don't think any of us do, but we need to. I think we both agree that if we give up, he wins," Joey told her as he stood up. "Come on," he said as nodded toward her.
"Is his where you tell me that everything is going to be alright?" Lexi asked.
"I think both of us know that would be a lie," Joey told her. "We don't lie to each other, right?"
Lexi nodded. "Right," she answered.
