Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going to talk with the new hero known as Marshal arts man who just happens to be a Cousin of Arthur. He like Arthur and Francine is just good at fighting instead of real super powers. The children is at school right now during that time. We see them talking about stuff like that new hero and other stuff like construction of the new Subdivision and other stuff in fact of course.
"He is a Cousin of mine and we accept him so welcome to our team and we hope you enjoy being here," said Arthur as Batman, "Construction of the new Subdivision is going well and some is said to have come from Europe and Asia and Mrs. Omar is a good babysitter for our children for she protects them from Radicals such as that Islamist who wants to split the Mosque build his own and that other radical wants Sharia law here in Elwood City but he won't win the Election the current Mayor will most likely win his third term as Mayor for here like most places they can run as long as they are elected."
"Welcome here our Cousin and you know our children in fact of course," said Francine as Batgirl, "Yes construction of the new Subdivision is going well and we know that radical Muslim won't be Elected Mayor for most people here is Christians."
"Thanks for the welcome and one family coming is from Crown City In fact," said his Cousin as Marshal arts man, "That woman is a Babysitter who is said to be a good one and I don't know if I trust a Muslim woman for they could teach them just about Islam."
"Yes welcome to our team and we trust that woman as in Mrs. Omar she doesn't talk about religion there," said Fern as Starfire, "I see three houses there is almost done and one is from Crown City, one from Japan, and one from Norway."
"Welcome to our team and we heard she as in Mrs. Omar protects them against radicals," said Buster as Robin, "One family is said to come from The United Kingdom as in from London in fact."
They know most people who will move there are good people but some might be bad but thanks to the heroes they won't get away with crime. They heard about a Villain dressed as a male Ballet dancer in fact of course. They aren't into Ballet even though they are rich people they prefer regular dancing from music they like. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home.
"I heard of a Villain dressed as a Male Ballet dancer doing some crimes against some people," said Arthur, "I was never into Ballet for some happens to be gay men which might try to make passes at me for they don't wear underwear under the tights so certain body parts would show through it."
"We never was into Ballet for I prefer Square dancing which takes place at the country," said Francine, "That is my kind of dancing and what is worse than Ballet is one done not wearing clothes."
"Ballet dancing isn't my thing for they don't wear underwear under the ballet clothes," said Fern, "My favorite kind of dancing is fast dancing which is lots of fun."
"I won't wear tights for they would see well parts us males have for mine is long," said Bud, "For about half the males are Homosexuals who is Ballet dancers."
"Ballet dancing is not very good for I prefer ball room dancing and other kinds over that," said Buster, "I won't be caught dead wearing tights for I like wearing underwear under clothes."
