Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are at the Mansion for his dad birthday party which they agreed to have it there to avoid going to the snob party for they know that they aren't snobs. We see them talking about stuff like that party and other stuff like that other party and other stuff in fact of course.
"I love Birthday parties like this one and glad we aren't at that snob party for they are snobs and we aren't," said Arthur, "It is something about a coming out party which is for rich people who are snobs which we aren't for we act like the way we have before we got rich from wise investing of gold, silver, China, India, and Bit coins so we got it the honest way which is how it should be done unlike some other people who got it through other ways which is dishonest."
"Glad we are at this party for your dad here at our house which is our Mansion," said Francine, "I am glad we aren't at that coming out party as we call the snob party and I heard that the Mayor said he won't go to that Snob party for he is here."
"I won't be at a coming out party for they are a bunch of snobs in fact," said the Mayor, "I heard one who will run as a Republican is at that party for he is her dad for yes that Lawyer who is known to be tough and mean."
"I think I know who you mean for I saw him at the Grocery store we go to he was mean," said Fern, "He is also a Snob who calls our money as new money which we don't like that term."
"Me and my mom met with him once it wasn't pleasant for he was a mean and snobbish man," said Buster, "And glad we aren't at that snob party for he and his snobbish woman are the ones throwing it."
They know if he runs for Mayor he will lose to the Democrat whoever that is it is between a City Council member, a school board member, and a Judge. Including to the charter a primary will be held in November for the April local Election. The two running against that snob is a Judge and a Plummer which might lose against that snob. We still see them talking about stuff this time with who they want to be the next Mayor of Elwood City.
"I am for that city council member for he has experience to get the job done well for I like him," said Arthur, "I heard that man wants to become an Oligarch if we become an Oligarchy like Russia under Putin which I hope we don't become for that is when they rule the Country which we need to avoid at all cost."
"I also support him for he will be a good Mayor and his ideas will work," said Francine, "I heard that the Libertarian who is running for Mayor is a Construction worker and we better not become an Oligarchy for that is what Russia under Putin is."
"I also support him for he has good ideas that will work for it worked before under Hirch," said Fern, "He is a retired man who is said to still be in good shape."
"I think we all support that man for we know he will be a good Mayor," said Buster, "I heard that the Green party will be that person at the local recycling center."
"I support him as well for he has good ideas that will work like stuff like for children and families," said Mrs. Read, "Glad we are having the party here to counter the snob party."
