Chapter 25
Following that night, in the months that followed, Lucy was flawlessly painting. Her happiness was evident and Natsu and Layla saw it. The smile she got on her face was something they thought they wouldn't see again. It was a smile of pure joy . She had found something to fill her heartbreak and replace it. Everyone saw the change in her and were so happy for her. " I was afraid she would never find something to replace her love for music. ..I am so glad I was wrong" said Jellal. " Right there with you" said Gray with a smile. "She still loves music guys.. she always will. But it no longer holds her back. She's finally free." Said Natsu optimistic. "Speaking of music, can you guys do something for me?" he asked them. Once he got done talking to them, they looked at him in shock. "You really want to do this?" Gray said surprised. "Yes, after everything she has done for me and all she's been through. I want this to be really special." Natsu said honestly. Jellal and Gray looked at each other and smiled. "No problem Natsu. We'll be glad to teach you" said Jellal as he slapped his hand with Natsu's. "Thanks guys" In the weeks after their talk, Natsu would disappear with them once in a while but not enough to draw suspicion from Lucy on what Natsu was up too.
Layla did get her own paint set and enjoyed painting with Lucy whenever she got a chance too. One Saturday, Lucy was upstairs painting while Layla was in her room playing while Natsu was doing a small workout. Wanting to go get a snack, Layla walked out of her room and passed by Lucy's when she heard something making her quickly turn back around. Quietly, she stood at the doorway and peeked her head through with her ears perked up. What she heard next was something she never imagined she would hear ever again. Lucy was humming and she was getting louder as she went. Elated with joy, she put her hands over her mouth but ran as quietly as she could down the stairs to Natsu. "Layla, what's up sweetheart?" he asked seeing the determined look on her face. She didn't say anything but motioned with her hands fast to come with her. Not understanding but going along with it, he walked with her. "Layla ,what's " "Shhhh" she said cutting him quickly. Silently he followed her and stopped outside his room. "Layla, why did we stop?, it's just" he partly whispered then cut himself off as he looked directly at Layla who had a finger on her lips and pointed inside. He listened intently as his eyes widened and felt his heart would burst with glee at what he was hearing. "Lu..Lucy" he whispered as Layla nodded ecstatic.
"Stay there Layla" he whispered as he ran back down the stairs and grabbed his phone. Dialing, he put it up to her his ear. "Wendy, get your butt over here soon as you can. I need you to look at Lucy's throat. I..I think its healed inside." Quickly he ran up and held the phone out to where she could hear. Pulling it back to his ear after a minute, he said " do you think it's possible? Okay great, see you in a little bit." He said quietly then hung up. They hung outside the door for a little while longer then when she went quiet, Natsu took the chance. He took Layla's hand and walked into the room. "Luce..Lucy" he called getting her to turn around where she saw a mysterious smile on his face. "Natsu?. What is it?" she asked. "You..you Lucy" "Huh?" "Lucy…you were singing" "Uh huh" Layla happily agreed. Lucy looked at them in shock. "Baby..I don't think your singing is gone like you thought it was" Dropping her paint brush, she started for the floor but Natsu grabbed her in his arms. "Is it rrreally pppossible?" she looked at him hopeful. "I think so Lucy. I called Wendy to come look at your throat again" he explained. "Mommy, you're a singer again!" she yelled. "Easy baby girl" he urged scared of getting Lucy's hopes up if there was a chance, they were wrong then to have that crushed right in front of her. He didn't want to bare the thought of that. "I did..I didn't even realize I was humming." She told him. "Ehh, sometimes that's when you were at your best when you didn't even realize it." She looked at him with complete shock. "Really Lucy? , how long have we have been together. You think I wasn't listening? I loved it when you got lost in your music. You were free." Lucy's cheeks turned pink as she looked at him happy that she had never met anyone else but him.
