Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people They know like Fern and Prunella. They are ready to go after a Gang which came from Russia so some says they want to be Oligarchs. Some say they take orders from Vladimir Putin and his buddies. They knew that Russia changed when The Soviet Union fell and now it is far right wing with the Russian Orthodox church is involved and will share power with them. We see them talking about stuff like that Gang and other stuff like that movie they are in and other stuff in fact of course.

"That Gang is said to be from Russia and is said to take orders from Vladimir Putin and his buddies," said Arthur as Batman, "That movie we are in will be a hit in the box office and glad we aren't in that Horror movie and glad them two bad movies won't be filmed here for our Church is against it same with our parents who we know are still alive in fact and we can tryout for that new Science fiction movie that will arrive here in a few days in fact of course."

"It is said to be the second worst street gang after MS 13 in fact of course," said Francine as Batgirl, "Yes that movie we are in us will be a hit in the box office and glad our Church is against them two bad movies which won't be filmed here."

"I heard some of them talking in Russian and showed a pictures of Vladimir Putin," said Fern as Starfire, "That movie we are in be a hit in the box office and glad we aren't in that Horror movie and the two bad movies won't be filmed here in Elwood City in fact of course."

"I heard that their base is said to be an Abandoned house by Lakewood Elementary school," said Buster as Robin, "I know that movie we are in will be a hit in the box office in fact of course."

"Russia was Communist leaning now it is a right wing Oligarchy under Putin," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "I predict we will win against them for we are stronger than them and we have God on our side so we will win against them."

They went there and won against them allowing the Police to come in to arrest that Gang and will be charged as Juveniles which they are. W.D. and Tommy is glad they have a team of Heroes on their side. They know who they are and they keep it a secret from the other Police officers. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.

"Glad we won against them and glad we aren't bad people in fact of course," said Arthur, "I heard a rumor that some one is dressed as a Dinosaur in fact T rex in fact to do some crimes in fact of course."

"We have God on our side unlike them and glad we aren't bad people," said Francine, "I heard the same rumor you heard from some people we know."

"If true then we have another Villain in Elwood City that we need to deal with," said Fern, "I think I saw him once but it was from a distance and I thought I saw another Hero in Elwood City that we can have join our team."

"I think I saw him once robbing a man in the park so is real so we need to stop him," said Bud, " I heard he escaped from that Mental institution so yes he is crazy. "

"He is real and yes we need to stop him and his gang for he is bad and crazy," said Arthur Jr., "And I hope they stay in that Mental institution until they are less crazy."
