Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are now going to fight against the Psychic Vampire and Prunella said she found out who it is her own sister Rubella. They aren't sure why her sister turned bad so they think it has something to do with her boyfriend leaving her. We see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"I think she went crazy when her boyfriend left her when he found someone else to be with," said Arthur as Batman, "You will be called the Psychic Woman we have your costume over there all you have to do is put it on and you can use that small car which is called the Psychic mobile and I just hope that D.W. and Bud comes back soon for they have powers themselves and I heard that a boy was found who lost his limbs and an eye and put into a suit with his new limbs and an Alien girl with powers was found. "
"Okay I will put it on and join your team to stop my sister from draining people of their life force," said Prunella, "For I know that real Vampires suck life force instead of blood and I can control my Psychic powers to use for good instead of bad."
"Welcome to our team Prunella and we knew you for a long time well sense Grade school, " said Buster as Robin, "I heard about Psychic Vampire attacks of people who came our with headaches and other stuff and we must stop her from draining the life out of the victim."
"We are glad they don't suck blood but draining life force could be worse," said Francine as Batgirl, "I had no idea that Rubella was behind the Psychic Vampire attacks that is going on here in Elwood City from a the Mayor himself who was a city council member two years ago and doing a good job."
"Arthur you should call your parents for they might have found out you are Batman," said Mr. Ratburn, "And glad I became a Butler after you became rich from wise investing."
Arthur said his parents already know that I am Batman for it was their idea not his own so he knows that they called to see how he is doing. Mr. Ratburn said he remembers now for it was their idea. They heard that a victim of Her's is Timmy Tibble who has a headache from it for that made them hurry up and get there and once they did a fight started. The good guys won and proved that Rubella became crazy and will be sent to a Mental institution. We still see them talking about stuff this time talking to his parents on the phone.
"Yes mom I am getting a team together for I work better with others than alone and you know I am a married man," said Arthur, "I heard a rumor that an Actor used a special makeup that movie stars are known to use but that stuff could prove dangerous we are having two look into that you know D.W. and Bud in fact of course."
"Glad our idea is working and you can fight and I heard that Rubella was behind the Psychic Vampire attacks," said Mrs. Read, "And your Grandma Thora isn't doing well that she is now in a Wheelchair which she will spend what remains of her force but she could live to be over one hundred in fact of course."
"And your Grandpa Dave is said to be dying so you should go see him before it is too late," said Mr. Read, "And unlike the comic books we wasn't killed for we are alive well and kicking."
"I heard about that and I will tomorrow afternoon to visit him for he has just two weeks to live," said Arthur, "And I heard that Grandma Thora is in a Wheelchair from D.W. who saw her and in it."
"I heard she has some kind of power which made her like Raven in fact," said Mrs. Read, "I heard that Tommy Tibble has powers that can make him run very fast and D.W. has her own powers from some kind of energy field that bonded to her."
