Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people They know like Fern and Prunella. They are having the Birthday party for Arthur Jr. who turned five today. It is a regular party it isn't a fancy one it is just what regular people has. They didn't invite the Snobs but their family and friends which is the way they want it. We see them talking about stuff like that party and other stuff like another party going on and other stuff in fact.
"This is a good party here it is just like the ones we always had before we got rich from wise investing," said Arthur, "I heard about another party here in the rich area known as a Coming out party which has a bunch of Snobs watching that person becoming a Snob after they graduated from Etiquette school which we won't have for we can't stand Snobs for they think they are all that and speaks with a rich accent which I won't want to learn for I feel like the same person before we got rich in fact of course."
"I love traditional parties for they are so much fun with our music playing instead of Rich people music," said Francine, "I also can't stand Snob parties for they are all dressed up drinking alcohol as in Champaign and other rich people drinks."
"I don't see any alcohol here not even beer for this is a Children's party," said Fern, "I love this party and I also can't stand Coming out parties for yes a bunch of Snobs will be there."
"I love regular parties for we have our kind of music that includes the Happy birthday song," said Buster, "Glad we aren't at that Coming out party for Snobs watching one becoming one of them which I can't stand in fact of course."
"Glad I won't have a Coming out party and I won't go to Etiquette school," said Arthur Jr., "No one gives me problems for being a rich kid for I dress and act like regular boy as well as tall like regular people instead of with a rich accent except we have the best kind of tennis shoes for they are good to wear."
They are glad they are having a regular Birthday party instead of a fancy one so they can have fast dances there in fact of course. They are glad they aren't at that Coming out party which is causing some rich people say they don't act like them. We still see them talking about stuff this time just before he opens his Birthday presents.
"I can't stand Coming out parties for there is a bunch Snobs there watching that one person," said Arthur, "I like regular parties instead of fancy one's and glad we aren't at it and glad we are here at this party for we have our kind of music instead of Rich people music and we don't have alcohol here for it is a kids birthday party. "
"We want to set a good example for our children that they won't make bad choices," said Francine, "Glad we aren't at that Coming out party for they have Snobs watching that person coming down with people wearing fancy clothes."
"I can't stand Coming out parties so glad we aren't there for we are here," said Bud, "And here I can be barefoot here if I want to for like most people I have ten toes."
"Go ahead and get Barefoot we like how your feet and toes looks they are in good shape," said Fern, "Same as myself and Arthur for we take good care of them."
"We can all be barefoot here for we all have ten toes which is normal," said Arthur Jr., "In fact I am barefoot myself and glad I trimmed my toenails for we have them."