"Come on. Wendy should be here any minute" he said helping her to her feet as they and Layla went down the stairs. Once they got downstairs, on que Wendy knocked. "Come on In Wendy" said Natsu. Walking through, Wendy had a bright smile on her face. "Hey guys" she greeted as Layla came up and hugged her. "Hi Layla" Wendy said amused with the goofy grin Layla had on her face. "So, I hear that there may good news" "Possibly" said Lucy. "Well what are waiting for, let's see if it's good news we got. Lucy, open your mouth please" Lucy did as she said and opened it wide for Wendy to stick her flashlight tube down her throat. Pulling her phone out, she opened the camera app that came with the flashlight. " Oh nice" said Natsu. "Thanks, beats everyone having to come in for an xy -ray at times when I can just look down their throats myself." It was quiet as Natsu and Layla held their breaths awaiting Lucy's results. After a couple minutes, Wendy pulled the flashlight out as Lucy closed her mouth. "Well..?" Lucy said anxiously. "Well Lucy, it seems that." The three Dragneels all held their hands together as she said " It seems miraculously that your throat is healing. I think after some voice therapy that you'll be back to full on singing in no time." "Are you serious?" said Natsu. "Well it's been almost a year for her since it happened so it's had time to heal. Logically, it does make sense. It's just unbelievable" "Lucy?" They all looked at her since she hadn't said a word.
Dropping to the floor on her knees, Lucy leaned forward with her hands in front of her. "Luce?" "Mommy?" They both looked at her concerned until they heard her start crying. "Than…thank you Wendy" she said quietly. She warmly nodded her head as Natsu got down to the floor and rubbed Lucy's back. "You did it baby" he said. Then as if something went off in her, she exploded into tears as she grabbed hold of Natsu's shirt and cried into his chest. He just smiled and put his arms around her. He knew those weren't tears of sadness but of happiness. Happiness that she couldn't form into words. Layla squeezed herself in between them and hugged her stomach. Wendy politely nodded and decided it was best that she left.
After a while of crying, she wiped her eyes and said "I have to call the guys. I have to tell them the great news. Getting hyped up with every word. Running over to her bed. She grabbed her phone and called the guys in a group call. "I GOT MY VOICE BACK GUYS!" she screamed. "What?" "How? "Congratulations!" "That's wonderful Lucy" "You guys better get yourselves ready because you bet your asses we will be going back to Fairy Tail soon as we can." "Right boss." "This is great Lucy. I'm so glad you got your singing back." "Don't forget our BBQ is coming up soon." Lucy reminded them. "Right, that's in a few days right?" "You got it" she replied. "Well see you guys soon" she said as she hung up then jumped in place. "WAHHHWHOOOOOOO!" The next day, she didn't hesitate in finding vocal therapy that she could go too and work on it so she could her singing back under her since it had been almost a year since she had last sung anything. While she did that, Natsu was more determined then ever to make sure he got his gift right for Lucy. While Layla was at school and Lucy at therapy, he hung with Jellal ,Gray and Gajeel.
"Maaan it's been a long time since I picked up an instrument" said Gajeel. "Come on man, just like riding a bike. Once your fingers start strumming that guitar, it will come back to you" Gray assured. "If you say so" said Gajeel. "This isn't for us guys, remember this is for Natsu and Lucy" Jellal reminded. "Yes sir" they both said in unison. "You ready Natsu?" Jellal asked. "Yup" he answered. "This will be the greatest gift ever" Natsu thought happily. Later that night, Lucy and Natsu sat on the couch and watched a movie together. "I'm so happy Natsu. I can't believe this is really happening. and right before our anniversary. Nothing could be more perfect." "I couldn't agree more baby." He said caringly as he kissed Lucy and Layla's heads. The next two days went by as the day of the BBQ came. Lucy and Natsu had gone food shopping the day before to make sure they had enough food for everyone since the whole crew was coming over. It wasn't long before they showed up and Lucy was thrilled to see everyone but was especially happy when she saw Juvia walk in with Gray. "Yayy! Juvia!. I was hoping you would come" said Lucy. " I wouldn't miss this. I'm just sorry I couldn't make it over here sooner."
"Oh no worries, you're here now so that's what counts!" Lucy was so giddy she couldn't contain it as she talked and rambled with everyone. While he was cooking, Natsu just shook his head. "I couldn't be happier for you baby" he thought. "Hey Lucy, Natsu?" "Hmm?" "Happy anniversary!" they all yelled. Natsu and Lucy both started blushing. "Thanks guys" said Lucy. "We should be thanking you, your choosing to spend it with all of us crazies" said Gray. " We wouldn't spend it any other way." "How are you feeling Levy?" Lucy asked caringly. "I'm about ready for this baby to come out Lu. I can't take much more of this" she answered as she managed to find a seat with her belly keeping her from seeing the ground. "I got ya covered babe" said Gajeel as he helped her down into her seat. "Thanks, hun. I'm not moving now unless I need too." She stated for everyone to hear. "Got it" all of them replied. They all talked and occasionally caught Layla doing something goofy as she played then went to her playground set. Eventually Natsu called out "food!" They each grabbed plate as Natsu slipped a burger on their plates then they were free to grab anything to go with it. Whether it was hot dogs, chips, crackers or any of the other condiments Lucy had grabbed when they were at the store. Grabbing his own plate, he planted himself next to Lucy. "Hey baby" he said loving as she smiled back at him. "Hey yourself" she said as he kissed the side of her head making her smile bigger. Once they were done eating, they all took time to let the food settle and just sat around. "Just look how far you both have since last year" Erza said reminiscing.
