Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are now going to fight against the Scarecrow who just happens to be Otis who turned to a life of crime. They know it is him for he is on the file and saw it is him. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like a possible public bath house and other stuff in fact of course.

"I knew he was Scarecrow for that one is a pretty big man instead of a skinny man in fact of course," said Arthur as Batman, "I heard that one who is going to run for Mayor for the next Election wants to open a Public bath house for he came here from Japan and became an American citizen as in naturalized citizen wants to build and open one and not sure if I would use it for that would be embarrassing for we won't be wearing anything but our Birthday suits you know not wearing clothes I don't mind being barefoot and mostly in the buff but no bathing suits allowed in it."

"I also knew it was him for it has his name written on it for it matches him," said Francine, "I won't vote for that man for he wants to bring that culture to The United States which belongs in Japan so I won't vote for him I am for the current Mayor for he is doing a good job so far for he has experience."

"It is indeed him for he always wanted people to fear him for he is still a bad person," said Buster, "I won't vote for a man who wants to bring that culture to the United States for we don't want a place for to be in the buff in front of others."

"I knew it was him and I heard that either Timmy or another his age is Mouse man," said Bud, "He is said to be a bear man who dresses as a Mouse to do crime and I won't vote for that man for the idea of a place to be in our birthday suits seems embarrassing."

"I also knew it was him and we know it isn't Tommy for he is a Police officer," said D.W., "I don't want to vote for a candidate who wants to build and open a public bath house for I support the current Mayor for he has good ideas that is working for he is doing a good job."

They know that the current Mayor will most likely win the Election for his ideas is working and will continue to work for it is what Elwood City needs. He said no places like that should be built and opened here in Elwood City. That Election for Mayor will be a five way Election between the current Mayor is the Democrat, the Dog Catcher is the Republican, the Libertarian is a Psychic, the Green party candidate is a worker at a recycling center, and that man from Japan for a new local party called United people. We still see them talking about stuff.

"Here we are ready to fight against the Scarecrow for that is why we are here," said Arthur as Batman, "Stop right there Scarecrow or should I say Otis for that is who you happen to be."

"Batman I heard about you and men go get them for this is a fight between us," said Otis as Scarecrow, "I want people to fear me for I am a robber in fact of course."

"I love a good fight like this and we know how to fight against evil such as all of you," said Francine as Batgirl, "And we are good so we will beat you all here."

"We won it and now we call the police to come and get you all in fact," said Bud as Beast Boy, "And this place is up for same one wants this place to be a Community center."

"Here they are now as in the Police and that one there is W.D. and that is Tommy," said Arthur as Batman, "Now we head home and get ready to fight against the next villains."
