My Hero Academia SYOC: Haven Academy: Second Chance
Chapter 1: New Game Plus
"Razoban has all of his forces heading towards your location" a woman said over a communication console. "I think he knows where you are, even what you are planning".
"No, he probably doesn't know details..."
"Still, with all of that experimental Quirk Boosting Drug, will you be okay? Will it work?"
"It has to" a short fifteen year old boy replied, as he tapped a needle. "This is the best way we can save the world from Razoban".
"The guy already has a Warp Quirk. He will be on you in minutes" the girl mentioned, concerned.
"It will be fine...because our plan has a one hundred percent chance of succeeding..."
"You know that cant be quantified or proven...I mean, we lost so many already..."
At those words, a gigantic explosion was heard as the two metal doors behind him were ripped apart.
"Tsu-chan, I am hurt...to think you would become a drug user" a large man said, well built, though not as large as All Might's Muscle Form.
Tsukasa Tsubaru stared down from his workshop area, across the steps and at the door.
"You arrived" Tsukasa said, his silver hair going down to his shoulders as his red eyes glared at the man he hated...the man that killed his best friend...all of his friends...
The man motioned, and two people charged forward with swords. However, after a certain distance, both of them froze in place, unmoving.
"To think you already had a Chrono Barrier up. As expected from the star of the class...the toughest shortie, I believe you were called".
Tsukasa put down the hood of his shortsleeve green jacket, a fierce look in his eyes as he ate an entire packet of sugar. He then took out a needle, and injected himself with it.
"You know that drug wont be enough. Even with your formidable Quirk boosted, you cant beat me" Razoban mentioned, as shadows sprung forward to attack him. "I must say though, the way you look just as young as you did thirty years ago...that is quite impressive. But I will be taking it now, along with your life. You must know that you cannot defeat me".
The shadows slowed down, but did not stop completely, as they headed for Tsukasa.
However, at that point, a portal opened up, causing a bit of shock with everyone. "No, you are only half right. I can defeat you...just not in this time period".
And then, as that was said, an energy seemed to flow from his head into the time portal. A few other of his minions attacked the Chrono-Lock Sphere, but all of their attacks seemed to be absorbed or stopped. "You...what are you doing?!"
"Isn't it obvious?" Tsukasa said with a smile. "The reason I reverted my body was to match my original brain waves. I might not be able to send myself through the time portal by thirty years, but...I can send my memories back that far. And if its thirty years ago...when all of this started? Then yeah, I think I can beat you".
"Bastard...you dont plan to fight me here, but thirty years ago?" Razoban shouted, as he put more energy into his shadows and made them move even faster. However, the closer they got, the stronger the Chrono Lock was. "You cant win! Even thirty years ago, I was strong enough to defeat you!"
"Back when I was unaware...when we were unaware, that is. But now I will know everything you plan to do. I will know every step of your plan without you realizing. And I will win".
Suddenly, he took out another drug, and injected himself with it. The power of his quirk boosted once more, and his energy was restored.
"Self Destruct Activated" the console said behind him.
"And I wont be letting you have my body, or my Quirk, either" Tsukasa mentioned, as the last of the energy...the memories he had of the last thirty years, flew out of him right as the shadows reached the mark. As his head was cut off, the energy got through the portal before it closed.
And then, the explosion happened.
Thirty Years Ago, Upper Orbit, 30 years after Class 1-A (or rather 3-A) Graduation, Haven City Station
The moment he stepped into the bathroom, Tsukasa felt a strange shock come over him, as he suddenly vommited on the floor and felt a massive surge of pain in his head. Following this, memories flashed before his eyes, showing him thirty years of history, twice as long as he had already lived. The fifteen year old boy was barely able to handle it.
By the time it was over, he was gasping for air. It felt like years, but it was only a few seconds.
"...it worked. I guess" Tsukasa said, holding back his hatred and anger. "Calm down, Tsu...calm down. It worked, but that is only the first step...it seems we will be in a lot of trouble in the future...at least I wasn't transported back in time naked".
He then looked over at his phone, and saw a message that brought him pure joy.
"One New Message: Sei Midoriya. Just arrived in front of Haven Academy. Hurry up so we can grab seats next to each other".
The message read like that, and a smile crossed Tsukasa's face.
"He is alive...Sei is alive...I did it" Tsukasa said with a smile. "Alright, right. I cant let this stop me. I have a lot of work to do".
With that, he decided to hurry up and head to class.
Haven Academy. Located on the Space Station that is geosynced above Japan, it is connected by an orbital elevator. The entire station has become a city, which formed one of the first ever space cities, Haven City. With Haven Academy right in the middle, it is the latest of Hero Academies to train the best of the best. It takes a mere ten minutes get back down to Japan thanks to the state of the art Orbital Elevator, made from the latest of technologies, and from there you can make way to all sorts of areas nearby, such as a beach, Tokyo itself, and other places.