Lucy and Natsu looked at each other. "Yeah how could I forget" joked Gray. "Yeah neither of one of them wanted to admit they wanted to get married" Everyone laughed as Natsu and Lucy got embarrassed. "Hey, it wasn't all our faults" Natsu piped in. "Natsu, Jellal had to prod you guys incase you forgot" said Erza. "No" they replied in unison. "If it wasn't for Jellal, who knows when we would've gotten married." "Nahh, anyway, here's to you . Lucy and Natsu on your first wedding anniversary. " said Gray holding up his drink as the rest followed suit. "Thank you guys" Lucy said heartfelt. "Has the food settled in your stomach yet?" Natsu asked the guys. "Yep" "pretty much" "Ehh, I don't know" Jellal and Gray turned their heads to hard stare at him. Holding his hands up Gajeel said "I was joking. Geesh." Turning their heads back around, the guys got up and went inside. Natsu went behind Lucy's chair and leaned his head down to her ear. "Can't let you see for a little bit Luce" "Huh" she said but couldn't say anything as he blindfolded her. "None of you take that off her." Natsu told the girls as they nodded their heads. " What the heck is going on?" she thought. She couldn't hear or see a thing. "Your going to love this mommy" said Layla. "Shhhh" said Erza with a light smile. After a little time passed, Natsu nodded for Erza to take off the bandage.
Taking it off, Lucy opened her eyes as her jaw dropped at what was in front of her. A little backyard stage had been set up with the microphones and speakers set up behind the guys. What shocked her the most was that it didn't look like the stage was set up for her. "You guys didn't tell me there was a performance" They chuckled as Jellal said "that's cause this stage wasn't set up for you Lucy. He smiled at her as it came to her then stared at Natsu. If her jaw could have dropped any further, it would have with the amount of shock going through her. "Bbbbutttt Naaatsu..Yyyou have never ssang bbbefore" "Heh, start playing guys." He told them as they started. "For everything Lucy, this one is for you. Happy anniversary baby." He said then started grabbed the mic off the hook and started singing. Josh turner with Randy Travis.

Her eyes filled with tears as Natsu took her hand and kissed the top of it then walked back up to the stage as the girls all cheered for him. Erza and Juvia came and took hold of Lucy's hands in comfort with how emotional she was.

As he finished and the guys stopped, Lucy had her face buried in her hands sobbing. "Luce?" she shook her head refusing to show her face. "Awww" went everyone. "Baby." He said lightly amused putting the microphone back on the stand. He walked over and got down in front of her. Gently he grabbed her hands and took them away from her face that was bright red and filled with tears. "Your it for me Lucy" he said warmly. "Na..Natsuuuu" she cried going into his arms. She cried onto his shoulder as he chuckled. " I lovvve youuu" she said. "Hmm. I love you too Lucy. Forever and ever." She nodded knowing he meant every word. "Oh mommy" Layla said with a soft smile. Finally lifting her head up, she sat up as Natsu wiped the remaining tears away with his thumbs. "I thought you couldn't sing." "Baby. I'm full of surprises." He said cleverly. "Honestly I hung with Jellal and Gray and they taught me a few tricks." "Sooo..that's what you were doing when you went out." "Yup" Lucy looked up at Jellal and Gray. "he wanted this to be perfect Lucy. He planned this." Jellal explained. Lucy looked at Natsu. "You did all this?" "Yes" " And we figured if you could surprise him with a song on your wedding. Hey, maybe now Natsu can join us for gigs" teased Gajeel. "Not on your life." Said Natsu. "The only one who get's to hear my voice are you guys and my girls" he said smiling at Layla and Lucy. "Nobody else" he stated firmly. "Heard" Hugging Layla, Lucy got back up into her seat with Layla in her lap. "Well since we are spreading the good news around, I guess this is a good time as any" said Gray as Juvia went and stood next to him. "Guys, we are expecting" Juvia said with a great big smile on her face. "WHAT" yelled everyone. "Congratulations!" cheered Lucy as she gave them both a big hug. "Thanks Lucy" Gray said humble. "I know you'll make a wonderful aunt." "Anytime you need anything Juvia, just let me know." Said Lucy. "Congrats to you man" said Natsu slapping his hand with Gray's. "Thanks" he replied. "Alright anyone up for a little sparring match? Asked Natsu. "Sure,why the hell not" said Gray. Natsu looked around for any arguments but didn't get any. "Hey Natsu, why don't you bring out END out?. Make it more interesting." Suggested Gray. "Who?" said Gajeel. "Oh , that's right, you haven't met Natsu's other side of him" said Jellal. "Come again?" said Gajeel. "End. He's Natsu's other side. The part of him that you haven't seen" said Jellal. "Ha, Oh please" said Gajeel sure of himself. Everyone shook their heads. Natsu cracked his neck. "Alright, so wants to place a bet..this metal mouth is going to get his ass kicked" he said with a grin pounding his fist into his hand. "I'll do it" said Erza. "Me too" said Juvia. "Same here" Everyone put their bets in as Lucy said "me too" Juvia looked at her and laughed.
