Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people They know like Fern and Prunella. They will go after the Penguin who just happens to be Binky Barnes who real first name is Shelly. He is just called that for he is a big man in fact of course. Other than that no other stuff than being a big man in fact of course. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like a possible new Villain and other stuff in fact of course.
"Yes he escaped from the local Mental institution and got a gang from people from a Prison," said Arthur as Batman, "I heard about that villain dressed as a Bull Fighter is causing problems but seemed to have went silent for now so he either plotting crimes or even caught or killed in a car accident which I think he is plotting crimes for only one killed in a car accident was an old Woman the rest was injured and I heard one boy was blinded from a car accident and his sister was paralyzed from the waist down so they now have Disabilities."
"We will stop them for we have God on our side and we are Religious people," said Francine as Batgirl, "I heard about that villain dressed as a Bull Fighter must be plotting crimes for your right about them two kids and that boy is learning Braille from our friend Marina who was born blind."
"We always win against them for yes we have God on our side in fact," said Fern as Starfire, "I heard about them two kids and he is a friend of your son who is learning Braille which was invented by a man from France who was blinded by an accident."
"I predict we will win against them for you know I am a Psychic in fact," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "If he was killed by an accident we would have heard about it."
"Yes we will win against them and let's hope Rubella stays in the Mental institution this time," said Buster as Robin, "For she is a Psychic Vampire which sucks life force from her victim's."
They went to his hideout and won against them allowing the Police to arrest them all taking Binky aka the Penguin to the Local Mental institution. But his gang was took to the County jail facing charges. They know that they must go after the Bull Fighter someday soon. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home.
"Glad we won against them again and I heard of another Villain dressed as an old fashion Baseball player," said Arthur, "We are talking about from the early Twentieth century kind of uniform we are taking about the ones during the Great depression era kind of thing which was followed by a huge Pandemic."
"I think I saw both Villains one on side of Elwood City and the other one on the other side," said Francine, "One is from a safe neighborhood and the other from the high crime area which is we're the Elementary school called Rising Star which we didn't go to for we went to Lakewood Elementary school."
"I knew we would win against them again for yes we have God on our side," said Fern, "I think I saw one in the park and the other one in the Zoo in fact of course "
"Just like predicted for God allows me to use them for good instead of bad," said Prunella, "I know we will stop one first then the other another day."
"I heard about that villain dressed as an old fashion Baseball player from Great Grandma Thora," said Arthur Jr., "Well the uniform not the villain himself."
