Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going to go after The Psychic Vampire as in Rubella sister of Prunella who drains energy from others. They know real vampires sucks life force not blood in fact of course. A rumor has it that a Sociopath Villain going around robbing people as well as theft. We see them talking about stuff like that villain and other stuff like if they should just have babysitters or hire a Nanny and other stuff in fact of course.
"We can and will beat Rubella aka The psychic vampire again for we have God on our side unlike them," said Arthur as Batman, "Not sure we should hire a Nanny for that person would have to live here on the third floor as in the servant quarters and not sure we should hire one or not for it has three advantages and three disadvantages the three advantages is watches the children, They are professionals, and I know the number but three disadvantages is we have to fire the babysitter, might tell us what to do, and could be mean."
"Yes we will beat her and her gang for we have God on our side unlike them," said Francine as Batgirl, "I think we should stick with babysitters instead of hiring a Nanny for I know one more disadvantage it has former members of the Military so they might treat our children like they are in the Army."
"We will beat them again for we have God on our side unlike them crazy people," said Fern as Starfire, "I heard one old Woman there is said to be mean and a possible Witch as in a Pagan which is a strange religion which we don't want to expose them to."
"I predict we will win against them again for I have God on our side unlike them," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "My mom said that Pagans are strange and we will stop my sister and her gang."

They went to the hideout and a fight took place and the good side won allowing the Police to arrest Rubella and her gang in fact of course. Mrs. Omar said the Children was good that she is glad to watch them again. She said she supports the current Mayor next April for he does a good job and won't support her Brother in law for he is a Radical Muslim unlike them. We still see them talking about stuff in fact.
"We support Mayor Hirsch for he is doing a good job and tomorrow we will go out to dinner," said Arthur, "So it will either be Once Upon a Restaurant or one of the five new restaurants which is two Cafeteria restaurants and three sit down and eat."
"He will most likely win another term as Mayor and yes we support him," said Francine, "I heard a Police officer might run for Mayor which we know won't win the Election against the current Mayor."
"We support the current Mayor for he is a good one for he brought new businesses here," said Fern, "One who could run against him is a member of the School Board as in Lisa Potter in fact."
"I support the one who is a Lawyer who is my lawyer who I want to run for Mayor," said the Butler, "Yes I am a Republican for they are for big business and helped end slavery."
"One person who might run is a Communist which I won't support in fact," said Arthur Jr., "I heard that Communist leaning Socialism doesn't work same as Democratic Socialism."