However, it was also one of the first places to fall to terrorist activities. Something Tsukasa would have to stop.
Either way, he eventually made it to the front of Haven Academy, where he saw something that nearly brought him to his knees.
"Heyo! You are late, Tsuka" a green haired boy said. Compared to Tsukasa, who stood at about 144cm, the boy in front of him was actually just a bit taller then him, just 8cm taller. He was Sei Midoriya, his longtime best friend, and the son of the greatest hero of their age, Izuku Midoriya, and Uraraka Midoriya. His quirk was Gravity, and he was able to manipulate gravity. "Hey, have you been crying?"
"Ah...sorry" Tsukasa mentioned, a wry smile on his face. "I got held up. My mom was all worried you know, about us being so far away most of the time. Even though its only like a thirty minute walk from the Academy to the Elevator, and then a quick trip down to see them".
"Only you can walk there in thirty minutes. You used Accelerate on yourself, right? Anyways, Eri-obachan really is someone who cares deeply..."
It was an interesting note that both of their quirks took after their mothers. Chrono was clearly based on Eri's Quirk, and Gravity was clearly based on Uraraka's Quirk.
Their families had been close for a long time, ever since Midoriya saved Eri when she was a young girl, and he was a first year at U.A.
Either way, now they headed towards the classroom. Tsukasa had to brace himself. The closer they got to the classroom, the more he braced himself. After all, nearly every single person that was in that room he had seen die. But it was important and necessary. He had to do it...it was incredibly important to.
And so, the moment Tsukasa opened the door...
All eyes went upon them, and the room began to murmer a little. That was only a matter of course, after all the children of two major heroes just entered. The son of Deku, and the son of Revise. Among them however, Tsukasa immedately went and made eyecontact with a familiar face. A brown haired girl whose hair was tied up in a ponytail, someone who looked a bit impatient as her brown eyes gleemed right at him. However, in that moment, Tsukasa's eyes glowed yellow, and hers did as well. She nearly fell off her desk, but caught herself, catching her mouth.
"Ah! Rula!" Sei mentioned, waving. "Wait, are you okay?"
"Yeah...just...tried to hold in a chuckle. Of course you two arrive at the same time...though you must be really late, if neither of you got your school uniforms yet".
As she mentioned, she was wearing a blue skirt, a white shirt, a red tie, and a blue blazer.
"Somehow ours got delayed, for some reason" Tsukasa mentioned, acting as if everything was normal.
"Well, I saved us the three back seats. You are welcome" she mentioned. Tsukasa took the middle seat, with Sei sitting on his right and Rula his left.
However, as they did, Sei got distracted noticing all the looks, which allowed Tsukasa and Rula to lean in closer.
"So how did it work? Any interference?"
"I got my memories...thanks for acting as an intermediary. We need to inform Sei you know...the last time we excluded him, it got him killed".
"Yeah, I know...id like to avoid that. But...Sei needs more time then either of us to mentally prepare ourselves..." Tsukasa mentioned, when the door on the other side of the classroom opened.
"Welcome class" a man's voice said, beginning to walk in.
Tsukasa and Rula gripped their fists.
"I will be your homeroom teacher..."
As they looked at all the students in front of them, remembering all the tombstones they had to make and visit...
"...Pro Hero: Razoban".
Their most hated enemy entered, wearing his hero uniform and standing proud and tall. Pro Hero: Razoban.
As he made it to the podium, he faced the class and gave a warm smile. Tsukasa and Rula both had to hold back their anger at the smile that gave them nightmares.
Their most hated enemy, the source of all their suffering for thirty years...and the homeroom teacher for Haven Academy Class 1-A.
The game was on.
So here are a few rules before you get to the character sheet. Make sure you read them all!
1: Keep the Quirks reasonable. Do remember that everything you saw of Chronos and what it could do was after thirty years of training and experience after this point, as well as terrible battle and loss, and in addition to new extremely powerful and extremely dangerous Quirk boosting drugs and energizers that he didn't even stick around for the downsides to kick in. Everything has a limit of what it can do.
2: No perfect characters. They must have flaws. They also must be reasonable, at least foro the MHA universe.
3: Write them well. I dont want my eyes to bleed from reading these submissions.
4: Most of the characters should not be related to canon characters. If I get too many that are, I will deny them. And those that are submitted to be related to canon characters will face a higher degree of scrutiny.
5: Remember to be specific about things you want your character to do or be like. Otherwise as I write the story its up to me how they will act and respond to things based on that.
6: Play nice and have fun reading.
7: Submissions must be titled MHA Haven Academy - (CharacterNameHere) - (Gender) - (Quirk). Make sure you replace the sections with data on your character. Any not like this will be rejected.

