Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are fighting against Cat Woman who just happens to be Muffy. Her plan is to steal cat related stuff. They know that next April they will have an Election for Mayor of Elwood City. They found out that Muffy is Cat Woman in his super computer in the Bat Cave. We see them talking about stuff like that villain they are going to go fight and other stuff like the next Election for Mayor and other stuff in fact of course.
"Muffy just happens to be Cat Woman as you can tell here that is who she happens to be," said Arthur as Batman, "We need to get going to go fight against her and her gang and I support the current Mayor next April and I heard one who could run against him is that one member of the School Board you know that one Woman who is a powerful one who could become next President of the School Board if she looses the next Election which she most likely will lose it for the Mayor is doing a good job."
"I kind of knew it was her for I saw a statue of that car that was said to be stolen from another Mansion," said Francine as Batgirl, "I heard that one who could run against the Mayor in April is a Judge as in that powerful one who is going to run as a Republican if he runs for Mayor but yes the current Mayor is most likely going to win a third term."
"It makes sense that Cat Woman happens to be Muffy for she does have that Statue," said D.W. as Raven, "I heard that a member of the Military could run against the Mayor next April as in that one Drill Instructor who is said to be mean."
"It also makes sense to me that Muffy happens to be Cat Woman for she has more than one cat as in seven of them," said Bud as Beast Boy, "I heard that a Police officer could run for Mayor who happens to be Tommy Tibble."
"I kind of knew that Muffy happens to be Cat Woman for those cars match up with the ones at the crime scenes," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "And I heard that one who could run against the Mayor of our city is that Baptist Pastor."
They went there to fight against them and she took off her mask showing that she is Muffy herself said she knows who they are. A fight took place and the good guys won it and arrested Muffy and them. They heard that one man is doing crime dressed as a Mouse. We still see them this time at the Mansion as in Read Mansion.
"It will be dinner time soon and we could have a family bath if we want to for just an idea," said Arthur, "And it makes sense to me that Muffy happens to be Cat Woman for clues match up with her being that villain and she could end up in that Mental Institution for she seems to be crazy in fact of course."
"Sounds good to me that we could have a family bath together for we seen each other that way before," said Francine, "And yes the clues of her being Cat Woman matches up and she knows who we happen to be."
"I love having baths for only place I can play with toys being in my Birthday suit," said Arthur Jr., "And some people likes to play by slashing around but not for me."
"Baths are lots of fun and when I get clean I love to see my male organs," said Buster, "I know that Birthday suit means not wearing clothes which causes all our outside body parts shows."
"I love having baths and showers for only place we can be in the Buff besides our bedrooms," said Fern, "And I just wonder how big that bath tub is to join you all in the bath for it sounds like fun."
