Arabic Dark Arts often have a violent history involved with their creation such as the Organ Devourer, which will eat away your organs, and the Dragon's Flame which, like Fiendfyre, will devour magic and destroy all creations.
Organ Devourer
The Organ Devourer is an ancient dark spell used by Arabic Sorcerers to execute traitors as it was seen as an extremely painful way to die. this curse causes the organs to rot and liquefy, exiting through the orifices of the victims.
Incantation: Talatuhum al'aeda'
Dragon's Flame
This curse conjures an inferno of black flames that will devour all in its path, widely considered to be the Arabic Fiendfyre.
Incantation: Lahab Altinin
Self-Consumption Curse.
This spell causes the victim to, at the rise of the moon, endure a hunger only sated by the consumption of their own flesh. Usually this would be a quick death but the curse painfully regrows all flesh consumed and forces the victim to do so every night. There is no Counter Curse apart from an Avada Kedavra. Similar to the Norse Eternal Hunger.
Incantation: Tastahlik Alnafs
the Entropy Curse,
This spell causes anything hit by it to rapidly age to the point of dust. This spell can only be reversed by the Phoenix Elixir if used on a person within twelve hours, otherwise it will be irreversible. Similar to the Spanish Respira Curse.
