Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are having a Birthday party for Todd who they adopted and is in the process of it in fact. They are having a regular Birthday party nothing fancy for they can't stand fancy parties and loves regular Birthday parties for even Middle class people as well as poor people can go to. We see them talking about stuff like that party and other stuff like how the first day of school went for them Children and other stuff in fact of course.
"Glad this is just a regular Birthday party nothing fancy and the other Rich people calls us something bad," said Arthur, "We heard what cake you like so I made it myself as in a Chocolate fudge cake for you told us that so I made it myself for the Chef was busy making the party snacks and we have Pizza's here which we ordered ourselves for I heard you like that food for we aren't fancy people and t them other rich people calls us a bad word you know them four letter words as in the F word and s word which I won't say here in front of the kids."
"We don't have them snobs here for none of us are like them we act like regular people," said Francine, "I bought a Vegi tray as well as Ice cream we have Chocolate ice cream for we heard you like it."
"You heard what I like and did just that so from the bottom of my heart I thank you all," said Todd, "I heard one Snob calls you all them words which I heard before from that bad woman who runs that Orphanage in fact of course."
"That was the Snob we was talking about for she just is the boss who doesn't live there," said Fern, "She lives in a Mansion just like this one here only she and her husband wants to become Oligarchs if we become like Russia under Putin."
"We had a good first day of school our Teacher Mr. Potter is a good man," said Arthur Jr., "The other two teachers for our grade is also good people Mrs. Fischer and Mr. Tucker."
The next grade has Mr. Goldberg, Mrs. Omar, and Mrs. Chung which is from three different religions one is a Jew, one a Muslim, and one Christian. He doesn't want Mrs. Chung for she is a mean woman with a bad temper. They met her and He was right about her she is mean with a bad temper. We still see them talking about stuff in fact.
"We hope you get Mr. Goldberg for we met him He is nice and smart and s He has a wife and two children," said Arthur, "We want to meet with Mrs. Omar and she wears a Haijab as in a Head scarf on her head for I seen her once from a distance and I asked who is she and they said Mrs. Omar."
"Mr. Goldberg is a good man who is nice and smart and Mrs. Chung is mean," said Francine, "We want to meet with Mrs. Omar to see if see is nice or mean in fact of course."
"I said hi to her at school today she said hi to me back and then said don't be a Bully in fact," said Arthur Jr., "I told her I am not one and she said tell an Adult if I see a Bully."
"That seems that she is a good woman same as her husband who is a construction worker," said Fern, "We will make sure you don't get Mrs. Chung for we know members of the school board so we will make sure you don't get her as your next teacher."
"I don't trust Mrs. Chung for she is mean and in your face kind of woman," said Buster, "The other two would be the best choice for your next teacher so either Mr. Goldberg or Mrs. Omar."
