Chapter 24
Carefully setting the painting in the car, she got into her seat and as she put her hands on the wheel, she let out some tears leaning her head against it. "I think…I finally found it" she said quietly to herself closing her eyes letting out a few more tears. "Damn, that woman is good" she said less emotional as she let out a breath and waved her hands in front of her face. Wiping the tears away, she started her car up. "Time to head home, I miss my dragons" she said happily. "Just wonder how Natsu is holding up. First time we've had that ..hell first time we've had any kids over..probably should have waited" she thought. After a little while, she pulled up and walked through the door. "Mommy!" Layla yelled happy running down the stairs. Lucy crouched down instantly throwing her arms for Layla as she rant to them. "Hi baby girl" she cooed wrapping her arms around Layla. "Hi mommy" "Did you have a good day?" "UH HUH!. It was awesome" she replied. "Where's daddy?" Lifting her head up, Layla pointed to the couch. Standing up, Lucy let go of Layla and quietly walked over to see Natsu passed out on the couch. "Hmmph, you poor ,poor baby" she teased as she shook her head.
Looking around, she saw Natsu attempted to clean up most of the mess the kids made but not all of it before he passed out. "Doesn't that figure" she said quietly before she lightly kicked his leg causing him to stir. "ah, wha Lay…Luce?" he said sleepily while his eyes were blurry. Rubbing them, his vison cleared as Lucy smiled at him. "Hey" she said. "Lucy!" he said happy jumping off the couch. Putting his arms around her, he pinned her arms to her sides. Resting his chin on her shoulder, he said " maaaaan did I miss you today" "Did you now? And here I thought you were having fun with all the kids" Immediately, he pulled her away from him and looked at her with wide eyes. "Never again! Without you" "That was your own fault" "Yeah, yeah but now that your home…your all mine, right?" he asked hopeful. "No, Natsu ,not right now" she replied. Putting his lips together, he whined as Lucy playfully rolled her eyes. "Natsu.." Dropping to his knees, he grabbed her hands and entangled his fingers in them as he looked up at her face with puppy eyes and whined again. "Luuuuuuce" he begged. She closed her eyes and slowly shook her head. "Natsu..Layla is still up. Standing up he said "but I want your attention" "You can't baby" "Layla, go to your bed" but Layla wasn't paying attention. "Natsu, you know it's too early for that" "Hmph" he said crossing his arms like child. "Well aren't you Mr. Needy tonight?" Lucy said with her hands on her hips. "I haven't seen you all day" he mumbled. "What was that?" she asked not hearing. "I haven't seen you all day, I wanted my time with you" "Natsuuu, I promise you will get me tonight" "Then can you at least please hold me..i really did miss you" he said without the childish demeaner. Hearing him, she graciously went to sit on the couch as Natsu went to sit next to her. Putting his head on her shoulder, she put her arms around him and cuddled him.
Peeking over, Layla saw them close their eyes as they comforted each other. "Daddy missed mommy bad today" she thought to herself. After a little bit, Lucy opened her eyes and said "are you hungry Layla?" "Yes mommy" she replied. "Natsu..i gotta get up babe" she said lifting his head off her shoulder. "Luuuucy" he complained. "Sorry" she said getting up and going to the kitchen as Natsu hit the couch with his hand. While she cooked dinner for Layla, Natsu tried hiding it but failed as Lucy saw how ancy he was for her attention. "Not yet Natsu, wait till Layla is in bed" she told herself in her head. Serving Layla dinner, Lucy went back to the couch as Natsu yanked her down and put his arms tight around her. "Mine?" "For now…still have couple hours Natsu and the house still needs to be cleaned." "The house can wait" he whispered into her ear longingly making Lucy shutter. "Natsu!" she said lightly smacking him at him knowing that tone would get to her. " Hey, I had to try..okay Layla is up..but once she goes to bed..your all mine" he said with a low sexy growl. Layla's bedtime couldn't come fast enough for him. Hurriedly but not meanly, he said goodnight to her as fast as he could while still being loving after Lucy did.
Shutting her door, Natsu determined walked over to their room and immediately shut the door. Standing there, he stared at Lucy intensely as she sat on the bed. "Natsu?" "Your mine" he stated. "Yes I am" she said standing up. Walking to her with attitude, he grabbed her side and pulled her to him. "You have been gone all day then still couldn't get all of you..do you know what that means?" he asked her expectantly as she shook her head. Grinning he said "it means you get punished" Not hesitating, he spun her out and back towards him as he ripped her shirt off her and yanked her pants off as she clung to herself. "Na" "Nope. I'm master tonight and you are getting punished my slave" "Wha..are you gonna do?" she asked trying to sound innocent. Smirking , he grabbed her as he grabbed a tie out of a drawer. Putting her hands above her head, he tied them to the closet pole moving all the clothes aside. Standing there, she bent her legs as he put a finger under her chin. "Punishment time" he said quietly and intently flipping his finger away from under her chin. Taking his shirt off, he turned and dug through their closet finding what he was looking for. A small heart shaped riding crop and patted it in his hand. "Mmmmaster" she begged as he smacked her butt hard. "You left me alone for the whole day then didn't give me any attention when you got home. Now that Layla's in bed, you are mine my slave." He said slowly moving the crop around her body. "Ma..ahhhh" she yelled as he whipped her hard with the crop. She groaned in pain and pleasure as he lifted her face up with his finger.
