Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles with Binky as The Penguin plus other bullies will be other villains such as Molly as Poison ivy, Otis is Mr. Freeze, with other bullies will also be villains. Along with some heroes who will become the Teen Titans such as D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. They are going to go after the Penguin today for he is more of a threat than the Cookie Bandit. His plan is to start Global Cooling to create a new Ice Age saying that is the kind of Planet he prefers. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like a movie or two to be made in Elwood City and other stuff in fact of course.
"I know that the Penguin is Binky Barnes who became more mean now he is the Penguin," said Arthur as Batman, "One movie that will be made here is for Christmas which is filmed in the Summer to be out by Christmas time and I heard that the second one is a Horror movie which I won't watch for I am not a fan of Horror movies but I hope to be in the Christmas movie for are looking for someone to play Santa Claus for someone in Elwood City I want to tryout for that role and time to go after the Penguin for he has a dangerous plan."
"I think Binky Barnes went crazy and not sure why he became that for he has ten fingers not like a Penguin," said Francine as Batgirl, "I will tryout for Mrs. Claus for I hope we both get them for being in a movie together will be good."
"I think he went crazy after he took a blow to his head or got into comic books to much," said Buster as Robin, "I heard that only one known movie star will be in the movie as Father Time and I will tryout to play an Elf for sounds like fun to me and yes let's go after the Penguin to stop his dangerous plan."
"I know he was very into comic books so I think it took control of his mind," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "I would also like to be in that movie as a Maid."
"I think he got crazy from getting to much into comic books that it made him the Penguin," said D.W. as Raven, "I will tryout for the role as the Mayor of a Village it is set in besides the North Pole."
They went after him and beat him and his gang and won and the two Police officers plus some others came also Police officers in fact. Arthur and them tried out for that movie and got them roles making them happy. They will get ready for the family bath together but before that they are talking about stuff like that fight and that movie.
"I knew we would win in the fighting for we can fight unlike them we trained in Marshal arts," said Arthur, "I will play Santa Claus in that movie and glad none of us tried out for that Horror movie and I heard a rumor that a movie studio is making a movie here with people without clothes on which I won't do."
"We beat him and his gang in less time than Mouse Man and his gang," said Francine, "I will play Mrs. Claus in that movie which is a good thing for we are a real couple you know married."
"Binky is facing time in the local Mental Institution for he went crazy for getting to much into comic books," said Fern, "I will play an Elf in that movie and I won't be in a movie with my private parts showing."
"Glad we are fighting against crime for they say Crime doesn't pay in fact," said Prunella, "I got the role as the Maid for the Mayor of that Village in his Mansion."
"I knew we could beat them for we are on the side of good and they are bad," said D.W., "I will play the Mayor of that Village in that movie and I won't be in a movie that will show off certain body parts but I heard we could be shown Barefoot which isn't bad."
