AN: Special thank goes to Story's Shadow for writing this chapter. Thank you so much my good friend. Everyone please check out Story's Shadow's page and support his amazing work.

Hill walks through a hallway into another room and secures it.

"Agent Johnson? So whoever organized our back stabbers to take those files is also wanting information on her?" Hill said.

"Not sure, the possible reasons give way to several ugly scenarios," Fury replied.

"To kill her? Recruit her? Study her for some unknown god awful reason," Hill added.

"If it's the first it could mean a number of different things: a hit on her, perhaps to test one's abilities, for possible sadistic fun, and something else. The second is also not good: she's a powerful Inhuman with considerable training from S.H.I.E.L.D. This would make her a dangerous enemy if taken under control of or even worse: possibly getting her to successfully backstab us which she would do serious damage...the third...just some sick b*** doing whatever they want, maybe to get kicks out of killing an Inhuman," Fury said.

"All of them are unacceptable. But perhaps trying to discover what specifically would help us understand who is behind this and why," Hill replied.

"Agreed, now -" Fury started to say.

Hill's phone buzzed.

"Hold on, I have to put you on hold. It's the Analytics Division," Hill said.

"Of course," Fury replied.

Hill switched to answer the division's call.

"Yes? Huh?! Wait! Are you sure?! Did you triple check?! Damn it! Alright, I'll be down there later. Keep an eye and ear out, make sure you're more careful next time!" Hill screeched.

She switched back to Fury.

"All the Secret Warriors' files have been stolen, every damn one," Hill hissed.

"First it was Johnson's now it's the rest of her team's files gone," Fury said.

"Someone is targeting them, or at least studying them for some god awful reason," Hill replied.

"But this only came second to the first files, so this may be something 'secondary' to whoever organized the files to be taken," Fury said.

"I'm contacting Captain Marvel and the team," Hill said.

"Wait, perhaps this could be of some use," Fury said.

"You want to use them as bait?" Hill asked, guessing at what the man was devising.

"Not exactly. We need to handle this discreetly. If the team is alerted they're likely to panic or go on a manhunt without having any clue as to who they're searching for. We keep a close on them, but more specifically: the area around them," Fury answered.

"But they could find out and that would compromise the chain of command we have with them. They would get unruly and we couldn't order them into action without them fighting us," Hill replied.

"Yes, but this could also lead them into action that could possibly play into the hands of our mystery mastermind. If they're clever enough to use some of our agents against us for information, than they could use a panic to manipulate the odds even more in their favor and put the team at greater risk," Fury said.

"I don't know, this seems like too many ifs," Hill replied.

"Perhaps, but we're a intelligence agency who pride ourselves on discretion and secrecy. We handle this carefully and quietly, making sure we lure whoever this is behind this into a trap whilst not putting Johnson and her team into a directionless panic," Fury said.

"Understood," Hill said.

Now, go to the vault to guard the artifacts, especially the cobra. Take you're most capable and trusted agents with you, plan your defense carefully," Fury ordered.

"Understood, whoever this is, they won't get their hands on the artifacts," Hill said.

-Unknown Location-

The mystery man smiles as he takes off his headphones and puts them on his desk. He takes a piece of paper and starts writing down ideas, possibilities, scenarios, and responses. For some time, he doesn't know how long, he loses himself with his planning as he looks at the files of the artifacts and the notes he made about them earlier whilst still writing. He looks over his notes of his plan and the file of the cobra. He pulls out his guns, loads them, and racks them. He aims one of them at the file of the cobra and smiles.

To Be Continued...

AN: I have a question to ask all my amazing friends and readers: should their be a fight next chapter, or one more chapter of preparation and buildup? What happens next: Fight or Buildup, I'd love to hear what you all think should happen. So please let me know in the comments.
