Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are now having a family bath with the water covering certain body parts so we won't see them parts. They know that baths and showers is done without clothes on as in their birthday suit which means not wearing anything except their skin and they have a thin layer of fur. We see them talking about stuff like that bath and other stuff like a rumor about someone dressed as a Mouse and other stuff in fact of course.

"Having a bath together tonight is fun and our two kids are playing with bath toys so they won't splash," said Arthur, "I heard that a Criminal is going around dressed as a Mouse we would call him Mouse man for I think he is real and is crazy and not sure why Rubella decided to turn to a life of crime and using her psychic powers to drain energy known as a Psychic Vampire for that is what real Vampires feeds off of as in life force not blood."

"I heard that it has something to do with her boyfriend leaving her so I heard," said Francine, "And I love having a bath together for we are family members and I heard about that man doing crime dressed up as a Mouse which must be true."

"Playing with bath toys is lots of fun and I won't splash around anymore for I know better than that," said Arthur Jr., "I heard we could go on a Vacation to Las Vegas this year and we are rich people thanks to wise investments from you two from two Countries and a thing called coins which is a Cyrtocurrency as in digital money."

"We knew that going with that and the other stuff is how we became Billionaires who started a big business," said Arthur, "Some people would call us two Oligarchs which I don't like being called for we aren't like Russia under Putin which is an Oligarchy."

"We don't like being called an Oligarch for we aren't in Politics we just vote who we think will do the best job," said Francine, "Some people thinks rich people are Republicans but no we are just independent swing voters we own a business but we don't control who gets elected to office."

They heard that from someone that they are Oligarchs for they are rich and Arthur and Francine told him they aren't Oligarchs just business owners. Said they can't control who gets elected to office. Also said they leave that up to the people for they are the ones who votes. He told his parents that as in that boy who said to him to leave them alone to don't call people names. We still see them talking this time just after the bath and dried off and in their pajamas.

"His mom told him off to not call people names instead of standing up to us but stood up to him," said Arthur, "We aren't an Oligarchy for that is what modern Day Russia is like under Putin for they control who gets elected to office."

"That is because that woman just happens to be a friend who I met two years ago," said Francine, "I heard that James who we know is running for City council against a man named Chester Winslow and Gary Maxwell."

"I heard that our school could get bath tubs so that means that they would give us a bath there," said Arthur Jr., "So I heard from some people who we know."

"I will look into it for if so I would not allow them to give you a bath for some people could touch certain parts," said Arthur, "Schools isn't a place to get clean at for that sounds like something Japan would do for that is how it is like."

"Lets hope it is just a rumor for if real I would complain to the School Board for not allowed," said Francine, "Only family and people here and maybe our Doctor could see you in the buff."
