Weiss first reaction to the soul-bond with Jaune Arc is open and rather obvious refusal. She ignores the fact that it's there, ignores the way Jaune looks - for all the world - like he has been slapped, and ignores the utter bemusement that her three teammates pin her with when she shouts at Jaune when requested to at least try to talk to her about it. She ignores the ache of pain that she can feel from where Jaune's aura is tied to her's. She didn't want that uncultured and childish idiot and if she has her way, she will break the soul-bond if it's the last things she ever does.

She ignores the fact that she sheds tears over the quiet pain and utter humiliation that is broadcasting through the bond from Jaune's side when no one is around.

Weiss is caught off guard when she see Jaune in the library, reading about soul-bonds, he stiffens - no doubt feeling her approach - and she scoffs and grabs on of the books out of the pile he has stacked next to him, he wouldn't protest anyway.

They are silent expect for the ruffling papers and soft breaths.

"Don't expect me to warm up to you." she says suddenly, "This bond means nothing and you better believe I'll find a way to break it."

"I'll help." Jaune responds quietly.

"Of course you-" she begins, only to blink and turn to see him, "What?"

"I'll help." He says, voice sharp.

She leans away as Jaune slams the book he was reading down and glares in a way she hadn't thought he could, "I wish I would have been bonded to anyone other than you!" He snarls, "You think I can't FEEL how much you hate me? I can! Let me tell you Wiess, I didn't hate you, no matter how many times you shot me down. No matter how much you ignored me. But now? I rather have this bond snapped and live alone for the rest of my life rather than spend another moment bonded with you! I just wanted to talk about it since I thought you might want to see if we could make this work in any way! You didn't even give me a chance to be your friend or at least someone who you wouldn't absolutely hate! I get it, message received Weiss! Now leave me alone so the bond may weaken enough for me to snap it!"

He storms off, leaving Wiess open-mouthed and utterly hurt as the bond tying them writhes and twists painfully.

Tears fall down her porcelain cheeks again.

When Pyrrha finds out about her soul-bond to Jaune, she is nothing short of euphoric. He begins by saying he doesn't know why it happened and he's sorry if she's disappointed with who she - and he gasped as Pyrrha hugged him and kissed him when their souls thrum with emotion. He stared in utter disbelief until a small smile - tremulous and happy - curls his lips and he gently runs a hand across Pyrrha's cheek.

She closes her eyes and almost nuzzles into his hand, "I've wanted this ever since the locker rooms."

He was shocked and she explained her past and how she had been happy at the fact that he simply treated her as a normal girl. She hated how her popularity had tinged everyone's perspective of her. She had hoped for so long that by leaving Mistral that people would be able to look past 'The Invincible Girl' to see her, but she had only been disappointed.

Jaune listened attentively and when she was done, he hugged tightly her to his chest and whispered, "Never again, I am never going to let you feel that way ever again."

She buried her face in his chest and nodded, hiding the smile in the armor on his chest.

Weiss was confronted with Pyrrha about a week after her soul-bond forming with Jaune and it was safe to say Weiss had never imagined the look of utter anger and disappointment Pyrrha had been wearing.

"I heard you have a soul-bond with Jaune." She said without preamble.

Weiss groaned, "I bet that dork was bragging all about it."

Pyrrha smiled is cold, "Actually, I happened to know because you aren't the only one he is bonded to."

Weiss gapes, "What, he has two?"

Pyrrha smile turns into more of a grimace, "Yes. He does. So take it from me Weiss, you hurt MY SOUL-PARTNER ever again, I will make sure your dream of being hunter never comes true by breaking both of your legs to the point you'll have to melt myternaster into a cane to let you walk. Thankfully, I am not bonded to YOU, so what happens to you won't affect me. As for Jaune? I'll happily help him get over it."

Weiss flinches as she feels the promise echo along her bond to Jaune.

And that's about all I could squeeze out.
