Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. The children and adults are at the park today and heard about a possible forth park to be built. That it will go on a site were a Victorian Era Mansion once stood. Some people says a new Elementary school will be built there. In fact it is up for Auction today in fact. We see them talking about stuff like that park and other stuff like that Auction that is going on and other stuff in fact of course.
"This is the best park in Elwood City and I heard that Forest park in St. Louis is bigger than central park in New York City," said Arthur, "We could have gone to the auction but we decided to spend some time with you kids from our busy schedules for we are business owners as well as local actors and actresses and I hope it is either a park or an Elementary school for one wants an adult movie theater built there which I am against in fact of course."
"We don't need an adult movie theater built here in Elwood City for it could attract bad people here," said Francine, "If it is an Elementary school they would hire new teachers and other staff like the Principal as well as students that is what we want there for it is in a safe subdivision in fact of course."
"It is the best option to go there for the other ideas seems bad to me," said Fern, "It better not be an Adult movie theater for it would attract bad people here to Elwood City which we don't need here."
"I just got a text from the Mayor that it will be an Elementary school under the name Rising star Elementary school, said Buster, "That it's first Principal will be one of three school teachers and one of them happens to be Mr. Marco second one is from Mighty mountain Elementary school and third is Miss Martin from Elwood City preschool in fact of course."
"I hope it isn't the one from Mighty Mountain Elementary school for that one is just to nice," said Bud, "Best choice is Miss Martin for Mr. Marco is almost to retirement age."
They picked Miss Martin from Elwood City preschool her replacement for Preschool teacher is Mrs. Smith a good woman in fact of course. Miss Martin said she will be the best Principal she can be. The second new Elementary school is Green Meadows Elementary school with Mrs. Omar as Principal so she will also be replaced during Summer vacation. We still see them talking about stuff.
"The second new Elementary school is a Special Education school so our kids won't go there," said Arthur, "Miss Martin will be Principal of Rising Star Elementary school I will make sure you kids stays at Lakewood for it is a good school."
"I heard about a third new Elementary school as in a Private one like Glenbrook only more expensive," said Francine, "We want you kids to stay at Lakewood for it is a good one."
"I heard that a new Preschool called ABC Preschool will be built were an Elementary school that was torn down," said Fern, "That it was closed down do to Asbestos in it."
"I hope Miss Martin will be a good Principal for the new Elementary school," said Buster, "I do like her for she was a good Teacher at that Preschool."
"I don't want to go to a new school for I heard it will have a bully group called New School order will be there," said Arthur Jr., "That school might be in a good area but some kids will be bad."