Quirk: Chronos: Allows for the manipulation and bending of time. However, this requires energy from his own body to fuel. As a result, he is often found eating sweet food and snacking all hours of the day, despite being both petit and underweight for his age. Its suspected to be another side effect of his Quirk.

Quirk: Gravity: He can manipulate the gravity field of anything he touches and the area around him. Though some application, he can also use it to add force to his punches and kicks and to help speed him up, likely inspired by his father's Quirk and fighting style.

Appearance: Green hair and brown eyes, he looks a lot like his father and his mother. He is a bit below average in height, but is still growing and believes he will catch up soon.

Quirk: Rainbow Iris: Her eyes change color, and each color has a different ability. However, as some of the abilities are quite weak, it seems to be a Quirk that is wide and vast, but lacks power in any one area. Yellow lets her plant memories and thoughts, and thirty years in the future she was able to make it so that they could transfer back to her without activating it herself, but through simple eye contact. Red lets her project weapons, however these weapons dont have any special effects currently and she cant make complex things like bullets well, so its limited to melee weapons. It should be noted though she can make them very strong and durable. Orange allows her to read the mind of someone she is looking into the eyes of. Green lets her create illusions. Blue lets her manipulate and take control of technology and machines that enter her eyesight. Purple lets her see a few seconds into the future. And Silver, as if draining the power out of her eyes and through her body, allows her to enhance her physical abilities by quite a bit.
All of her abilities seem basic, but they can in fact be improved upon and evolved in a sense, as she has yet to reach her full potential. That said, having the knowledge of her 45 year old self will allow her to stimulate her growth in the future.

Appearance: Brown hair and brown eyes naturally. Although she appears like an average girl, she is actually a blackbelt in karate and is also trained with various polearms. Both of them had weak quirks, and decided to train in martial arts to be able to keep up with those with stronger quirks. Undoubtedly, of the three friends, she is the strongest naturally as well, and the most headstrong.

Quirk: Mend and Maim: Yuriko is able to "draw out" the damage someone has received, storing it (but not inflicting it) into herself. She can then transfer and even redistribute the damage done to another person or object. However, she can only store so much injury and damage within herself before it overloads, and currently to Mend or Maim, she has to physically touch the target. Due to the Maim part and the limited capacity, this Quirk is better served as a hero that rescues others from Villains, rather then a doctor inside a hospital.

Appearance: She has blonde hair and amber eyes, and wears glasses. She often has a lab coat on, and its even a part of her hero uniform as well as wearing it with her school uniform. She is also always found with a first aid kit, which she uses to treat injuries small or light enough that they don't require her Mend ability, so she can keep the capacity as open as possible.

Quirk: Hey presto: When he wants it, he can disappear from everyone's sight in the blink of an eye, it affects the minds of the people who see him so that they cannot see him and instead see through him as if he had disappeared.

Appearance: His eyes are sharp and pink in color, his neck-length pink hair is straight and hanging freely (he got these colors from his mother). He is a little taller than average, his body is thin but you can tell that he exercises. He is not the most beautiful but he defends himself.

Quirk: Ferrokinesis: Ryogi can sense nearby ferrous metals and manipulate them to a high degree of detailed complexity and power. However, he's never had any practical reason to manipulate large amounts of metal at a time and is thus really inexperienced at using his quirk.

Appearance: Has orange eyes and orange greasy looking swept-back hair that reaches his shoulders, you can't forget his name as it is printed on the front of the blue overalls he always wears. If you were blindfolded, you'd know when he entered the room from the strong stench of oil that follows him. He both looks and smells, like the type of guy who often forgets to bathe.

(Star Trek reference, it's the name of the ship... His family loves Star Trek)
Quirk: UFO: Bassui's head resembles a flying saucer (or "UFO"), capable of flying away from his body for up to four minutes. He can also shoot out a "tractor beam" from the top and/or bottom of his head, this beam will pick people/things off the ground and then either push them away or pull them closer to him, and can reach a distance of 200 feet. Using his quirk causes terrible migrains though!

Quirk: Cartoon Physics: Her body has the rubbery consistency of cartoon characters, and as such she's extremely durable and resistant to almost any type of damage. She can squish and stretch to great extremes.

