Chapter 1: My soul is burning Bright
It was a warm late summer morning in Sakura New Town, With a young high school boy getting ready for the day by wearing a blue school uniform but not before he prayed at a small altar with a picture of two people "Wish me luck at my new school, Mom and Dad." The boy said as he grabbed his school bag and left the house through the front door and started to walk to school.
At the school gate, The boy was stopped by the principal "Young man. I've never seen you before. Your name?" The principal asked.
"My name Akira. I'm new here to the school so I haven't fully introduced myself to my class yet." Akira explained as he continued to walk to his new School's faculty office.
Once there, His teacher took him to the classroom and walked to the stand "Alright class. Today we have a new student and he's from a Shinto Shrine so don't go making fun of him, Okay?" The teacher said as Akira wrote his name on the board.
"My name is Akira Nakamura. I hope we get along." Akira introduced himself to the class as the teacher told him to take his seat. Akira did what he was told and sat next to a girl with braided pigtails but she looked out the window.
"Hi. I'm Akira. I hope we get along." The girl didn't respond, Making Akira nervous for what the rest of the school day was going to give him.
Outside of the school, However, Was a young man wearing black clothing and he was smiling "The players are all here. Let's see how they play the game." The young man said as he walked away but not before a strange human-like creature emerged from a black smog. It had three giant silver horns and was wielding a three tipped spear.
In the Cafeteria, Akira had just got his food and was looking for a place to sit and sat at the table in the middle, causing everyone to be shocked and whispering. A girl with dark beige hair rushed over to Akira's side "What are you doing?!" The girl asks much to Akira's confusion.
"What do you mean?" He asked as both football players and cheerleaders came up to them.
"What are you doing here?" A football player asked.
"That uniform… Maybe he's new here?" A cheerleader guessed as Akira was even more confused than he was when the girl came up to him.
"If that's the case, then let me explain…" The football player grabbed Akira by the shoulder
"...In this school, We all belong to our respective clicks. And if anyone breaks that, They will face people like us." Akira wasn't scared as the football jock felt like his hand went through the air.
"Sorry. But my old teacher told me to always stand my ground. And that's what I'm gonna do." One of the jocks threw a punch at Akira but it literally went through him.
"What? Never seen a Half human ghost before?" Both the cheerleaders and the jocks tried to hurt him but since Akira is half ghost, he simply sat down and ate his lunch while the Jocks threw everything at him with their punches but they easily went through him causing everyone in the Cafeteria to be thrown into confusion.
In the school courtyard, Akira was sitting down and was reading a history book with the people around him being cautious around him "You know, I'm not a bad guy." Akira said as two people, a boy and the same girl in the cafeteria, walked up to him but they didn't know what to say "It's alright. I won't hurt you guys." Akira said as the two sat next to him with the girl notice her favorite Historic hero.
"He's my favorite. The way he traveled along with a warrior during the feudal era of Japan. It's awesome." The girl said as Akira took an interest in her
"I don't think we've been introduced properly. I'm Akira Nakamura." Akira introduced himself as he took out his hand "I'm Ayame Hime. and this here is Touma Tsukinami." Ayame introduced herself and Touma as the three talked about their favorite historic Heroes until they heard something and they saw the monster that was in front of the school
"I have found you. The son of a traitor!" The monster said as he swinged his blade at Akira but luckily he dodged.
"Son of a traitor? I think you got the wrong person." Akira joked as he kept dodging from the swing of the blade and everyone around them we're running.
"No, I have the right person." The monster said as it kept trying to slice Akira in half, but Akira kept dodging.
"I guess i have no choice but to use this!" Akira said as he pulled out a strange looking device that had a pull in and out lever on the right and a ghostly face on it.
Akira quickly places the device on his waist "Ghost Driver!" The belt declared as Akira kicks the monster away and pushes the face forward to reveal a small slot for inserting something.
Akira pulls out a small little trinket that looks like an eye and he places it in the small slot within the Driver and closes the face up with the small trinket inside it "Eye~!" The driver said as a Parka-like ghost came out of the driver and began to chant: "Batchiriminā!"
Akira then pulls out the lever as the ghost flies around him "Henshin!" Akira shouted as he pushed the lever back with the eye showing a symbol of a being, glowing orange.
"Kaigan! Ore! Let's Go! Kakugo! Go Go Go! Ghost! GO! GO! GO! GO!" The Parka-like ghost then placed itself on Akira when he was in a form similar to a fencer uniform but black, but that changed when the Parka then gave the form of Akira an orange face with big black eyes and a silver and blue horn.
Ayame and Touma were at a loss for words as the monster recognized his opponent "Are you…?"
"That's right. I'm Kamen Rider Ghost!" Akira said as he pulled out a giant sword and began to battle against the monster with their weapons clashed and Akira was able to get in a good few hits and was able to break the monster's spear in half.
"H-how are you strong?" The monster asked in fear.
"I'm just good at being a swordsman." Akira's sword then disappeared from his hand and pulled the lever out and in again.
"Dai Kaigan! Ore Omega Drive!" The belt declared as the energy from the driver went into his right leg and floated into the air and dive kicked the monster, killing it.
"And that's how it's done." Akira said as he opened the driver up again and took out the Eyecon and closed it back up again.
"Oyasumi~!" As soon as the driver said that, Akira's transformation was cancelled and Touma and Ayame ran up to him.
"What was that!? How were you able to transform!? What was that thing!?" Ayame began bombarding Akira with questions as the teachers walked up to Akira.
"We would like that as well." The principal said as Akira smiles sheepishly.
On the roof of the school, The girl saw Akira and scowled as the young man from before, appears behind her and bows to her "That Ganma yokai you summoned had failed." The girl said as she looks at the young man.
"Forgive me. I should have known that boy was Kamen Rider Ghost." The boy said as the girl's appearance began to change.
Her head grows a pair of small horns, gains long sharp red colored nails, and her eyes become a deep red color. She also sports a deep red eye shadow like markings on her eyelids and emits a dark blue aura and Her hair becomes loose of their braids and grows past her shoulders.
"It was an honest mistake, Shuten-Doji. But remember… what we do, we do it for our master… Soranaki." The girl said.
"Of course, Shu-" The girl looked at him with disgust when he was going to say the name that she hated "I mean, Natsume." Shuten-Doji said as he rose up and the two went into a black portal to their base of operations.
At Akira's home, Akira sat down at his bed with Touma and Ayame "Hey, we're sorry you were expelled." Ayame said as Akira looks at her with a smile.
"It's okay. I knew this was going to happen sooner or later." Akira said as he took out the Eyecon and looked at it.
"What are the Eyecons?" Touma asks.
"I promise, I'll explain everything tomorrow. But right now, I need to rest after the long day I had." Touma and Ayame agreed and left Akira's home and went back to their own homes.
Once they were gone, Akira placed the Eyecon next to a picture of his parents "Mom, Dad… I will avenge you…" Akira said as he fell asleep in his bed.