"You like your punishment then huh?" Her lips trembled as he grinned. Taking his pants and boxers. He dropped the crop and put his hands on her sides. "Know what's next? He teased as she shook her head. "Hehe. Your punishment is I'm going to give us both pleasure and there's nothing you can do to stop us and you even be able to touch me." "Mmmmaster..ppplease" she begged trying to free her hands. "Nope, now keep your voice down Lucy" he whispered sexily as he went inside and began thrusting. She bit her lip to keep from crying out as erotic pleasure filled her brain and senses. He pounded her over and over as he held her so she wouldn't escape. He heard small moans escaping from her filling him with glee. " I guess your punishment can be over" he said as he let got of her and untied the ropes tying her hands. The instant her hands were free, they went around Natsu's neck as she smashed her face against him and shoved her tongue into his mouth. Quickly, he picked her up and wrapped her legs around him as he walked backwards slowly to the bed where he placed onto it and reinserted himself into her as she started moaning louder. "Ahh, yess..yes..AHHHH. NATSUUUUU" she moaned as he kissed her everywhere.
They went on for a little longer until Natsu cam and they both collapsed on their bed. "Damn, if that's what happens when you miss me, maybe I should be gone more often." Lucy teased. Natsu looked at her with big eyes and said "don't you even dare. I missed the hell out of you today" Cradling herself into his arms, she said "you brought it on yourself Natsu with those kids." "I know , I know but I mean it.. I missed you like crazy today." She smiled a small smile and said " I missed you too". "Natsu?" "Hmm. What is it?" " I think I may have found a replacement for my singing." She said pleased. "That's wonderful baby. I'm so glad" he said wrapping his arms around her stomach. "Me too." "Let's get some sleep." A couple days later, Lucy was happy as could be as she got herself ready to go. "You headed to paint class Luce?" Natsu asked seeing the smile on her face. "Yup. I should be back before dinner" Walking over to her, he grabbed her hands and said softly "don't worry about us baby. Layla and I will be fine. Go . go have fun Lucy." "Thanks Natsu" she replied as he gave her a light kiss on her forehead. "Gotta go." she said heading towards the door. "Bye mommy.!" "Bye baby!" Lucy yelled as she shut the door. "Is mommy finally happy again daddy?" she asked. "Yes Layla….I think mommy finally is" Natsu said pleased and relieved. "Hi Lucy" greeted Kristen once she got there. "Hi Kristen" Lucy said cheerfully. "Go ahead and find a seat" Lucy nodded and went to go find a painting easel to sit at. "Alright Ladies, today we are going to paint butterflies" Kristen presented a pictures of three butterflies in a field of lilies. "Go ahead and do your best to paint this" she said then let the girls go to work as it became silent while everyone painted. As Lucy got to finishing painting the lilies , Kristen called for a break.
Pulling out her phone, she saw Natsu had texted her. Looking at the text, her heart filled with joy and love for he had sent her pictures that him and Layla had taken and at the bottom of the text it said we love you Hope you are enjoying yourself. "I love them so much" she thought as she laughed at some of the pictures. He had sent some goofy ones of them and then some nice ones of them smiling at her. She texted back. You guys make my whole world. I love you. She only had to wait a few seconds before he answered. You make mine too. Love you too Lucy. Kristen called the girls back so Lucy put her phone up and got back to painting. When they were done, Lucy was happy with herself. "Well done Lucy. Looks really good" complimented Kristen as she came over. "Thanks Kristen." "Alright ladies, that's it for today. I look forward to seeing you all next week" The girls all nodded and had smiles on their faces as they grabbed their paintings and left.
"Thank you so much for letting me apart of this Kristen" said Lucy before she left. "You came here yourself sweetie. All I did was just give you an opportunity." You did so much more than that" " Your welcome sweetheart. Did you want to come by all this weekend?" "You know I just might." Answered Lucy. "Well then I look forward to seeing you." She nodded as she left and went to her car. Putting her painting in the car, she drove home and felt strangely at peace. No sad feelings, guilt or anything. She felt happy with herself. "I'm going to have to break the news to Dr. Leo that I don't need to meetings anymore. Natsu will be thrilled" she said out loud as she chuckled at herself. Pulling up in her driveway, she grabbed her painting and headed inside. "Mommy!" Layla greeted happily as she ran and threw her hands around Lucy's stomach. "Hey baby girl" Lucy greeted patting Layla's head. "How was your class?" she asked. "Well, you tell me what do you think? "said Lucy eager turning her painting so Layla could see. "Wow!" Layla said dazed in wonder and amazement. "It looks so pretty mommy!" "You think so, thanks baby" She smiled when she saw Natsu come up and slip his hands around her while he rested his head on her shoulder. Giving her a soft kiss on her neck, she giggled. "It looks beautiful Luce" "Thanks Natsu" "Want to put it next to the other one in the bedroom?" "Absolutely" she answered.