Name: Lorelei Akiyama

Hero Name: Misty
Quirk: Mist. Lorelei can emit mist from the pores of her skin, and spread it around 30 to 40 meters around her. The mist can vary from whatever she has eaten. For example if she drank alcohol in the last 12 hours, her mist can cause the people who breathes it to be drunk, and as she spreads the alcohol mist, the alcohol effect in her will start to leave. The same can be said about poison and other types of liquids and food that may cause a reaction (if someone is allergic to seafood she may use that to her advantage) Drawbacks from her quirk are: she can get affected by the mist if she breathes it too, she also may get dehydrated if she uses the quirk for too long, she has to drink twice the amount of water than a normal person and to be able to produce mist of alcohol for example she has to drink quite a lot, depending on what range she wants. The mist is more effective the closer you are to her and weaker the farther. She also gets very dry skin if she uses her quirk for too long which may cause some of the skin to crack and bleed a little. The mist effect will last around 20 to 30 minutes and it will go on gradient down, from stronger at the beginning of the emit to weaker as it ends.

She loves nature and likes to take some time to herself around a forest or garden. This helps her think. She love music. She also loves fantasy/romance books and movies.
Appearance:She has Mint/sea green hair in a gradient going down in ringlets to her waist, her yellow eyes are doe shaped and framed by long eyelashes, she has a heart shaped face with high cheekbones and cupid's bow lips. She also has pale skin and the pores on her arms and legs tend to be a little bigger than normal thanks to her quirk, which she gets self conscious about.

Hero Name: Azure Dragon
Quirk: Spectral Dragon. Like Tokoyami his body is host to a blue spectral dragon, however unlike Tokoyami it doesn't act independently like Dark Shadow. Instead whenever Hiroyuki performs any martial arts attacks a blue dragon forms along the limb he attacks with resulting in a burst of blue energy when the attack connects with the target. When active Hiroyuki also gains an increase in how high he can jump or fall. This quirk is purely offensive in nature and provides zero defense apart from the added versatility that his increased jump height can provide. Naturally he is quite fragile as a normal and needs to rely on support items such as light armor and agility for defense. As he grows he later masters the ability to channel his power through a quarter staff as, depending on what he's hitting, the back draft of energy can injure his arms as well. He can modulate how much energy is released the more disciplined he becomes.
A major drawback is if he uses for extended periods of time he will enter what he calls "dragon frenzy" where the spectral dragon turns red and envelops his body like a cloak and he indiscriminately attacks anyone near him. The frenzy ends when he is incapacitated or when he become utterly exhausted. Further training and growth can raise the threshold before he frenzies.

Appearance: He has Medium length blue hair that he often allows to curtain one eye or the other or both if he is feeling self conscious about his feline looking Bioluminescent blue eyes. His ears resemble draconic fins or wings perched on the side of his almost triangular face. He was often sickly in his childhood due to the strain his quirk puts on him and on his first day he his more on the bony side despite keeping as physically fit as he can. Along his his ears his entire most as a very subtle draconic appearance, his fingers and toes resemble claws and his teeth are subtly sharper than normal and he has a higher than average body temperature.

Hero Name: Echo
Quirk: Sonic Wave: Echo's body is both extremely sensitive to, and capable of producing and reproducing, sonic waves. This means he has enhanced hearing in his ears, far greater then a normal person's, and also can produce sonic blasts from his body, though he can only really make directional blasts from his hands and feet. He can also use them to amplify his kicks.

Likes: His mother, the Pro Hero Earphone Jack, salty food, western diner food, music, and playing instruments.
Appearance: With blue hair and blue eyes, his overall face and body type is closer to his mother's. The most likely and the easiest to be mistaken as a girl in their class, he is also rather short. He often wears a pair of noise cancelling headphones around his ears, both so that all the background noise doesn't bother him, but also as a bit of respect to people's privacy. He tends to wear a blue short sleeve jacket, white T shirt, blue shorts, and blue boots. His hero outfit is roughly the same, except he has a tactical belt, his jacket has longer sleeves and a built in gloves with sound amplifiers on them to increase his power and control for attacks, and his boots have metal soles on them, and also they have a special gel layer for impact negation.

Hero Name: Rave
Quirk: Transposition: Kaeru has the ability to use teleportation to cause two things to switch places. This Quirk can be used on herself, other people, and even objects. The user must be touching one of the things they intend to teleport, and must have touched the thing they want to transpose it with within the last hour. Things that are switched must be (very roughly) close in size to each other (ie, a person could be transposed with another person, or perhaps a chair, a backpack, or a weapon, but not a car or an insect), and there must be enough room for them on both ends of the teleportation. The act of Transposition is instantaneous and silent, but causes a brief, bright flash of blue light at both ends of the teleportation that could be noticed.