"Sorry Lev..your husband is screwed" Lucy thought quietly to herself. "Okay..EEEEnd, bring your ass out here" Gray closed his eyes as Jellal just shook his head in pity. "Poor fool doesn't know what he's getting into." He said out loud. Levy had her hands fisted hoping for Gajeel's victory. "I'll fight the winner" said Jellal. "Just so you know , he's probably going to want to stay once I let him out." Warned Natsu. "Well long as he doesn't try to kill anyone…or start anything" Gray said eyeing Erza who looked away. "We aren't in the mafia right now Gray so he shouldn't have an issue" " I hear ya..sorry Erza." Gray apologized. "No worries." Erza assured. "Okay guys" said Natsu who looked directly at Gajeel with a serious expression. Gajeel felt a weird feeling creep up him as he didn't get to move before he saw flash before in his eyes. The next thing he knew he was in the air as he felt himself get hard kicked in the stomach on his way down. "Ooooooh" said Gray and Jellal looking away.
Taking this second, Gajeel jumped to his feet as the flash stopped moving. "So you're the other side of Natsu nobody likes to talk about. "He, yeah that's me. And yeah I'm the one nobody mentions and your going to find out why" End said completely sure of himself. Gajeel ran straight for him as Eitherious easily dodged his head and swiftly moved behind Gajeel. Not getting a chance to turn or move , Gajeel felt his ground slip as his head slammed into the ground as Eitherious wrapped his legs around Gajeel and his arms around his neck and squeezed. "Give up yet?. You might as well because there's no chance in hell you will beat me" Gajeel nodded as Eitherious released his grip and Gajeel coughed.
"Damn" said Levy quietly. "Sorry Levy. There was no chance he was going to win against Eitherious." Said Gray. "I understand" Eitherious smiled. "Who's next!" " I will" "I'm going to wait" thought Jellal. "Oh..well it's been a while Erza" "Yes, I know" she said factually. "Eitherious..remember this is for fun..and I'm sure you can hear that in your head. This isn't mafia business" said Lucy making sure he understood she wasn't joking. "I got it Luce. Don't worry I won't do anything. I think the last time taught her a lesson." Said Eitherious. "Are you going to talk all day or we going to fight?" sniped Erza grabbing everyone's attention. Gray chuckled seeing the smirk on Erza's face. Eitherious laughed "someone's gotten cocky since I've been gone. .heh. we'll see how long lasts." Before anyone could say anything else, they ran for each other, fists flying at each other's faces. "So whose placing a bet on who." Eitherious" "Eitherious" "Erza." Erza" "Lucy?...what about you?" "Im staying out of this one." She replied watching them. Neither of them were losing ground with the other. " Both are very stubborn for sure" remarked Jellal who came to stand beside Lucy. "You said it…but you also know Eitherious is just playing around" " I know" he answered slightly serious. They had both seen END when he really meant it and knew he was just holding back against knowing full well he could slam her into the ground if he really wanted too. After a few more minutes, they both stood across from each other beat to hell but still going. " Are you holding out on me Eitherious? Thought you weren't the type to do that." "I don't usually" "So..then come on.. I know your stronger than this" she taunted. He looked over at Lucy who shook her head firmly for him not too.
