Cheepskipper runs a rather unique shop in Seaside Hill selling floats and boats to the tourists and locals that frequent the shoreline. Getting help from the Huckit Crabs, Cheepskipper is set on selling every float and boat he can. But being a fish, things can be quite complicating, and that's something that Cheepskipper doesn't like...

26. Chapter 26

Cheepskipper was snoozing in the giant lake as it was night time in Seaside Hill. As the giant purple Cheep Cheep was sleeping peacefully, a huge blaring horn was heard, prompting Cheepskipper to wake up as he shook his head.

"Huh... what?" Cheepskipper muttered as he looked around, wondering where the loud noise came from. "What was that?"

Cheepskipper continued looking around, turning around and gawking in disbelief as he saw the GUN Truck coming right towards his Floats N' Boats shop. Cheepskipper puffed up, attempting to bounce the truck away as he bounced into it, but it only caused him to be rammed right into the air, the GUN Truck blowing through the shop as it kept heading westward. Cheepskipper fell back into his lake, making a huge splash as he resurfaced, growling.

Lakithunder floated by, seeing the destroyed ruins of the shop as he turned to Cheepskipper, gasping as he placed his hands on his face. "Shocking! What the static happened here!?"

"That stupid truck from City Escape..." Cheepskipper moaned as he coughed, closing his eyes.

"Talk about a total shock," Lakithunder remarked with his horrible electric pun, leaving Cheepskipper to heal his wounds as Lakithunder floated towards the eastern direction.
