Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are now going to fight against Killer Croc who is half Anthropomorphic animal and half crocodile. He was a Monkey man before a mutation from a lab accident. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like an upcoming party and other stuff in fact of course.
"That villain is very dangerous we must be careful when we fight against him for he is strong," said Arthur as Batman, "We have a party to go to tomorrow afternoon at our Mansion and it is a regular party for we rarely do formal parties for I prefer wearing anything I want as in my regular clothes not my Tuxedo and we was just normal people before we invested well to become very rich for we invested in gold, silver, China, India, and bit coins which is digital money.
"Yes we must be careful when we fight against Killer Croc for I heard about him," said Francine as Batgirl, "And I am ready for the party here tomorrow afternoon and I can't really stand formal parties for you have to act proper and not talk about stuff like sports and I would have to talk good about the Republican party all the time."
"I heard about Killer Croc that he is very dangerous so yes we must be careful as we fight against him," said Buster as Robin, "And Formal parties are only good every once in a while for I prefer wearing regular clothes and some wants us to talk with a rich accent which I won't do for that is how snobs talk."
"I heard he was just a Scientist in a local lab when an accident happened there with a Crocodile well it's DNA anyway," said Prima as Psychic girl, "I can't stand fancy parties for about half of them is the rich stereotype you know snobs who talks in rich accents which I can't I one bit."
"We must indeed be careful as we fight against him for he is as strong as a Crocodile," said Bud as Beast Boy, "Now I am also strong maybe because I workout every day."
They heard about a party coming up and they wonder if they will go to it or just stay home doing anything they want the choice is theirs alone. Their parents gave them advice that they should stay and than go to it. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"We should stay home for our parents said so for that party will be full of snobs who calls our money as new money," said Arthur as Batman, "Stop right there Killer Croc we are here and let's fight against you and your gang in fact of course."
"Well well well Batman and them and men go get them I will join in for I am stronger than them," said Killer Croc, "And I have sharp and powerful teeth that would saw you in half."
"I knew we would win against them as in Killer Croc and his gang for we are good people," said Buster as Robin, "And we will either stay at home for the party or fighting against evil."
"No doubt we won for I could have drained him of his energy if I needed to," said Prunella, "For you know I only drain the energy of bad people unlike what my sister did before she ended up turning crazy who is in the local Mental Institution."
"We will take it from here for we are police officers for we two know who you are," said Tommy, "And I seem to have lost contact with my twin brother Timmy for some reason or other."
