Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penquin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are ready to go after Mouse man who is a robber who wears a Mouse costume and he knows about mice. He happens to have buck teeth for he is a rabbit man who wears a Mouse costume. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like that party they had and other stuff in fact.
"I found out were the lair is at for Mouse man who is a man known as Dub who's real name is Dudley," said Arthur as Batman, "He was the former boyfriend of W.D. and that party we had made front page news as best party of that night so far best party so far this year and the snob party isn't on the front page it is in another part of the paper and isn't very big of an article which means our counter to that Snob party worked as we hoped for and glad we had it here."
"He had a bad relationship with W.D. which is causing D.W. and Bud to talk about stuff," said Francine as Batgirl, "I heard about Mouse man he wears a Mouse costume as he robs people which is crazy of him for he seems crazy to me."
"We talked about our differences and it worked out we our now boyfriend and girlfriend," said D.W. as Raven, "That person known as Dub is Dudley Anderson a known crazy person and now he is Mouse man for he is crazy."
"I knew that person he once said he loves mice to much which is crazy," said Bud as Beast Boy, "I am glad the party we had here was better than that coming out party as we called the snob party."
"I heard about him that he has a thing for mice which is a bit odd if you ask me," said Prunella as Psychic girl, "The prediction I see we will win against Mouse man and his gang."
They went there to fight against them in a fight and as what Prunella predicated they won it and the police came and arrested the bad guys. They are glad they have a Good Psychic on that team. They heard about someone who is known to steal cookies known as the Cookie bandit. He got a gang together from some former gang members which is armed and dangerous. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"Another good prediction as always and glad you joined our team for you are also good at fighting," said Arthur, "I heard about a man and his gang who steals cookies and cookie recipes which is crazy if you think about it for who in the right mind would steal cookies and cookie recipes for it sounds like petty theft to me."
"Glad that Prunella here uses her powers for good which she makes predictions," said Francine, "Her sister Rubella used her Psychic powers to suck life force from victim ."
"Glad we have Prunella on our side she makes predictions that comes true," said Fern, "I also heard about a man and his gang is stealing cookies and cookie recipes."
"Rubella used her Psychic powers to suck life force which is what is called a Psychic Vampire," said Buster, "We will have to go get that cookie bandit so we can put him in that Mental Institution as it is sometimes called a Mental Hospital."
"Glad that real Vampires suck life force instead of bitting someone on the neck for blood," said Arthur Jr., "Not sure why someone and his gang would steal cookies and cookie recipes in fact."