Likes: Music in general, but especially fast, energetic pop music. Dancing, singing, anyone with artistic abilities, happy people, socializing, mischief, receiving praise.
Appearance: Kaeru is quite tall for a girl, she has an athletic, agile build and a generous bust. Her light, sandy brown colored hair is fluffy and voluminous, it falls to just past her shoulder-blades in gentle waves. Her irises are a crystal clear, watery blue. Her facial features are soft and open, even at rest her mouth always seems to be slightly upturned in a smile and her eyes seem to shine with energy and excitement.
Regardless of what outfit she is wearing, Kaeru always wears a black headband with the tips of a tall, perky white bow popping out of it at a jaunty angle.
When not wearing her school uniform, Kaeru's casual outfit includes a long-sleeved shirt with dark-blue sleeves and a primarily pale-blue body. The body of the shirt is decorated with a design of a large purple heart breaking apart, with rainbows exploding out of it. The shirt is tucked into a pair of black, high-waisted shorts. A loose, dark leather belt studded with crystals and with a heart-shaped belt buckle rests around her hips. She wears simple, well worn white and blue sneakers and knee high white socks. Sometimes she will wear a loose-fitting blue hoodie over the rest of her outfit, the hood is lined with white fluff and two fluffy white pom poms dangle from the tassels for the hood.

Hero Name: Light Guardian
Quirk: Light Radiation
The quirk makes the user generate and release a special energy radiation from their body. Normally the radiation is only useful to enhance the body a small amount nothing too significant, and the radiation itself is harmless to others at its base form. It was during the space incident that they found that this energy radiation allows Cyrus to float or glide somewhat in normal conditions and free flight type of movement in space or space like environments.
The real purpose of the quirk was found when Cyrus came into contact with a new substance found on a meteorite that was being examined by his parents. Once he was in contact with that substance, or more specifically once his quirk interacted with the substance it changed its properties. It was found from that day on that when interacting with three different substances, the energy radiation changes properties for a time like five minutes now, with the time increasing with usage.
The three forms the quirk can take are
Solar: The energy gains fire like properties, with Cyrus's body being covered in fire, the fire is even able to burn in space since it burns off the radiation he gives off instead of oxygen. Cyrus also gains a set of fire like wings on his back allowing for more controlled air movement.
Arc: The energy gains lighting like properties, almost like Cyrus is covered by a storm himself. The lighting has the chaining to others once it hits something, with Cyrus able to expel it from his hands. Arc form also gives Cyrus much faster movement because of the conducting lighting surrounding him.
Void: The energy radiation gains a purple coloring as the energy seems to become stronger and more chaotic. The energy also become more explosive, as Cyrus gets the ability to hurl explosive energy balls while in void form.
The downside to using these forms is that once Cyrus goes one form, he can't go to another until the form runs out and then a cool down period starts of about five minutes before he can go into another one. Also, he needs one of the three substances to even go into the forms from the start so if he is caught off guard without what he needs to change he is at a disadvantage.
There is also one more form but that one he does not have access to, and if he did, he would not be able to control himself in so ill describe it in super moves.

Appearance: Cyrus has an average build, never worked out too much just enough to keep a decent muscled build taking after speed more than strength. He has an angled face, sharp blue with a distinct gold center, and distinctly white hair framing his face spiking just a bit to the back of his head.

Quirk: Hammerspace - An emitter-type quirk that allows the user to take out hammers out of seemingly nowhere. These hammers can range in size from normal carpentry hammers to comically large weapons that seem impossible to wield in normal hands. Though the hammers vary in size, they always take the same shape - that of a wooden mallet with a large head. The user can only have one hammer out at a time, and attempting to pull out a new hammer while one is already out causes the first to disappear. No matter how large the user makes the hammers, they are always capable of wielding them as though they weighed no more than a normal hammer. This effect does not apply to others however, and a suitably large weapon would be unusable for the average person. With this quirk, the user is never unarmed, and is a surprisingly hard-hitter in combat for having such a comical-looking quirk. And hey, if all you've got is a hammer, everything looks like a nail, right? Get swingin'!

Appearance: A very short and stout young man (likely the result of a passive mutation), standing at just 4'3, but powerfully built, with stocky limbs and a barrel chest. His skin is very light, bordering on pale, and has light freckles, most notably across his face. Ganjo's hair is a fiery orange, and is usually kept in a shaggy, loose style that reaches just past his ears. His large, round eyes are an emerald green, and his face is youthful and round, with a big nose and full lips.
