All Nightmare Long

Chapter 544

Author's Note: I am loving season 10-but that last episode killed me. Why must you do this to me writers? Why? I miss everyone being together, so I need to get everyone home. Right now I'll start with Tara and Quinn. I changed the fight scene since Quinn is with Tara. Please review.

Tara and Quinn's POV:

Tara and Quinn walked out of lodgings, seeing everyone working at Oceanside. "This is going to get better, people getting together, it's how the world is going to be the world again," Tara said.

"I hope you're right," Natania responded.

"Not everyone you are going to meet are bad, just like the world before," Quinn said.

"Be safe, both of you," Natania told the two women.

"Where's Cyndie? And Billie?" Tara asked.

"Cyndie's in the cabin, sulking. Billie took Ruthie out scavenging," Natania said.

"Well we wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for her breaking all the rules," Tara said.

"We wouldn't be alive if her and Billie hadn't rescued us, and we will always be appreciative of that," Quinn told her.

Abby crossed her arms giving side glances to Beatrice and Kathy.

Tara put out her fist for a fist bump and Natania put her hand over it. "Good luck Tara. Quinn, watch out for each other. I hope you find your friend."

Tara looked down at her hand. "Yeah, um we'll work on that Natania. Thank you, see you soon."

"Once again thank you," Quinn said as she started walking with Tara and the three women who were walking with them.

As they passed Rachel she spat on the ground. "See you later Rachel," Tara said as she turned around and gave the finger to her.

"Tara," Quinn chastised her, giving a small laugh, shaking her head. They walked a little before anyone spoke.

"Hey Beatrice, sorry about the hit," Tara told her.

"Well you got lucky," Beatrice answered.

Tara grinned at Quinn. "Yeah I did."

"How far are we from the bridge?" Tara asked.

"We're about half way there," Kathy answered. "Stick close, it's pretty thick through here."

Quinn looked at Tara as they heard the familiar sound of moaning and both bent down, looking through the opening. Kathy took out her knife.

"I got it," Tara said.

"We got it," Quinn responded as both of them walked out, both taking out there knives, both jumping when guns started firing in there directions. "I knew we shouldn't have trusted them," she hissed as she grabbed Tara's hand and pulled her along as they went down a hill and glanced around. "There's three of them, and two of us, and they have guns, I don't like those odds," she whispered.

Tara held her knife up and put her finger up to her lips as she turned her attention to a sound, taking a breath. She motioned for Quinn to stand behind her as she jumped out of the bushes and tackled Beatrice, both of them fighting for weapons. Quinn saw her opportunity and grabbed the gun. "Stop it," she ordered as she helped Tara stand up.

"Put down the gun," Beatrice told the other woman.

"I'd rather not get shot at again," Quinn said.

Abby approached quietly and pointed the gun at her head. "Hand the gun to Beatrice. Kathy we found them."

Quinn sighed as she did it, both her and Tara dropping the knives.

"Please, I could have killed you back in the village, please let us go," Tara begged.

"You don't have anything left. Your people are dead," Beatrice told them. "The saviors that satellite post you took out, God you have no idea what you started."

"We didn't start anything, we ended it," Tara told her. "They're dead."

Abby shook her head and laughed. "You think if it was that easy we wouldn't have done that? That we wouldn't have marched right up and killed every last of those bastards? You stirred the hornet's nest, that's all you've done."

"You can't stop them," Beatrice told them. That was just an outpost, there are more. More Savior's, more outposts. If they know about your friends, it's already too late for them."

Quinn glanced at Tara as stepped forward. "The Saviors did this to you? They're the ones that killed all your men?"

Beatrice nodded. "Every man, every boy over ten, they lined them up and shot them in the head. You see we tried to fight, just like you, they won."

"Shut up Beatrice, they don't need to know anything more," Abby said spitefully.

"We want to, we want to understand," Quinn told her.

"One night, we just left. We got away and we are not going to let you lead them back to us. They take what they want, I'm sorry…." Beatrice said as Cyndie came and jumped on her while Billie took out Abby.

"Go run!" Cyndie yelled at the two of them.

Alexandria POV:

Eugene walked with Rosita and Mar in front of him. "Hey I wanted to show you a few potential places, I've rated B+ or higher," Eugene told them.

"I know where we're going," Rosita said as she glanced at Mar who nodded.

"While I'm picking up a high level of certainty, I'd be remiss in mentioning after a thorough analysis of the grid, xing out any places that we've already combed, I do believe that I've bulls-eyed some worth considering for the specific task at hand," Eugene told them.

"You've been with him longer, did you understand anything he just said?" Mar asked.

"No," Rosita answered. "What?"

"Finding goods for Negan," Eugene stated.

"We're not doing shit for that carbron," Rosita said as she went to open the gate.

Mar looked as Spencer as he got out of the car. "You're not going out to get stuff for the saviors?" he asked Rosita.

Rosita scoffed as she went to open the gate.

"Why not?" Spencer asked. "There's not fighting it Rosita."

Joey and Father Gabrielle got out of the car. "Perhaps we should all travel together, get another car," Gabrielle said.

"I'm down with it. We come upon a haystack, six POV's could draw whatever we are looking for," Eugene said.

"We're fine on our own," Rosita said.

"Mar?" Joey asked.

"I'm with Rosita," Mar answered.

"I know you don't like it, and you don't want to hear it from me, but we got to produce for them. It's like taxes," Spencer told her.

"I didn't like paying taxes before, certainly don't like it now," Mar said. "Come on Eugene."

"Hey come on look at me," Spencer said. Rosita sighed and walked up to him. "You can keep acting pissed at me, but I didn't do this. Rick did."

"You think you can do better?" Rosita asked.

Spencer smirked. "Yes," he answered.

Rosita and Mar both laughed. Rosita shook her head. "Sure. I'm sure you already have a truck load of stuff out there for yourself huh? Go get it, pay your taxes and leave me the hell alone," she said as she grabbed Eugene. "Let's go."

"Hey Mar, what about Daryl huh?" Spencer asked.

"Hey, there's no need to go there," Joey warned him.

Mar turned and looked at Spencer. "Daryl would want me to do whatever it takes to protect the people he loves, and that's what I'm doing. If you weren't so much of a coward, may be you could see that there are different ways of doing this," she said as she walked out, following Rosita and Eugene.