"Sorry Lucy" he thought closing his eyes for a minute. "Well you heard her, " Eitherious heard Natsu tell him. Opening his eyes, he launched for Erza who couldn't move quick enough to dodge him as he grabbed her by her stomach and threw her across the yard. Running he picked her up before she had a chance to move and kicked her hard in the middle of her body causing her to let out a groan as he dropped her and she fell on the ground clutching her stomach. "Heh,I knew you were holding back" said Erza. "You asked for it" he said plainly. "I know..thank you for respecting that" she said honest as he gave her a grin. "Eitherious!" Lucy yelled going over to him. "Lucy, relax. I didn't hurt her that bad" "I told you not too" "Lucy, I asked him. Don't take that away" said Erza standing herself up. "Besides he's right, he didn't really hurt me like he could have" Lucy looked at End stunned. "So you did listen to me?" "Yeah Luce, I usually do. Didn't want to full on hurt her. I still respect her despite the mess she made with me" "Oh, well okay then" Lucy said satisfied with his answer. ""My turn" said Jellal who pounded his fist into his hand. "Damn, I'm getting a hell of a workout today" joked Eitherious. Once the girls were out of the way, he motioned for Jellal to come at him. Accepting, Jellal moved swiftly but quick enough to dodge Eitherious's move toward him surprising everyone. "Damn, first time I've seen that happen. Where End actually missed someone" complimented Gray.
They watched intensely as End and Jellal kept one upping each other. Everyone was shocked when Jellal somehow managed to punch Eitherious right in the face and knock him to the ground. "Damn" everyone said. "Holy shit, Natsu might actually lose this one" said Lucy. Erza raised her eyebrows proud of her husband. "Get him Jellal" she thought boldly. Eitherious got himself up and headed for Jellal who went in one direction but threw Eitherious off by heading another then jumped and kicked him in the back then hard jabbed in his neck bringing him down. Everyone cheered for Jellal as Erza casually walked over and landed a deep kiss on Jellal for victory. "Damn Jellal, I think you're the only second person to beat me in a fight" said Eitherious impressed. Releasing from Erza, he looked at him and said, "who's the first one?" "My father" Everyone's faces went big except Lucy. "I'm not surprised" she thought. "Well anyone else want to take me on?. Gray?" he asked. "Ehh, hell why not. Everyone else has had their turn" said Gray simply. "Well alright" said Eitherious with some cheer. Everyone laughed as they all stood back. "Daddy is really strong huh mommy?" said Layla who had been watching everything from afar. She came and stood at Lucy's legs as Lucy put her arms around her. "Yes, he is baby" she replied happily as they watched the fight.
" Gray, you know you won't be able to land a hit on me" "Oh I know, still fun to get to beat the snot of you , you hothead" he teased. " Hey!" "Ha, knew that would get your attention eh Natsu" "So you were trying to get at my other side then huh?" surmised Eitherious. "Just for that. It's fun to see his face" joked Gray. "Well right now he's telling me to kick your ass" " well come on then" The fight didn't last long as Eitherious only to pull few moves to bring Gray down to the ground and made him stay. "So who the bets?" asked Eitherious eager. "There was no clear winner dude" said Gray. "We all took different bets" "Aww damn, oh well" said Eitherious as he walked over to Lucy and Layla who raised her arms up. Smiling he picked her up as she ran her fingers along his sharp canines. Closing his mouth, he lightly growled at her making her giggle bringing a smile to Lucy's face. "So you sticking around for a bit then?" Lucy asked him. "Yeah, I'm not hearing any complaints so I'm gonna stick around." 'I have a bet to make with you later." "Hmm?" Pulling his ear down to her ,Lucy whispered into his ear "you'll find out once everyone leaves" His ears turned red as he looked at her with wide eyes and she just had a goofy grin on her face.."You little minx" he said to her quietly then realized he was still holding Layla and bounced her making her laugh. The evening was pleasant as everyone talked and played with Layla. They all had a good time with Natsu's other side and were pleased to know that he wasn't always a vicious psychopath. He walked over to Erza at one point and sat next to her while Jellal was talking to Gray and Gajeel and Lucy was talking to the girls.
"Hey" he said getting her attention. "What's up?" "You doing okay?" "I'm fine. Why do you ask?" He shrugged his shoulder. "curious" "No..you actually care. Well who knew the monster had a heart" Erza teased lightly. "Well if I do so what, you may not be my second anymore Erza, but I still give a shit about you." He said crossing his arms with an annoyed scowl. "Just like a child" she thought laughing to herself mentally. Putting a hand on his arm, she looked up at him and said " I appreciate it. I'll earn my way back. I assure you." "I'll hold you to that" he said with a serious tone.