She walked upstairs while Natsu went to go get a hammer and a nail. Hammering the nail in, he grabbed the painting from Lucy and hung up next to her heart one with music notes. Jumping down, he stood beside Lucy and looked at the paintings together with her. "They look great Lucy" "Natsu?" "What is it?" "I don't have to go back to see Dr. Leo. I don't think I need him anymore" she admitted gently and happily. Natsu's eyes widened as he grabbed Lucy and lifted her into the air. "That's wonderful! Lucy!" he yelled elated with joy. He spun her once before setting her back down on the floor. "I am so happy for you baby." "Thanks Natsu... If it wasn't for you and your unwavering support. I .." "Hey" she looked up at his face as he lovingly said " you found this yourself Luce. I was just support. You have gone through hell but you dug your way out baby. You never gave up and because of that, you have finally found something to make you happy again." "I love you my dragon" she said wrapping her hands around his neck and putting her head on his shoulder. "I love you too my warrior" he replied putting his hands around her stomach and pulled her to him. They released after a moment when they heard Layla laughing. "Happy the cat" they said together amused as they walked hand in hand down the stairs and found they were right. She was sitting there on the couch watching Happy the blue cat and laughing her head off.
For the next month, Lucy went to Kristen's painting classes every week and then spent a day on the weekends at her house just to sit and talk with her. "Ever since the first time you stepped into my house, you have changed Lucy. That uncertainty and sadness that you had when you first got here, that's gone now." "I have you to thank for that" Lucy told her humbled. "Well I'm glad I was able to help you." "You did that and so much more miss Kristen" Lucy thought happily as she gave Kristen a warm and thankful hug. " I have a gift for you" she said surprising Lucy. Kristen got up and walked out of living room for a moment then came back with a wrapped gift in her hands. Placing it gently in Lucy's hands, she looked up at Kristen and said "what's this?, you didn't have to get me anything" Kristen just smiled and said "just open it sweetheart" Lucy then unwrapped it and brought her hands to her face. Tears brimmed her eyes as she lightly ran her hand over the brand new wooden paint set she had received with all kinds of colored paints and wooden brushes. "And of course, you can't paint without one of these" Lucy looked up to see a painting easel in front of her with paper already on it. "Oh Kristen" Lucy said , her voice full of emotions. She put her paint supplies down and threw her arms around Kristen hugging her. "Thank you..thannk you sssoo much" she cried, her body shaking as Kristen tenderly rubbed Lucy's back.
She cried for a couple minutes then released from her. "Wait. Does this mean I can't come back?" "Absolutely not. You are free to come back here whether for class or just to visit. I just wanted to give you a chance to show your family your happiness." " I cant..I can't thank you enough for this" "No thanks needed sweetheart.. Go, go and bring out your joy" she said as Lucy grabbing her paint stuff jumped to her feet feeling wonderful walked out to her car and put it all in the back. "See you soon Kristen!" Lucy yelled out. "I look forward to it!" she replied. Racing home, she was beyond excited to show Natsu and Layla her gifts. Soon as she was home, she ran through the door and pulled Natsu right up out of his seat. "Lu, woah!" he said as she pulled him outside to her. "What's going on Lucy?. What are you so excited for?" he asked. With a bright smile, she opened up the car and pulled everything out. "Kristen…she gave me these Natsu..She wanted me to be able to share what I feel there here at home" she said quietly but the joy was there. "Baby..that is amazing." He said softly.
He turned her face towards him and planted a deep kiss. She felt his happiness and love for her in it. "Mommy?" They broke away as they turned and saw Layla standing in the doorway. "Hi baby. Sorry for surprising you" said Lucy. Carrying the easel for her, he followed Lucy into the house. "Painting stuff mommy?" Layla asked eager. "Yes but not for you Layla, these are for her there little dragon so don't start getting ideas" said Natsu. "Okay" said Layla mildly disappointed. "Don't worry baby girl. I'll get you a set so you can paint." Said Lucy winking. "Yay!" she cheered. "Question is..where do I set this up?" "We can set it up in the bedroom next to the window." Suggested Natsu. "Really, you don't have a problem with it?" Lucy asked with hope in her eyes. "Of course not Luce, come on. let's get it set up." He said walking up with the easel. She didn't show it but he had no idea how happy he made her in that moment. Walking up, he set up her easel in a far corner of the bedroom and Lucy put her painting stuff on it. "There, so now when you paint, you can enjoy the sunlight and then we can get a small lamp or something incase you want to paint in the evening." " Natsu.." He looked with her with an eyebrow raised. "Nothing..you are just absolutely wonderful." "Hmm, Love you too Lucy"
