Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They found that child Hero who is just six years old but is strong and smart who is also Bully proof. Being a child he can't yet reproduce but he will someday unlike a Bully he knows. That Bully is really a boy without certain body parts for he was in a bad accident that cost him them parts. We see them talking about stuff like that Hero and other stuff Child Hero in Elwood City and other stuff in fact of course.
"Welcome to our Justice League and you are free to use our bathroom to get clean as in a bath or shower," said Arthur, "I want to know were you live at so we can make sure you get back home so I can have them come to get you as in your parents for they might be looking for you so let me get their phone number so they can come to get you and I heard one person at your school has both male parts and female parts and a possible third kidney let us have their phone number in fact of course."
"Thanks and I live in an Orphanage as in that one over there in that direction and they won't miss me," said that boy named Todd, "My parents died in an accident that left my brother paralyzed from the waist down and he is in a Wheelchair."
"We could adopt you and your brother in fact that is what we will do in fact," said Francine, "I want that Orphanage closed down and send them to Foster homes which is better than that place."
"We have some bedrooms here on the first floor we can put your brother there," said Fern, "We want to know if you can wash yourself or needs help just let us know."
"I will like that and I can wash myself alone but I don't mind if you come check up on me," said Todd, "I would love to live here for it is better than that Orphanage that we live in and that one Woman is as mean as can be."
"I know that Woman she is mean and in your face and a Snob in fact," said Buster, "Once you go back there sneak in and go lay down and we will come first thing after breakfast."
That is what happened and met his brother who is in a Wheelchair chair just like he said meaning he told them the truth in fact. After some paper work the Adoption process which will take some time but them being rich will all them and took them home with them. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"This Mansion is three stories talk we have two bedrooms down on this floor five empty rooms on the second floor," said Arthur, "And just one empty bedroom for the servants live there but you can live there if you want for you have a choice and we will take you shopping right after that."
"I don't want to live on the first floor for that bedroom is small in size," said Todd, "I also don't want to be with the seventh so I want to live on the second floor so let me see them."
"I was hoping you would say that for one is right next to ours we will show you that one first," said Francine, "You are free to hang anything on your walls except for what your to young to see."
"One is next to me and my Husband George which I will show you myself," said Fern , "One is next to Buster and Ladonna bedroom which he will show you."
"You are now my brother same as your Paralyzed brother which we will soon give him a bath," said Arthur Jr. "You have three choices to make you can have one alone you can share with your brother or you can take one with me."