Eventually it got to where Lucy and Natsu called it a night and sent everyone home. "Thanks for having me Lucy. I really hope we can see each other more" said Juvia happily. "Count on it for sure. And you too Levy!" "Thanks Lu!" yelled Levy as her and Gajeel drove off. Giving Gray and Juvia one last hug, they took off. "Tonight was fun" said Jellal. "Indeed" agreed Erza. "So what are you two doing for your anniversary night?" asked Jellal. "Sorry, that's private" answered Lucy with a sly smile. Erza lightly jabbed Jellal in the ribs as he received the message they weren't saying. "Okay , okay we will get out of your hair then" he said in good humor. "Bye aunt Erza and Jellal!" Layla yelled as they walked to their car. Turning around they saw Lucy, Natsu and Layla waving at them. They gave a friendly wave to them and then left. "Okay baby dragon, you know what time it is" said Natsu. "I know, I know bedtime" Layla huffed. "You are so tired" Lucy said amused. "No I'm not mommy" "Oh yes you are" said Lucy picking her up. Eitherious and Lucy walked up the stairs into her room as Lucy put a pouting Layla on her bed.
Eitherious brought the blanket up to her head. Then lightly rubbed his hand on her cheek. He smiled at her and leaned down to kiss her forehead as she hugged his neck. "Night other daddy" she whispered. He chuckled as he stood back up. Lucy kneeled down and gave her a hug as Layla kissed her cheek. "Goodnight mommy" "Goodnight baby" she cooed. "I'm not tired" she pouted as Lucy stood up and they walked to the doorway and smiled when they turned back around and saw Layla passed out. "So much for not tired" said Eitherious. "Shhh" said Lucy as she closed Layla's door. Walking into their room , Eitherious stood at the edge of their bed and turned to Lucy. Sexily she walked up to him and ran her fingers up him slowly like a spider. "Eitheriousss" He shuttered as his face turned red. "Yyyyesss?" She grabbed his hands and turned him, so he was facing her as she laid on the bed. "My bet for you is how long can you remain before Natsu get's his senses back." She raised her eyebrows a couple times as she grabbed his hands and had them start tracing along her body. She put her head back and started moaning as Eitherious grinned and started running his hands along her without help from her. He leaned down and started kissing her stomach with soft ,loving kisses.
He started moving up until he felt a pain in his head making him grab at it. "Well..that didn't last long" Lucy teased looking at him. "Nooot really" he agreed. " HELL NO! You've had enough freedom, get your ass back in my head!" Natsu yelled at him. Eitherious held his head listening. "But I want to stay." "Hmph, this is my anniversary asshole, you aren't taking part in that" "Well I am techniqually you so it would be you doing her" "NO, now shut the hell up and let me out" "NO" he yelled. To anyone else, he would like a crazy person yelling at the ceiling. Lucy rolled her eyes laying there. She lifted her head up. "Hey babe, can you make your mind which of you is going to screw me.. cause I'm getting cold" she said flatly. "She's my wife!. I'm the one who married you. Not you. You are the side that doesn't get to come out and I think I'm going to go back to that!"
"Ha, except you don't always have control." "Oh shut up" "Hey!" Lucy yelled getting their attention as she looked them annoyed. "Helloooo, horny wife here who is slowly loosing her edge. Hell if you guys are having such an argument, I'll let you go fuck yourself" she looked away and got up off the bed and stood there with her arms crossed. Natsu's jaw dropped then he slammed it shut. Walking over to her quickly, he looked at her with apologetic eyes. "Baaaaby" she huffed and closed her eyes. "Luuucy, Im sorry baby. Ei..End.. I'm sorry!" Hearing his cry, it was taking all she had to hide the laugh she had inside. She still kept the act of being annoyed until she heard something. She opened her eyes and looked down to see Natsu on his knees holding her hand to his face. "Baaaby, I'm sorrrrry,Please let us finish our anniversary together" he begged. Not being able to do it any longer, she put her other hand to his cheek and leaned her head against his. "Okay my love..but it's going to be you right?" "Yes Lucy, I promise" he told her softly. He stood up as he took her into his arms and carried her back to the bed where they finished off the night in bliss and pleasure. Waking up the next morning, they laid there reflecting on the last year. "We've been through a lot" said Lucy. "Yes we have but there's no one else I'd rather have gone through it with then you Lucy" She looked at him with a loving smile. "It's always more fun when we're together." This is not the end people.
